采用教学实验法、文献资料法和数理统计法,对体操普修课采用动作分类组合技术教学进行了实验研究.实验结果表明:以体操同类结构动作中的关键性技术环节为主线,以强化断面基础动作为突破口,采用动作分类组合模块进行体操普修课的技术教学,可以有效地提高学生完成技术动作的质量、数量和技能评定成绩,并能提高学生的保护与帮助等能力.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between discus throwing performance and the following technical parameters: hip–shoulder and shoulder–arm separation, trunk forward–backward tilt, throwing-arm elevation angles, and the absolute and relative throwing procedure phase times. Videographic data of 51 male and 53 female discus throwers' competitive performances were captured during major meets. The three-dimensional coordinates of 21 body landmarks and the discus were obtained for each thrower's best trial using direct linear transformation. The technical parameters were reduced from the three-dimensional data at six critical instants during the throwing procedure. Hierarchical stepwise multiple regression analyses were performed to determine the relative influence of linear combinations of the technical parameters on discus throwing performance. Specific techniques associated with linear combinations of certain technical parameters were identified using canonical correlations. Males and females were analysed separately. Suggestions for controlling the height of release and the vertical component of the speed of release using an effective technique are made.  相似文献

文章通过查找相关文献资料,记录比赛录像数据,运用数理统计法、对比分析等方法对中国散打运动员王洪祥和日本空手道运动员冈本铁也在2010年武林风中日挑战赛上的散打攻防综合技术、单个技术、组合技术动作进行比较分析。结果表明:王洪祥综合技术运用成功率较高,穷追猛打,攻防兼备,而冈本铁也则在防守方面非常严密,抗打硬拼;王洪祥单项技术以右手后冲拳、左高鞭腿为主,冈本铁也则以防守、低鞭腿、灵活顶抗为主;王洪祥拳腿闪躲组合技术运用灵活巧妙,凭借精妙组合KO对手,冈本铁也组合运用凶猛,但在力量方面有所缺乏。这场中华百姓英雄KO全日本空手道冠军经典之战的技术分析,为今后中国散打运动员训练和参加国际对抗比赛提供参考依据。  相似文献

以武汉体育学院和湖北省体工大队8名优秀小级别男子散打运动员为研究对象,采用实验法以及数理统计法对其不同技术动作组合预见能力进行测试分析。研究显示:散打运动员在不同的预见能力条件下,实施接腿摔技术成绩有高度显著性差异,接后鞭腿成绩高于接前侧踹腿成绩;鞭腿作为主动进攻的技术使用应变为防守反击使用,鞭腿的使用尽量结合组合动作技术来运用,鞭腿、侧踹腿在进攻时要注意打击高度上的变化;不同高度腿法动作直接打击时,散打运动员水平距离变化差异具有高度显著性;拳法直接打击时,散打运动员水平距离变化差异具有显著性。研究认为:加强预见能力的训练可明显提高散打摔法的运用效果,对掌握散打技能有积极的促进作用。  相似文献

采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,从动作难度、连接难度、难度动作组合以及难度动作分值等方面,对我国高水平女子长拳自选套路难度动作的编排特点进行分析。结果表明:运动员参赛套路中编排的动作难度均为跳跃类;连接难度以动静连接为主,并且以B级和C级连接难度居多;编排动动连接难度组合、动静连接难度组合的次数不存在显著性差异;难度动作组合的顺序有一定的规律性。  相似文献

On a kayak ergometer, an accurate simulation of the athlete-paddle-kayak system kinematics is essential for analysing the relationship between technique and performance. The purpose of this study was to establish a strong relationship between performances on flatwater and performances on an ergometer by means of propulsive force measurement and drag models. Two trials were performed by 12 kayakers in which they were first timed over 250 m of flatwater kayaking (the reference test) and were then asked to perform a trial of the same duration on the ergometer with the same perceived physical exertion. Three techniques for measuring propulsive force and three drag models generated nine combinations, which were all evaluated for their ability to estimate kayak velocity. For each combination, the distance covered by the athlete on the ergometer was simulated. A kayakers’ ergometer ranking was based on the average velocity in the ergometer trial. Both distance and ranking were compared to the on-water results. The simulation with the best combination of force measurement and drag model gave an accurate estimate of distance (253 ± 10.5 vs. 250 m) and ranking compared to the reference test.  相似文献

通过对参加第28届奥运会女子沙滩排球比赛的24支队伍进行队员身高组合和技术统计数据的比较与分析发现,当前女子沙滩排球比赛存在4种身高组合,分别为高高组合、较低的高高组合、较高的高低组合和较低的高低组合。根据比赛结果,取得好名次的球队队员之间均以攻防搭配为主,身高上则表现为高低组合。我国参赛队员属于较高身材的高低组合,而且比较符合攻防分工要求,有很大的发展潜力。  相似文献

Research design is the basis from which study outcomes are obtained. Unfortunately, a multitude of methodological design combinations has historically been used to examine the phenomenon of mental practice relative to motor behaviour. The present paper contends that these varied methodological combinations obscure efforts to produce a solid foundation of mental practice evidence. The paper presents an overview of the implemented mental practice research designs via a methodological components model and illustrates how this model can be used to clarify design issues of past mental practice research, and plan more effective future studies. Analysis of past research demonstrates the need for a balanced emphasis between study design and study outcome, and suggests a more explicit methodological focus in order to promote more effectively designed mental practice studies in the future.  相似文献
