Desktop calibration of automatic transmission (AT) is a method which can reduce cost, enhance efficiency and shorten the development periods of a vehicle effectively. We primary introduced the principle and approach of desktop calibration of AT based on the condition of coupling characteristics between engine and torque converter and obtained right point exactly. It is shown to agree with experimental measurements reasonably well. It was used in different applications abroad based on AT technology and achieved a good performance of the vehicle compared with traditional AT technology which primary focuses on the drivability, performance and fuel consumption.  相似文献

执行元件工作是自动变速器形成动力挡位的基础,而自动变速器换挡是通过执行元件的切换来实现的,因此,执行元件的工作状态直接影响着自动变速器的动力传递。U340E自动变速器有8个执行元件,执行元件数量增多,变速器出故障的概率增加。通过对执行元件的故障分析,可以缩小自动变速器的故障范围,以便快速诊断出自动变速器的某类故障,缩减故障诊断时间,降低维修成本。  相似文献

以纯电动客车为研究对象,为其配备一台自动机械式变速器(AMT)以达到提高其续驶里程的目的。通过调整变速器机械机构及控制模型,提出了一种纯电动客车带自动机械式变速器的传动系统模型;通过整车性能指标确定了变速器的档位数和传动比范围;并以纯电动客车续驶里程为目标优化了传动比,从而确定了变速器的参数;最后通过整车性能校核确认变速器的适配性及优越性。结果表明为纯电动客车匹配的自动机械式变速器在能够满足整车动力性能的前提下对提高纯电动客车续驶里程具有积极意义。  相似文献

为提高电动汽车能量利用率、改善车辆制动效果,依照制动踏板的不同工作状态,设计了一种并联制动控制策略。在制动踏板踩下的复合制动工况,按照相关制动法规对机械制动和再生制动进行合理分配;在滑行制动工况,以能量回收效率为目标函数,运用遗传算法优化电机在不同转速下的最佳制动转矩。分别在典型道路工况和常规制动工况下对该策略进行实车测试,结果表明:在中国轻型汽车行驶工况(CLTC-P)下,该策略的节能贡献度可达25.93%,在滑行制动工况能量回收效率较原车提升64.07%,车辆制动距离也有明显缩减。  相似文献

河蟹养殖无人作业船能解决人工养殖成本高、效率低等问题,提高渔民收益。河蟹养殖无人作业船自动导航作业的关键是路径跟踪,传统的纯追踪算法行驶路径只包含直线作业与岸边曲线转弯作业,不能满足作业船的自主循迹(自动导航)需求。为此针对预先规划的路径,研究了改进的纯追踪算法。通过试验对该导航控制算法进行验证,结果表明,无人作业船在以50cm/s的速度行驶并转弯半径为5m时,最大路径跟踪误差可以控制在0.1m以内。  相似文献

某公司新开发车型试生产过程中,在整车高速下换空挡造成发动机熄火这一故障现象,经理论研究并辅之以实践检测发现;该工况下由于发动机的摩擦力矩偏大,造成整车合力矩偏大,超出电喷系统匹配设定的理想范围,从而造成发动机熄火这一故障。最后找到了解决问题的窍门;只要通过整车厂正常的短里程磨合后即可消除,不会将问题带入市场。  相似文献

Currently, there is a growing belief that putting an IEEE 802.11-like radio into road vehicles can help the drivers to travel more safely. Message dissemination protocols are primordial for safety vehicular applications. There are two types of safety messages which may be exchanged between vehicles: alarm and beacon. In this paper we investigate the feasibility of deploying safety applications based on beacon message dissemination through extensive simulation study and pay special attention to the safety requirements. Vehicles are supposed to issue these messages periodically to announce to other vehicles their current situation and use received messages for preventing possible unsafe situations. We evaluate the performance of a single-hop dissemination protocol while taking into account the quality of service (QoS) metrics like delivery rate and delay. We realize that reliability is the main concern in beacon message dissemination. Thus, a new metric named effective range is defined which gives us more accurate facility for evaluating QoS in safety applications specifically. Then, in order to improve the performance, the effects of three parameters including vehicle's transmission range, message transmission's interval time and message payload size are studied. Due to special characteristics of the safety applications, we model the relationship between communication-level QoS and application-level QoS and evaluate them for different classes of safety applications. As a conclusion, the current technology of IEEE 802.11 MAC layer has still some challenges for automatic safety applications but it can provide acceptable QoS to driver assistance safety applications.  相似文献

