探讨比赛中篮球裁判员心率与年龄和体重等指标的关系;进一步比较不同级别篮球裁判员在比赛中生理指标的变化特征。对不同级别裁判员的赛中心率变化分析表明:在省青少年篮球比赛中,裁判级别对心率分布、最高心率和平均心率等指标无明显影响。相关分析表明篮球裁判员在省青少年比赛中的心率指标与年龄、体重以及级别之间无相关关系。  相似文献

篮球运动作为非隔网的同场对抗的集体项目,提高学生在对抗中施展技、战术能力,是我们教学的最终目的。通过将“四人制”比赛法纳入篮球专项课的教学过程。经过实验对比表明,运动强度及基本战术的掌握和运用等方面的效果,“四人制”比赛都更优于“三人制”比赛,更适合作为篮球专项课中的教学手段之一。  相似文献

目的:探讨专科学校学生“四人制”比赛各时段心率变化的特点。方法:将36名专科学校男学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组学生进行“四人制”的大运动量篮球比赛,对照组学生进行“五人制”全场大运动量篮球比赛。比赛每星期举行一次,分别进行五次。结果:两组学生的晨脉、准备活动后及运动后120min的心率无明显差异,而在赛后1min、5min、30min、60min,对照组心率均明显高于实验组;实验组心率在运动后即刻和运动后5min均为中等强度运动心率水平。而对照组在此时心率达到大强度心率水平。结论:“四人制”篮球赛的运动强度属于中等运动强度,更适合专科生锻炼。  相似文献

通过对青年女子柔道运动员赛前不同训练手段血乳酸及心率的测试,评价不同训练手段的运动强度,为教练员科学安排训练提供依据.以广州队青年女子柔道运动员为研究对象,测试教学比赛课运动员每轮比赛后的血乳酸和心率、测试实战训练课和专项力量训练课的心率,并与其它学者的有关测试结果进行比较分析.研究结果显示:(1)青年女子柔道运动员教学比赛后的血乳酸为(8.01±2.11)mmol/L;(2)教学比赛准备活动与第一轮教学比赛的平均心率和最高心率分别是(121±11)次/min、(146±13)次/min和(160±7)次/min、(183±10):次/min.实战的准备活动和实战第一轮的平均心率和最高心率分别是(146±14)次/min、(168±11)次/min和(158±9)次/min、(171±11)次/min;专项力量训练的平均心率和最高心率为(159±10)次/min、(171±10)次/min.结果说明,教学比赛时,在对手安排和比赛气氛的营造上,要使之更接近正式比赛;要适当提高准备活动的负荷强度,达到准备活动的目的;应适当安排高强度、高质量的训练课,以满足正式比赛时对大运动强度的需求;影响心率的因素较多,为对运动强度进行准确判断,最好对血乳酸和心率同时测试.  相似文献

篮球裁判员判罚水平的高低直接影响着比赛的流畅性甚至此赛结果,比赛的级别不同裁判员临场执裁的心理也不同,级别越高心理越紧张程度也越高。如何调整篮球裁判员临场心理,做到执法合理、有序,是当前所要解决的一个实际问题:结合运动心理学,对篮球裁判员心理素质进行系统分析、对培养方法进行探讨,研究结论:篮球裁判员心理素质应具备良好的“球感”.合理分配和转移注意力的能力,练习中不仅要形成清晰的篮球表象、而且还要树立良好的自信心及意志品质。进而提高裁判员临场应变能力,保证比赛的顺利进行。  相似文献

运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,对甘肃省篮球裁判员晋升国家级的现状进行调查和分析研究。研究结果表明:甘肃省参加晋升篮球国家级的裁判员年龄普遍偏大,执裁全国比赛次数较少,缺乏临场经验。建立科学、规范、完善的裁判员培养体系,大胆启用年轻裁判员,积极承办高水平比赛,为其创造临场锻炼机会,是促进甘肃省篮球裁判员晋升国家级的有效途径。  相似文献

研究目的:长期以来,对我国篮球运动员科学化训练中生化指标监控的重要性认识不够和监控不足是制约和影响我国篮球发展的主要因素之一,本文采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等科学的研究方法将华北科技学院男篮代表对的十五名运动员对为研究对象,主要进行一下研究:(1)分析其在一次比赛前后心率(HR)和肺活量(VC)的变化及其特点;(2)分析比赛前后血乳酸、Hb、血尿素及血清肌酸激酶的变化及其原因;(3)判定比赛中的运动强度和供能特点;(4)分析比赛后指标变化对运动员的影响。血红蛋白研究方法:(1)在比赛当天早晨测心率、肺活量和血压,在比赛后即刻测心率、肺活量和血压;(2)在比赛当天清晨空腹,赛后即刻,分别测其Hb(Hb),血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)和血乳酸。结果表明:(1)赛后运动员的心率明显增高,肺活量却有所下降;(2)运动后BUN、血清CK值明显升高,Hb的值下降。结论:(1)心率、肺活量生理指能反映篮球运动员的机能状况,可以客观地监控有氧训练水平、运动量和强度;(2)利用血红蛋白(Hb)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)和血乳酸(LA)4个指标能准确反映篮球运动员的有氧耐力水平、比赛强度、运动量以及机体的恢复能力;(3)通过科学的检测手段,监控运动训练中的运动负荷,强度,及运动员的是否适应,对避免过度训练和有效的提高运动员的竞技水平有非常大的意义。  相似文献

