厘清众包竞赛中用户之间的竞争关系,有利于了解用户的组织和创新方式,提高众包竞赛的创新效率。以社会网络与随机统计理论为基础,将竞争网络演化驱动因素归纳网络结构属性、节点属性及网络关系属性三个维度,基于猪八戒网相关数据构建用户竞争网络,分析用户竞争网络演化特征,并采用指数随机图模型探究众包竞赛用户竞争网络演化的驱动机制。研究表明:竞争网络呈现“高密度,短路径”的特点,小世界特性显著,且竞争网络结构趋于稳定;竞争网络倾向于形成星型结构与闭合三角结构;众包竞赛用户的成交额、竞争强度及结构洞属性有助于网络形成与演化;用户之间的技术结构邻近性与组织邻近性在竞争网络关系形成中发挥显著作用,而经济距离负向影响竞争网络的形成。  相似文献

考虑到平衡计分卡(Balanced Scorecard,BSC)具有平衡组织内外部要素、兼顾结果与驱动结果的因素、综合财务与非财务目标等优势,从战略视角构建基于BSC的众包创新战略地图,从财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长四个维度识别影响众包创新目标实现的不确定性因素,得到众包创新项目的风险识别体系.提出整合模糊证据推理、灰色关联分析与FMEA模型的众包创新项目风险评价方法,并以海尔HOPE创新生态平台的"全光谱光源植物生长灯"项目开展应用研究.结果表明,接包方机会主义行为,知识产权归属不明,开放性文化冲突三项风险对该项目后续研发过程的影响最大,并提出相应对策,验证模型与方法的可行性与有效性.  相似文献

Crowdsourcing is a particular form of open innovation (OI) that aims to boost idea-generation in innovation processes. The underlying rationale is that the collective intelligence of a large number of contributors outside the firm’s boundaries increases the likelihood of achieving ‘extreme outcomes’, i.e., high quality ideas with exceptional business potential. Due to the idiosyncrasies that differentiate crowdsourcing from other forms of OI, the findings from prior research on the performance implications of OI cannot be directly extended to crowdsourcing. Similarly, the findings on the effect of internal R&D on firm performance cannot be directly applied to crowdsourcing due to the greater uncertainty in dealing with a crowd of unknown individuals outside the organization whose ideas have to be evaluated and ultimately processed internally. Thus, while crowdsourcing research has recently burgeoned, it is ambiguous as to whether and when crowdsourcing is beneficial for firms. In fact, the overall effect of crowdsourcing on a firm’s future profits has not been thoroughly investigated. To fill this gap, we conducted an event study analyzing stock market reactions to crowdsourcing announcements, a forward-looking market-based measure able to isolate the effect of crowdsourcing on a firm’s future profits, which we refer to as firm stock market performance. Drawing on the resource-based view, we argue that an external crowd can become a valuable resource if the firm is able to extract value from it. Our findings show that two key contingency factors, i.e., brand value and investment opportunities, determine the boundary conditions that enable firms to extract value from the crowd, resulting in a positive stock market reaction to the announcement of a crowdsourcing campaign. In addition to advancing scholarly knowledge on crowdsourcing, our results provide practitioners with relevant indications for profitable crowdsourcing campaigns.  相似文献

在市场环境以VUCA特征为未来发展“新常态”下,“黑天鹅”和“灰犀牛”事件的频发改变了企业原有的商业模式和组织型态,能否在不利事件的冲击下形成韧性并逆势成长,成为企业存活并转危为机的关键。现有研究对于组织韧性的形成机制缺乏关注,本文基于关系网络理论,探讨了关系网络(组织内关系网络和组织间关系网络)与组织韧性的关系,验证了双元创新的中介作用。实证研究结果表明:组织内关系网络和组织间关系网络与组织韧性呈正向关系;组织内关系网络正向影响利用性创新,组织间关系网络正向影响探索性创新;利用性创新在组织内关系网络和组织韧性之间起部分中介作用;探索性创新在组织间关系网络和组织韧性之间起部分中介作用。本文从重视构建组织关系网络、激发员工创新的角度提出管理建议。  相似文献

Digital-technology usage in dynamic and complex work practices is a core phenomenon in innovation research. There are, however, few detailed analyses of how people organize the use of digital tools in their work practices. We aim to offer more insight into how individual actors use digital technology, how these actors organize its use in collectives, and how they organize their work with that of other actors in order to realize collective-level goals. We implemented a qualitative research design, based on interviews in architectural firms complemented with observations and archival data. By analyzing interactions of multiple individual actors with digital technology, we found that actors organize usage in collectives through activities that we call configuring-in-use and reflecting; and that they combine these two organizational activities in order to realize collective-level goals. We identify the combination of these organizational activities as configurational usage. We contribute to literature on the usage of pervasive digital technology by providing a detailed empirical investigation of organized usage of digital technology. Furthermore, we refine the conceptualization of configurational usage, improving understanding of core processes of digital innovation.  相似文献