Rand, G. & Rand, P. The Effects of Working Atmospheres on Creativity. Scandinavian Journal of Educational Research 22, 91‐106. Previous studies on effects of variations in working atmosphere upon creativity have shown confusing results. Part of an explanation of this confusion may be found in this report. Data were gathered from 588 sixth grade Oslo children (301 boys, 287 girls). Half of the Ss worked on two originality tests under relaxed and the other half under stressful working conditions. There is a clear difference between the distributions of creativity scores in the two atmosphere groups. The percentages of very low and very high scores are lower in the stressful than in the relaxed group. This difference is found regardless of sex, intelligence or test anxiety of the Ss. If this difference in percentages indicates that two counteracting tendencies are at work simultaneously, when we shift from one type of working atmosphere to the other, mean scores may not be well suited for the presentation of data pertaining to the effects of working conditions. As previous studies often have relied on mean values in data presentation, this may, at least partly, account for the confusing results.  相似文献

该文分析和讨论了车载DC/AC变流器的结构、原理以及设计过程等。整个变流器由DC/DC变换器,DC/AC逆变器,辅助电源,以及各种保护电路组成。通过对DC-DC变换器原理的分析,确定了以推挽式变换器作为低压变高压的电路。本文设计的开关逆变器具有多种保护措施,如过压、欠压、过流、过温等,使得系统的可靠性高。由于逆变器工作于高频开关状态,所以本文研究的变流器具有体积小、重量轻等优点。  相似文献

We propose a novel kind of compound permanent magnet synchronous machine (CPMSM), which is applicable in low-speed and high-torque situations. We first explain the structure of the CPMSM. Based on theoretically deducing the calculation formulae of the CPMSM electromagnetic parameters, we analyze the operating characteristics of the CPMSM, and obtain the power-angle curves and working curves. The no-load magnetic field distribution and the cogging torque are analyzed by applying the finite element method of three-dimensional (3D) magnetic fields, to determine the no-load leakage coefficient and the wave0form of the cogging torque. Furthermore, the optimal parameters of the permanent magnet for reducing the cogging torque are determined. An important application target of the CPMSM is in direct-drive pumping units. We have installed and tested a directdrive pumping unit in an existing oil well. Test results show that the power consumption of the direct-drive pumping unit driven by CPMSM is 6 1. 1% of that of the beam-pumping unit, and that the floor space and weight are only 50% of those of a beam-pumping unit. The noise output does not exceed 58 dB in a range of 1 m around the machine when the machine is 1.5 m from the ground.  相似文献

为研究混合非机动车道上快速行驶的电动自行车想要超越前方低速行驶车辆而进行鸣笛换道的现象,在分析经典Nasch模型的基础上,运用元胞自动机理论提出一种混合非机动车换道模型。首先,将混合非机动车换道过程分为两部分,即换道需求分析与换道操作过程|其次,在换道过程中引入鸣笛效应的概念,通过对基本换道模型的改进,建立混合非机动车的一般换道与鸣笛换道模型,并给出相应换道规则|最后,在改变交通流密度的情况下,对两种不同换道模型进行仿真对比分析。结果表明,当交通密度较低或较高时,鸣笛换道模型与一般换道模型得到的车辆平均速度及交通量几乎没有差别,但在中等密度范围内,鸣笛换道模型得到的车辆平均速度及交通量明显高于一般换道模型。说明在中等密度范围内,鸣笛换道行为有利于提高道路通行效率,但当密度较低或较高时,鸣笛换道行为对提高道路通行效率几乎不起作用。  相似文献

前期已经对某电动汽车进行基于能量利用率的传动比设计,设计出自动变速器传动方案及其尺寸。本文采用Solidworks软件建立箱体结构模型,并以Solidworks Simulation对箱体前盖和后盖分别进行有限元分析,得出最大应力值及出现位置。结果表明,所设计的自动变速器既满足能量利用率最优又符合静强度要求。  相似文献

We propose a novel kind of compound permanent magnet synchronous machine (CPMSM), which is applicable in low-speed and high-torque situations. We first explain the structure of the CPMSM. 以新型4相24极车用无刷直流电动机为研究对象,采用改进遗传算法对其转速控制系统进行了优化设计。该遗传算法在相当程度上解决了标准遗传算法搜索效率低和早熟收敛的问题。仿真结果表明:相对于传统的3相6拍无刷直流电动机,采用改进遗传算法转速控制系统的4相24极无刷直流电动机具有转矩脉动较低、输出相应快速、稳态性能好以及抗干扰能力强等优点。  相似文献

利用ADAMS软件,参照AL4自动变速器和直齿圆柱齿轮的运动规律,利用简化方法,建立AL4自动变速器传动模型。根据其真实的工作状态,通过添加约束、驱动、设定参数等,实现AL4自动变速器在不同档位下的运动状态仿真,可以真实地判定各档位的转动方向和速度大小,更加直观地了解AL4自动变速器的工作机理。  相似文献
