[目的/意义] 持续、有效地开展以用户需求为导向的专利信息服务,对新形势下高校图书馆实现服务转型和创新发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程] 运用比较分析法对美国专利与商标资源中心（PTRC）高校图书馆和中国首批高校国家知识产权信息服务中心开展的专利信息服务内容进行对比分析与研究。[结果/结论] 借鉴美国PTRC实践经验,提出我国高校图书馆专利信息服务水平的提升路径：合理定位专利信息服务范围、高度重视专利信息服务工作、切实提高专利信息资源的可获取性和利用率、多途径加强专利信息素养教育、深入开展专利信息咨询服务、多渠道促进专利信息传播与利用、多方合作开展深度专利信息服务。 相似文献

运行评价是国家工程技术研究中心过程管理的有效手段。文章应用主成分分析方法,从工程中心规模、
工程化能力和行业作用等方面选取了13 个主要指标,通过使用MATLAB 软件对2003-2010 年国家工程技术研究中心
的总体运行效果进行综合评价。研究表明,工程中心整体运行效果逐年变好,表明经过多年建设国家工程中心已探索

Future developments in library networks will include growth of computer-based networks in number and variety of libraries, in use of v'arious subsystems, and in size of databases used. Services provided by on-line systems will expand to include improved subject access, on-line catalogs, serials lists and inventory control, acquisitions functions, interlibrary lending, circulation, and reference services. Additional services will include home delivery of information, text transmission, home-computing support, library management systems, and interface between bibliographicutilities. Increasing interaction is breaking open the artifical compartments in which libraries and librarians have seen themselves. The demands placed on library personnel in network development will need continued exercise of skill, knowledge, and integrity as the collective common sense works for the common good. 相似文献

The Florida Center for Library Automation began using Drupal, an open source content management system to help with this process. [目的/意义] 杰青基金实施25年来，资助者年龄呈大龄化趋势发展，深入分析该现象对完成杰青基金的影响，对未来杰青基金管理具有重要意义。[方法/过程] 研究以1994-2018年杰青基金地球科学项目为研究对象，构建科研论文产出效率、创新能力和学术影响力三个评价指标，提出"科技人力资本投入-科研产出"理论模型及假设，采用DID模型克服样本选择性偏误所导致的内生性问题，验证理论假设，实现对杰青基金资助年龄异质性的研究。[结果/结论] 实证结果表明：杰青科学家大龄化趋势日趋严重，存在明显的45岁现象；杰青基金实施20年中，支持"资助年龄越大，资助效应越好"假设的比例较低；三个评价指标维度，资助效应最大且资助年龄在39-42岁之间的年份在杰青基金实施20年中所占比例最大。因此，无论从杰青基金设立宗旨、还是从评估结果来看，都应该避免杰青科学家大龄化趋势，扩大对中低龄优秀青年人才的资助。 相似文献

ABSTRACT‘Disability’; the ‘D’ word generally speaks its own meaning, as anyone who is different from others in terms of physical and mental impairment. There are various types of disabilities; broad categories such as physical and communication disability, mental illness and mental retardation, learning disabilities and so forth. In this article, an attempt has been made to describe the term ‘visual impairment’ which falls under the category of physical and communication disability. The next section of the article presents activities of the National Institute for the Visually Handicapped, Dehradun, India to make the visually impaired self-sufficient and to recognize the role played by the Institute in disseminating information to them. 相似文献
