[目的/意义]数据科学作为一个融合诸多领域的新兴交叉学科正在快速形成。从数据科学招聘的公告信息中,抽取出相应的实体知识不仅有助于从市场的角度了解数据科学的发展动态,而且有助于改进数据科学教学的内容。[方法/过程]基于各大招聘网站职位招聘公告,结合情报学的数据获取、标注和组织方法,构建数据科学招聘语料库并从中抽取相应的实体进行分析与研究。[结果/结论]在搜集到的11 000篇经过标注的职位招聘公告语料的基础上,基于Bi-LSTM-CRF、CRF和Bi-LSTM模型,对数据科学招聘实体的抽取任务进行性能的对比,确定最终的数据科学招聘实体自动抽取模型,设计数据科学招聘实体自动抽取平台,并构建数据科学招聘实体网络。 相似文献

The IBM AS/400 range of computers was originally planned and designed as a 1980s replacement for the larger commercial users of mainframe computers. As such, it needed to be built for the changing requirements of even the most demanding customers while being economically expandable over a period of many decades. Since it is not designed for just one generation of hardware technology, it will outlast existing, more limited technology. It is, however, not unproven in that its prototype (the IBM System/38) has been increasingly successful in the commercial world of medium-size companies for nearly 10 years. Since museums are characterized by requiring both exceptionally long timescales for information and complex intellectual databases, and suffer from chronic shortages of funds to achieve either, this most recent announcement may well provide the vehicle for cost-effective investment in computer equipment over the longer term. 相似文献

For most of the 20th century, international broadcasting was characterized by state-run broadcasts carried over shortwave radio. Such broadcasting was at the core of the Cold War and World War II, as well as the decade leading up to World War II. After the end of the Cold War in the early 1990s, the geopolitical context that had structured international broadcasting for so long dissolved, allowing for the possibility of significant changes in international broadcasting. One of these changes since the end of the Cold War is the development of Web radio. The year 1995 marks the point when broadcasting over the Web began in earnest. Included in this movement were a number of the primary broadcasters who had been, and still were, active in international shortwave broadcasting. Then, in 2001, after gradually reducing shortwave output to North America, Australia, and New Zealand, the BBC World Service terminated official shortwave broadcasts to these areas. In place of shortwave, listeners were directed to receive BBC World Service programming primarily through Web broadcasts and secondarily through local AM/FM rebroadcasts. The announcement of the termination of these shortwave broadcasts provoked a large and vocal opposition to the cuts from shortwave listeners, professionals in international broadcasting, and even the British Parliament. This article documents the BBC World Service's announcement as well as the reaction it generated. 相似文献

This article investigates whether acquiring telecommunications firms managed their earnings by means of discretionary accruals prior to the announcement of stock-for-stock takeovers in the U.S. telecommunications industry during the period of 1990 to 2006. The results show that acquiring telecommunications firms manage earnings upward prior to stock-for-stock takeovers. In addition, this article finds that there is a negative short-term wealth effect over the days surrounding stock-for-stock takeover announcements, and there is an inverse relation between earnings management and short-term wealth. 相似文献

Nostalgia-evoking messages are used to promote consumer products, but their use for encouraging healthy behaviors is not well understood. This study examines the use of nostalgia as an emotional appeal to influence attitudes and reduce smoking behavior. The study hypothesized that exposure to a nostalgic public service announcement (PSA) will result in (a) more negative attitude toward smoking; and (b) increased intention to limit smoking, relative to a control. Participants exposed to the nostalgia-evoking PSA expressed more negative attitudes toward smoking and stronger intentions to limit smoking than did participants exposed to nonnostalgic messages. The findings suggest nostalgic appeals as a promising strategy for smoking prevention messages. 相似文献

我国通常所称出版物样本缴送,即国际上通行的出版物法定呈缴。目前,在我国的样本缴送制度实施很不理想。国外的出版物呈缴制度有许多值得借鉴之处。出版物样本缴送制度改革需要解决两个前提性问题是:对制度本身的正确理解和认识;按国际惯例使制度走向法律化。改革的思路和方向是:建立单一的国家呈缴体系;建立补偿机制;实施政府出版物向所辖公共图书馆缴送的规定;建立催缴制度和国家公告制度;规范免费利用制度。参考文献47。 相似文献

Sensation seeking, a biologically‐based personality variable, is strongly related to both drug use and preferences for highly novel, arousing, and/or unconventional messages and TV programs. This connection is the basis of a targeting strategy in an anti‐marijuana public service announcement campaign in a medium‐sized market aimed at high sensation seeking adolescents. Data from the first half of the media campaign suggest that the anti‐marijuana PSAs are reaching the target audience's marijuana‐related beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors in the experimental city when compared to the control city. Moving media literacy messages out of the classroom and onto the Internet, where much news consumption happens, offers an opportunity to extend media literacy education to a wider public. However, in doing so it becomes important to consider how the context in which such messages are seen conditions their impact on media literacy attitudes and knowledge. The results of an experimental test suggest that a media literacy public service announcement was more effective in reinforcing media literacy beliefs when paired with a partisan, rather than a neutral, political program. The effects of presenting media literacy messages outside of the classroom are discussed. 相似文献

新闻出版总署的《关于报刊编辑部体制改革的实施办法》甫一出台,立即引起期刊界乃至学术界一片哗然。《实施办法》采取简单化手段"一刀切"地将国内所有期刊全部推向市场,其意在于"解放与发展报刊生产力",破解学术期刊"小、散、滥"的结构性弊端。不可否认,《实施办法》立意似乎高远,但其实施方案却甚为简单。期刊编辑部体制改革将是一场极富挑战性的艰难的变革,它需要各方避免简单性思维,必须应用复杂性思维去迎接挑战。 相似文献

In 1981, as in 1980, there was continued discussion of the potential of videodiscs in document storage and retrieval, but little in the way of practical results apart from visual (as opposed to textual) materials. The micrographics industry, on the other hand, introduced new products designed to facilitate the use of microforms, while library and other professional literature reported the advantages of microforms in various types of information storage and retrieval applications. Copier product developments were largely dominated by the announcement of various low-cost plain-paper units from Japan. The Japanese likewise played an important role in the development of facsimile technology, which enjoyed considerably increased acceptance during 1981. 相似文献
