为了提高包装印刷用永磁同步电机速度和位置控制精度,提升其高动态性能。首先给出了永磁同步电机数学模型,并介绍了Popov超稳定性理论,并基于Popov超稳定性理论设计了一种基于模型参考自适应的永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制器。仿真和实验结果表明,本文提出的永磁同步电机模型参考自适应无速度传感器控制方法对转速和负载变化具有很好的自适应能力和较强的鲁棒性,能够实现高性能的永磁同步电机无传感器控制。该控制方法能够显著提高包装印刷用永磁同步电机位置和速度控制精度,对于提升包装印刷质量具有重要意义。 相似文献

为了提高永磁同步电机的控制性能,避免电机参数的时变性以及外部负载变化对系统的影响,提出了一种自适应反步滑模的永磁同步电机速度跟踪控制方法。对定子电阻、转子磁链和负载转矩进行实时估计,在保证系统稳定性的前提下,推导出了控制律和参数自适应律,从而实现电机转速的非线性控制。为了消除速度跟踪的残留误差,在系统输入端引入了电机转速误差积分项。最后通过仿真证明了本文所提方法的有效性和正确性。 相似文献

速度辨识一直是永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制系统中的一个核心问题,本文以永磁同步电机本身为参考模型,设计全阶状态观测器为可调模型,引入极点配置方法选取观测器的增益矩阵,并引入Lyapunov稳定定理保证控制系统稳定的条件下推导出转速自适应律,结合模型参考自适应控制理论得到速度辨识方案,本方案控制过程简单,能够充分保证观测器的稳定且对电机参数不敏感,鲁棒性好,并将其应用在永磁同步电机矢量控制系统当中,通过仿真得到结果验证了本方案的正确性和可行性同时与基于POPOV理论的模型参考自适应方案的仿真结果进行比较,分析研究本方案的优劣。 相似文献

In this paper, we present the dimensionless form of a chaotic permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Its Kolmogorov formalism, which can be used to describe dissipative-forced dynamical systems, shows that there exist four types of torques, i.e., inertial torque, internal torque, dissipative torque and external torque. The mechanical analysis of the dimensionless PMSM is given for five different combinations of these torques. Numerical simulations show that the occurrence of chaos depends on these four types of torques. Moreover, the ultimate boundary estimation of the dimensionless chaotic PMSM is also investigated theoretically and numerically. 相似文献

This paper proposes a sensorless fault-tolerant control strategy solving the tracking problem of the maximum delivered power characteristic for a wind energy conversion system equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous generator. A previously published control scheme ensuring the maximum power efficiency of the wind turbine, not requiring feedback information about rotor speed and position, and about wind velocity, is here extended to make the control scheme fault-tolerant with respect to possible electrical faults affecting the equations of the permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) in the original (α, β) frame. The control law is based on a number of interconnected nonlinear observers. Closed loop asymptotic vanishing of the observation errors is proved. This paper presents an additive-state-decomposition-based model predictive tracking control and disturbance rejection method for a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo system subject to unknown parameter perturbations, unmodeled dynamics, and time-varying load torque. The basic idea of this method is to equivalently decompose the original system into a primary system for handling the tracking control subproblem and a secondary system for dealing with the robust stabilization subproblem. A model predictive controller is designed for the primary system to achieve high-accuracy tracking of the reference speed. As for the secondary system, a novel high-order generalized extended state observer (HGESO) is constructed to estimate the multiple disturbances simultaneously, and a state feedback control law incorporating a disturbance compensator is developed to eliminate the adverse effect of the multiple disturbances on the system output. By combining the control inputs of the two subsystems together, the control objectives of the original system can be achieved. Both the stability criterion and design procedure of the closed-loop control system are developed. Finally, hardware-in-the-loop-based comparative experiments are conducted to demonstrate that the proposed method effectively suppresses the influence of the multiple disturbances on motor speed tracking accuracy and that the control system has both satisfactory dynamic performance and robustness. 相似文献

Specific to the double saturation constraints of input and output in multimotor network systems, an anti-windup control framework with distributed total-amount optimal coordination is constructed, and a new saturated super-twisting sliding mode control strategy is designed in this paper. First, a mathematical model of direct torque and flux control of a multipermanent magnet synchronous motor is established. Next, the consistency of the total amount and output saturation are taken as the constraint conditions. Considering the lowest total energy consumption, the optimal multi-axis total-amount coordinated allocation algorithm is designed on the basis of the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) condition. Then, the input saturation is introduced into the dynamic integral part of the super-twisting algorithm. A new saturated super-twisting sliding mode tracking control algorithm is designed, and the barrier Lyapunov function is used to prove the input constraint. Finally, the Matlab/Simulink simulation and RT-LAB semi-physical experiments verify that the anti-windup control strategy of distributed total-amount optimal coordination can effectively solve the double saturation constraints of input and output. 相似文献

针对光电探测系统中常用的指向镜伺服系统,对其控制方法进行设计和仿真,构建了永磁同步电机的动力学模型. 确立了空间矢量脉宽调制的算法,并给出仿真模型和结果. 基于此系统进行了电流环、速度环、位置环的设计,采用位置前馈和重复控制器,最终得到一种易于实现、定位精度高的控制器. 理论分析和仿真实验证明,该控制器能够较好地改善伺服系统的动态特性,具有调节时间短、无超调和动态响应准确快速等优点,并能有效提高系统位置控制精度,所得结论对此类伺服系统具有一定的指导意义. 相似文献
