职业体育越轨行为对我国职业体育的健康发展具有重要影响。从外部性入手,在相关研究梳理的基础上,探讨我国职业体育的越轨行为问题,并基于成本收益比较分析认为:我国职业体育越轨行为外部性表现为职业联赛组织内效应和组织间效应,其产生与我国职业体育的市场缺失和政府越位有关;而且我国职业体育越轨行为负外部性的治理成本存在随越轨行为数量的变化特征,针对不同越轨行为水平的治理具有差异性;针对当前职业体育越轨行为外部性的特殊表征,宜从市场机制、制度机制、组织机制及社会化机制等方面进行治理。 相似文献

我国传统农村金融监管是以负外部性的克服为目标,近年来已经逐渐意识到激励性措施的重要性,并开始重视和探索激励农村金融正外部性的具体实践,农村金融监管思路开始从负外部性的克服向正外部性的激励转变。目前,我国农村金融监管在正外部性激励的具体实践中,整体上激励不足,但个别措施存在外部性"过度激励"问题,且对诸监管目标的宏观协调不够。应以"降低门槛、放松准入"为导向完善市场准入激励,以调适创新产品监管为核心强化市场运行激励,以设置有序的法律退出通道为目标形成市场退出激励,以严格限定政府援助条件为切入点约束政府救助激励,进而实现我国农村金融监管从克服负外部性向激励正外部性的转变。 相似文献

采用CITESPACE V软件对中国知网数据库（CNKI）收录的4333条有关户外运动研究的文献资料进行可视化分析,绘制了反映户外运动研究的发展特征及趋势的知识图谱。结果表明：中国户外运动研究总体上呈迅速增长的态势,但研究活动呈现出明显的不均衡性;发展经历了初步萌芽、规范发展和持续升温三个阶段,呈现出以应用性研究为绝对主导,主题逐渐聚焦,边界趋向清晰的特征;逐步形成了户外产业、户外游憩、户外教育、户外竞赛、户外探险五个核心领域;发展的趋势偏向于户外运动项目的运动强度与锻炼效果的测量与评定、户外运动的安全保障,以及户外运动对参与者心理健康的影响及评定等方面。 相似文献

摘要：为了研究冰雪旅游业治理结构，优化发展环境与运行机制，促进冰雪旅游业快速发展。主要运用文献资料、实地考察等研究方法，对我国冰雪旅游业治理的内涵特征、结构体系以及运行机制进行研究。研究表明：冰雪旅游业治理呈现出管办分离、资源整合与民主对话的特征，宏观政府、中观协会以及微观企业构成了冰雪旅游业的治理结构。政府主导协调、协会协同管理、冰雪旅游企业中坚承担成为冰雪旅游治理结构改革的核心原则。建议未来应通过加强激励机制、融资机制、竞争机制以及民主决策机制建设，完善冰雪旅游业运行机制。 相似文献

采用CiteSpace可视化软件,分析2003—2023年中国知网(CNKI)及Web of Science核心合辑收录的期刊文章,梳理国内外公园游憩空间的相关研究发展脉络。结果表明：(1)公园游憩空间发展经过了初步发展、波动发展、快速发展三个阶段。(2)国内外公园游憩空间主要研究内容有差异：国外研究热点集中在游憩行为与偏好、游憩服务、游憩空间分布与功能提升,而国内研究视角关注于游憩需求及偏好、游憩空间景观策略、游憩空间利用与管理。(3)就研究趋势而言,国外倾向运用新型技术的量化分析,国内倾向研究游憩服务评价与设计优化。 相似文献

摘要：近年来，广场舞扰民事件频发，已成为我国社会关注的一大热点问题。为寻求合理的治理路径，通过文献资料法、案例分析法等研究方法，从城市社区体育公共空间的视角，深入广场舞扰民的背后，对城市社区体育公共空间的供需与治理问题进行深入分析。从表面来看，广场舞扰民事件是广场舞参与主体与城市区民之间的权利冲突；而实际上深层次的原因还在于城市社区体育公共空间供需矛盾与治理缺失。要解决广场舞扰民这一难题，在后续的新型城镇化建设进程中，政府与城市规划部门应充分考虑城市居民的社区体育健身需求，合理规划社区体育公共空间，加大和改善城市社区体育公共空间的供给；同时，加强对城市社区体育公共空间的协同治理，合理引导城市社区居民的健身行为。为广场舞扰民问题提供合理的解决路径。 相似文献