为了解第八届全国少数民族健身操的运动强度,在比赛前一天的热身赛中,抽取11个参赛队的运动员共51人作为研究对象。通过测试运动员安静、运动后即刻、运动后4、5、6分钟的脉搏来评定运动员的身体机能,运动强度和运动后的恢复情况。研究结果显示:成年人安静心率63.7±6.8次/分钟,运动后即刻心率达到164.8±24.97次/分钟,强度达到中高强度,运动后6分钟心率为75.5±20.8次/分钟,基本恢复安静,心率比安静时高,可能与当时运动现场的环境有关。少年对主要是指山东队,其运动员的安静心率为68.2±3.6次/分钟,运动后即刻心率达到120±29.4次/分钟,强度属于中低强度,运动后6分钟心率为70.5±4.7次/分钟,心率基本恢复正常。  相似文献

To examine the activity profile and physiological demands of top-class soccer refereeing, we performed computerized time-motion analyses and measured the heart rate and blood lactate concentration of 27 referees during 43 competitive matches in the two top Danish leagues. To relate match performance to physical capacity and training, several physiological tests were performed before and after intermittent exercise training. Total distance covered was 10.07+/-0.13 km (mean +/- s(x)), of which 1.67+/-0.08 km was high-intensity running. High-intensity running and backwards running decreased (P < 0.05) in the second half. Mean heart rate was 162+/-2 beats min(-1) (85+/-1% of maximal heart rate) and the mean blood lactate concentration was 4.9+/-0.3 (range 1.7-14.0) mmol x l(-1). The amount of high-intensity running during a match was related to the Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test (r2 = 0.57; P<0.05) and the 12 min run (r2 = 0.21; P<0.05). After intermittent training (n = 8), distance covered during high-intensity running was greater (2.06+/-0.13 vs 1.69+/-0.08 km; P< 0.05) and mean heart rate was lower (159+/-1 vs 164+/-2 beats x min(-1); P< 0.05) than before training. The results of the present study demonstrate that: (1) top-class soccer referees have significant aerobic energy expenditure throughout a game and episodes of considerable anaerobic energy turnover; (2) the ability to perform high-intensity running is reduced towards the end of matches; (3) the Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test can be used to evaluate referees' match performance; and (4) intense intermittent exercise training improves referees' performance capacity during a game.  相似文献

The referee has responsibility for control of players' behaviour during competitive football and implementing the rules of the game. To do this, the referee and the two assistant referees are obliged to keep up with play. Referees cover 10,000 m on average during a game, mean heart rate is about 160 - 165 beats . min(-1) and oxygen uptake is close to 80% of maximum (VO(2max). Assistant referees cover approximately 7500 m, mean heart rate is about 140 beats . min(-1) and the corresponding oxygen uptake is 65% VO(2max). Both groups display evidence of fatigue towards the end of the game, a phenomenon that has not been thoroughly examined for nutritional interventions. The estimated energy expenditure of referees during a game exceeds 5600 kJ. Both referees and assistant referees execute unorthodox patterns of movement during match-play that increase energy expenditure over normal locomotion. As high standards of fitness and decision making are expected of professional referees, there are nutritional consequences associated with the training regimes they adopt. The effects of nutritional interventions on cognitive performance during the later stages of a game are in need of further investigation.  相似文献

For measurement of the perceptual-cognitive workload, video-recordings of games were used to obtain the average number of observable decisions taken by a referee. On average, referees and assistant referees performed the matches at 85±5% and 77±7% of their maximal heart rate, respectively. Over the 31 games, the mean number of observable decisions was 137 (range 104–162), 64% of which were based on communication with the assistant referees and/or the fourth official. To optimize the physical preparation of top-class match officials, the results of this study support the application of intensive and intermittent training sessions, which should place priority on high-intensity aerobic stimuli. In addition, video training is discussed as an additional method for improving match officials' decision making.  相似文献

运用访谈法、文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法,对广东省大学生篮球联赛发展现状进行调查研究。结果显示:联赛历届赞助商都是企业集团;参赛院校、队伍逐年增多,最多可达70所学校和125支队伍;联赛组织形式都以赛会制和分散周末赛制,以及大会成绩可计入本届大运会成绩积分;联赛裁判员整体水平有待提高,裁判员调配选派要不断优化;联赛能对促进校园体育文化建设起到积极作用。联赛对广东省大学生整体技战术有较大提高这是肯定的,但联赛的诸多方面也有待进一步改进。本文就如何更好发挥篮球联赛功能作用,使联赛更加健康积极向上发展,拟为教育主管相关决策部门提供理论性参考依据。  相似文献