数字创新作为一种新兴的创新模式,引起了国内外学者的特别关注。运用文献分析法,通过对20年来文献的查阅和梳理,构建了数字创新的基本理论框架。在对数字创新内涵界定和特征分析基础上,根据表现形式将其划分为数字产品创新、数字服务创新、数字过程创新、数字组织创新和数字商业模式创新五种类型。提出数字创新具有提升运营效率、提高组织绩效、促进高质量发展和改变竞争格局的功能。认为数字创新由数字创新者、数字创新公民、数字技术、数字创新平台和数字创新文化五个基本要素组成。提出数字创新组织与管理包括数字创新战略制定、数字创新组织准备和数字创新运行管理等内容,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为数字创新理论研究和实践活动提供有益参考和借鉴。  相似文献

本研究从组织变革层面揭示数字化转型影响员工越轨创新的作用机制。通过问卷调研收集有关数字化转型企业样本数据,基于资源保存理论,从个体内在资源和组织外在资源两个层面入手,采用多元线性回归与Bootstrap分析方法,分析促进调节焦点、工作重塑在数字化转型与员工越轨创新关系间的中介作用,以及上级发展性反馈在数字化转型与促进调节焦点及工作重塑关系间的调节作用。结果表明:数字化转型正向影响员工越轨创新,促进调节焦点和工作重塑在二者之间起到部分中介作用;上级发展性反馈不仅正向调节数字化转型对促进调节焦点和工作重塑的积极影响,还调节促进调节焦点和工作重塑在数字化转型与员工越轨创新关系间的中介作用。因此,企业推进数字化转型的同时,应注意挖掘异质性资源,激活个体促进调节焦点、诱发个体工作重塑,并活用上级发展性反馈,从而获取更多创新成果。  相似文献

Recent events have renewed attention to how organizations rely on digital resources in response to exogenous shock. Though the literature on organizational resilience indicates that this is best understood as a process through which organizational actors respond to a specific shock, most IS research attends to resilience as an outcome. Against that backdrop, we present a case study of how a university shifted to virtual teaching in response to a government-imposed lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic. Adopting a digital resourcing perspective allowed us to reveal the organizational resilience process and the way digital resources shaped it. We found that the resilience process unfolded in stages as educators, assisted by students, managers, and IT personnel pivoted, adapted, and normalized into teaching virtually. Across these stages, digital resources took on specific roles as the resilience process progressed from the organization’s pre-shock accumulation of digital resources into its continued digitalization efforts. Based on these findings, we contribute to existing literature by advancing and empirically substantiating a process view of the role of digital resources in organizational resilience.  相似文献

Crowdsourcing challenges are fast emerging as an effective tool for solving complex innovation problems. The main strength of the crowdsourcing model is that it brings together a large number of diverse people from all over the world to focus on solving a problem. This openness, however, results in a large number of solutions that are not appropriate, and this inhibits organizations from leveraging the value of crowdsourcing efficiently and effectively. It is therefore essential to identify ways to increase the appropriateness of solutions generated in a crowdsourcing challenge. This paper takes a step towards that by exploring what motivates the crowd to participate in these challenges and how these motivations relate to solution appropriateness. Drawing on data from InnoCentive, one of the largest crowdsourcing platforms for innovation problems, this paper shows that the various types of motivation driving crowd members to participate were related in different ways to the appropriateness of the solutions generated. In particular, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation were positively related to appropriateness whereas for learning and prosocial motivation the relationship was negative. The association between social motivation and appropriateness was not significant. The results have important implications for how to better design crowdsourcing challenges.  相似文献

   近年来,传统企业纷纷抓住数字技术机遇,致力于进行数字导向的战略更新活动。然而,现有文献对于传统企业数字导向战略更新前因变量的探讨还比较有限。本研究基于IS战略化和战略实践观,提出了“战略化活动-忘却学习-数字导向战略更新”的研究框架,构建了自上而下的创业导向活动、自下而上的组织即兴活动,通过组织忘却学习影响数字导向战略更新的理论模型。本文采用两种研究方法,即问卷调查和案例研究方法,探讨数字导向战略更新的前因及实现路径。研究表明:创业导向和组织即兴均有利于传统企业的数字导向战略更新;忘却学习分别在创业导向与数字化探索创新、组织即兴与数字化探索创新的关系中起到中介作用。本研究细致刻画了传统企业如何通过忘却学习进行数字导向战略更新的作用机制,具有重要的理论及实践价值。  相似文献

