为刻画低碳发展的阶段性特征,运用能力成熟度模型(CMM)构建低碳经济能力的成熟度模型和评价指标体系,采用广东省的实际数据进行实证检验,结果表明,广东目前正处于中碳经济等级。为进一步促进广东低碳经济发展,建议从实施关键过程域(KPA)中的关键实践(KP)来有效提升地区低碳经济的能力成熟度,确保人才、资金、设备投入强度,逐步完善低碳经济发展的体制机制,加强区域协调与交流沟通,将低碳经济运行机制制度化。 相似文献

知识产权是构成企业核心竞争力的关键要素之一,提高知识产权管理能力是企业发展的必然要求。目前相关研究存在知识产权管理能力建设路径可操作性不高、难以突出行动重点等问题。通过引入能力成熟度模型(CMM),提出企业知识产权管理成熟度模型(IPM-CMM),构建等级模型、评价模型和提升模型三个子模型,并运用模型对华为、联想和徐工三家公司的知识产权管理能力进行比较分析。结果表明,IPM-CMM为企业的知识产权管理能力持续改进提供了一个引导性的框架,企业可以根据需要随时判断自身知识产权管理能力,发现薄弱环节,从而明确未来持续改进的方向。 相似文献

In the last five decades, maturity models have been introduced as reference frameworks for Information System (IS) management in organizations within different industries. In the healthcare domain, maturity models have also been used to address a wide variety of challenges and the high demand for hospital IS (HIS) implementations. The increasing volume of data, is exceeded the ability of health organizations to process it for improving clinical and financial efficiencies and quality of care. It is believed that careful and attentive use of Data Analytics in healthcare can transform data into knowledge that can improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. A maturity model in this conjuncture, is a way of identifying strengths and weaknesses of the HIS maturity and thus, find a way for improvement and evolution. This paper presents a proposal to measure Hospitals Information Systems maturity with regard to Data Analytics. This paper explores the much ignored but critically important subject of the perceived relationship between information and communications technology (ICT), information management (IM) and knowledge management (KM). Defining the border between ICT, IM and KM, and especially the maturity remains a highly debatable topic. These issues could be concisely summarized as being diverse and problematic and located across the spectrum of views. Prior studies suggest that even though KM is strongly entrenched and rests on the foundation of ICT and IM, very little is reported in the literature on ICT and IM as enablers to KM. From a large urban South African University engaged in numerous collaboration programs with industry, the authors gained insight into growth of KM maturity in industry groupings over a 5-year period. The authors applied an inventory developed by Kruger and Snyman [Kruger, C. J., & Snyman, M. M. M. (2007). A guideline for assessing the knowledge management maturity of organizations. Accessed 15 October 2007] to a set of 86 organizations distributed over nine economic sectors in South Africa. In total 434 employees were interviewed over three group levels (operational, middle and senior management). Knowledge conversion is a prominent theme within the knowledge management field and the question arises how knowledge creation processes can grow innovation capability maturity. This notion provides the platform for aligning knowledge creation processes to the requirements for innovation capability growth from one maturity level to the next. In order to achieve this alignment, the authors identified a knowledge creation path as a key enabler for maturity growth in each innovation capability area. Knowledge management tools and organisational facilitating conditions that support the specific knowledge processes highlighted in the identified path were identified through a literature study and subsequently synthesised to form a framework. This framework provides guidelines for the use of knowledge creation processes as a vehicle to improve innovation. The amount of time needed to practically test the framework does not allow for the practical implementation of the framework and the impact of the framework was demonstrated by discussing a practical organisational scenario. 相似文献
