研究了8-羟基喹哪啶与铁的显色反应,在pH为8.0的氯化氨-氨水缓冲介质中,在乳化剂-OP存在下,8-羟基喹哪啶与铁反应生成3∶1的稳定的蓝紫色络合物.该络合物可被W aters Plus-C18固相萃取小柱萃取富集,富集的络合物用乙醇为洗脱剂洗脱后用光度法测定.在乙醇介质中,络合物最大吸收波长λmax=595 nm,ε=7.82×103L.mol-1.cm-1.铁含量在0.1~5.0μg/mL内符合比尔定律,方法用于生物样品中痕量铁的测定,结果令人满意. 相似文献

铁对于维持运动能力具有十分重要的作用,本研究对发生运动性贫血的运动员铁代谢状况进行研究.目的是探询发生运动性贫血时反映铁代谢状况的生化指标的变化规律.研究结果表明:运动性贫血运动员Hb、RBC、Hct和MCHC显著低于对照组;当运动性贫血发生时运动员血清铁浓度降低和铁蛋白浓度组、转铁蛋白升高,铁代谢紊乱. 相似文献

女性青少年最大耗氧量间接测定的研究 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
本文系统地测试了250名10～19岁女性健康青少年的最大耗氧量及身高、坐高、体重、胸围、皮褶厚度五项形态指标和肺活量、脉搏、台阶试验三项机能指标.将各项形态机能指标及派生指标与最大耗氧量作相关分析,然后,根据相关系数的大小,形态机能的比例,以及实用简便的原则,将各项指标分成六组分别与最大吸氧作逐步回归,建立最佳回归方程.本文采用多元逐步回归后退法,共得到12个回归方程.其中6个用以预测最大耗氧量的绝对值,其复相关系数在0.79～0.83之间,F检验具有显著性.另6个回归方程用以预测最大耗氧量的相对值其复相关系数在此0.43～0.59,F检验也具有显著性意义.最大耗氧量相对值的预测在文献中不多见,然而,最大耗氧量相对值较绝对值更能反映人体有氧工作能力.本文认为对于最大耗氧量相对值的预测仍然是十分有意义.至于如何建立更有效的回归方程尚有待于研究. 相似文献

运动性低血色素大鼠血清铁及组织铁变化规律的研究 总被引：7，自引：2，他引：5
为了探寻运动性低血色素时大鼠血清铁与组织铁变化的规律,以大鼠为实验对象,采用跑台作为运动方式,建立运动性低血色素大鼠模型,并对其血清、各组织中铁进行测定.实验结果表明:长时间跑台运动导致的运动性低血色素大鼠的铁分布呈现不同的变化趋势.血清铁和骨髓铁--功能铁明显下降;作为贮备铁的重要器官--肝脏铁含量明显升高,而另一重要的贮备铁器官--脾脏中铁含量无显著性改变;肌肉中铁含量明显升高,心脏和脑组织中铁含量无显著性改变.这种变化显示运动性低血色素发展到此阶段时铁代谢的变化规律并具有组织特点,而随着运动性低血色素的进一步发展铁代谢会发生怎样的变化有待于今后进一步的研究.血清铁与骨髓铁的变化呈现较高的正相关,提示血清铁水平可以反映骨髓铁的状况. 相似文献

针对锌浸出过程中铁大量进入溶液,由此带来的环境污染问题,本研究对锌还原焙砂的硫酸浸出过程进行系统研究.采用单因素条件试验法,详细考察硫酸初始酸度、液固比、温度和时间对还原焙砂浸出过程的影响,并在最佳工艺条件下进行综合扩大试验.结果表明,在硫酸初始酸度120 g/L、液固比7∶1、温度60℃、时间2 h的优化条件下,锌的浸出率达到了88.5%,铁的浸出率为1 0.6%.浸出液中铁几乎全部为二价铁离子,表明对锌焙砂的磁化还原过还原了. 相似文献