在复杂多变的市场环境下,企业管理者如何建立外部网络关系、利用外部知识,进而提升创新绩效,对企业的发展具有重要意义。以实证方式,研究了外部联结(联结强度,联结广度)、知识共享有效性(新颖性和理解程度)和团队创新绩效三者之间的关系。通过来自汽车行业中181份有效问卷得来的数据来论证本文的假设。结果表明:联结强度对团队创新绩效有显著的正影响;新颖性、理解程度在联结强度、联结广度与团队创新绩效的关系中起中介作用。  相似文献

Extant research explores the role played by individuals and, in particular, founders in defining open innovation strategies at the firm level. We join this discussion by combining insights from imprinting literature that explores the enduring impact of a founder's personal history, with inputs from literature that stresses the impact of past experience on trust formation. We suggest that founders are less likely to engage in open innovation if their experiences engender a generalized lack of trust. We use a unique database that includes East and West German founders to identify regional differences in activities conducted by authoritarian regimes that could inhibit trust. We find that founders who were exposed to high levels of secret police surveillance in the former socialist German Democratic Republic (GDR) are less likely to engage in interfirm R&D cooperation. We contribute to the literature on open innovation by exploring how a founder's social, political, and cultural backgrounds influence strategic decisions related to open innovation, and to recent imprinting literature by showing that variation in oppressive enforcement practices in authoritarian regimes, such as surveillance activities, can leave an enduring imprint. Our findings complement recent insights on ideological imprinting effects on young firms’ decision-making.  相似文献

本文基于可雇佣能力的视角,依据计划行为理论,提出在可雇佣能力的各维度中融入创新要素的内容,推导员工创新行为产生的机理,并将创新行为的影响因素归纳为内在因素及外在因素,内在因素与员工的可雇佣能力密切相关,外在因素与组织创新氛围紧密关联,在此基础上提出企业引导员工创新的策略。本文开辟了员工创新行为形成机制研究的新视角,为组织实施创新激励政策提供新的思路,也为组织识别、开发、培养员工的创新潜质提供对策建议。  相似文献

以资源保存理论和情感事件理论为理论基础,以316名员工为被试,运用非伦理领导、情绪耗竭、内在动机和创新越轨行为等量表,对非伦理领导通过情绪耗竭和内在动机两个中介变量影响员工职场创新越轨行为的作用机制进行了探讨。研究结果表明:(1)非伦理领导、情绪耗竭、内在动机和职场创新越轨行为彼此显著相关;(2)情绪耗竭和内在动机的链式多重中介效应在非伦理领导与员工职场创新越轨行为之间起完全中介作用,非伦理领导不但分别以情绪耗竭和内在动机两个独立中介变量影响员工职场创新越轨行为,还可以通过“非伦理领导→情绪耗竭→内在动机→创新越轨行为”的路径影响员工职场创新越轨行为。  相似文献

网络众包(Crowdsourcing)模式开启了微观个体参与创新的时代,突显了大众智慧的商业价值,通过移动互联端到端的连接方式搭建了大众参与的创新平台,实现了协同自组织的新型网络工作环境。本文通过与传统组织形式的比较,基于"RPV模型"(Resource,Process,Value)理论的组织特点,分析了网络众包模式中互补共生的运营方式和基于知识服务的协同自组织过程,使个体在协同创新的系统中找到参与的位置,通过系统协调形成多目标经济活动的次优组合,并探讨分析了个体与利益相关者如何通过协同的方式和途径创造群体价值,实现"产消合一"的服务体系,塑造众包数字化生存和信息时代全新的工作形态。  相似文献

吸收能力是如何从个体层次上升到组织层次的,一直是理论关注的焦点。与既往研究采取相对静态的解释视角不同,本研究基于个体间互动的视角,提出个体间知识共享是由个体吸收能力向组织吸收能力演化的中介变量,通过运用275家企业数据的实证检验,本研究部分证实了这一假设。同时,实证结果还表明,知识交流平台和组织共同愿景正向影响个体间知识共享绩效,组织决策集中化程度负向影响组织吸收能力。本研究在理论上揭示了由个体吸收能力向组织吸收能力演化的内在机制,研究结论对于指导企业提升吸收能力具有现实指导意义。  相似文献

越来越多的研究表明组织双元性对于组织的繁荣成长至关重要,然而以往对双元性组织的研究更多是从双元性前因及结果方面进行实证数据论证,对其自身身份及实现路径研究不足。首先,在梳理国内外相关文献基础上总结组织双元性存在的两大概念分歧,分析组织双元性在测量维度上的差异以及维度之间所存在的协同效应;然后,介绍双元性组织表现出的3类身份模糊性问题,并从双元性的权衡取舍观和平衡观两个视角构建双元性的核心张力形成机制以及双元性实现路径机制框架;最后,根据研究现状以及所存在的不足,提出未来研究的思路和建议。  相似文献
