非常规突发事件因其爆发性、演变不确定性、群体扩散性等特点备受学者们关注.随着互联网技术的发展与互联网应用的普及,网络作为非常规突发事件信息传播的载体和平台,令英信息传播更迅速,也使事件影响力剧增.利用系统动力学建模认识非常规突发事件涨落规律是一个新的研究角度,其能够分析系统中作用主体之间相互影响关系,以及相关因素的作用力大小,从而探究事物自身演化机理,找寻规律,为控制非常规突发事件网络舆情扩散,引导非常规突发事件舆情传播提供有力依据.  相似文献

随着互联网的高速发展,作为事件信息传播平台的网络舆情开始对非常规突发事件的发展产生越来越大的影响。进入21世纪,非常规突发事件的频繁发生使人民的生命财产遭受了巨大的损失。政府通过正确的渠道和方式,把握和引导非常规突发事件的网络舆情,对于事件的处理显得尤为重要。根据非常规突发事件的一般定义分析其特征,详细研究网络舆情的形成机理及影响其演化的要素,描述非常规突发事件网络舆情产生的潜在影响,结合政府现阶段处理非常规突发事件网络舆情的方法,找出其中存在的主要问题,并提出几点建议为政府日后处理非常规突发事件的网络舆情提供参考。  相似文献

基于政府监督管理群体性突发事件在线演化过程,从博弈论的角度,对媒体和媒体及意见领袖和普通网民之间的博弈进行分析。研究结果表明,事件在线演化的总体趋势主要依靠媒体传播,意见领袖引导;媒体会根据事件的影响程度决定是否进行实地报道从而选择发布信息的时间;而政府需要通过惩罚蓄意扰乱网络秩序的意见领袖或网民,以及合理调控惩罚力度,得到理想的稳定策略,从而实现加快平息事件在线演化的进程。  相似文献

[目的/意义]根据信息生命周期理论,研究网络舆情传播的周期性规律,构建网络舆情传播阶段的精细化模型,使政府在面对复杂多变的网络舆情态势时,能够准确把握舆情发展演化趋势。[方法/过程]通过案例定性分析网络舆情传播的周期性规律,构建网络舆情传播的Logistic模型,根据模型分析得出网络舆情传播的4个关键时间节点以及5个传播阶段,然后基于MATLAB开展模型仿真,研究了3个参数对网络舆情传播的影响程度并应用实例验证了模型。[结论/结果]经过理论建模和实证分析得出本文构建的网络舆情传播阶段精细化模型是可行的,以上理论研究可为政府准确把握网络舆情演化规律,制定网络舆情治理对策提供参考依据。  相似文献

[研究目的]针对突发事件中多种网络舆情信息交互传播的现象,构建双网络舆情信息交互传播SE2I2R2模型并仿真分析其传播演化趋势及影响因素,为及时高效开展多网络舆情的引导干预工作提供有益指导。[研究方法]在传染病SEIR模型的基础上,通过量化舆情信息的吸引力和相关性因素,构建复杂网络上的双网络舆情信息交互传播SE2I2R2模型,并在真实社交网络Facebook数据集上进行仿真分析,揭示双网络舆情交互传播的演化规律。[研究结论]仿真结果表明,当舆情信息相互冲突(强负相关)时,有优先权的舆情信息具有明显的传播优势;当舆情信息呈正相关时,舆情传播个体之间持续发生着状态转移,舆情传播演化至稳态的时间(弛豫时间)显著延长,且人群接纳程度显著提升;当舆情信息吸引力差距较大时,强势舆情信息对弱势舆情信息的传播产生较显著的抑制作用。  相似文献

【目的/意义】通过识别影响在线医疗信息服务质量的敏感因素,为互联网在线医疗信息服务企业实现技术与服务创新提供理论与实践依据,进而提升用户在线医疗信息服务质量。【方法/过程】以问卷调查法与专家访谈法等为基础融合信息增益理论分析各影响因素与在线医疗信息服务质量高低的关联程度,进而以提取的关键影响因素构建在线医疗信息服务质量关键影响因素模型,最后通过SVM构建在线医疗信息服务质量预测模型。【结果/结论】影响在线医疗信息服务质量的20个关键影响因素集中在信息生态的四个重要维度,即信息、信息任、信息技术与信息环境四个维度上,模型88.43%的预测精准度说明SVM对在线医疗信息服务质量具有可靠的预测能力。  相似文献

【目的/意义】非常规突发事件的爆发会带动舆论信息的传播,本文旨在揭示网络舆情驱动下突发事件的演化机理,为有关部门及时采取应急救援活动、有效控制舆情蔓延提供依据。【方法/过程】运用知识元表示法描述突发事件的情景状态、应急活动、孕灾环境和承灾体四种要素,构建基于动态贝叶斯网络的情景推演模型,并以沈阳非洲猪瘟事件为例,建立网络舆情驱动下突发事件情景网络结构,通过动态贝叶斯网络直观呈现情景演化过程。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,情景推演模型在时间推理与事件发展的顺序上与突发事件演化过程基本一致,通过应急活动扰动分析,证实知识元表示和动态贝叶斯网络方法的有效性,为舆情引导提供一定的参考。  相似文献

Bats, the only mammals known to possess the real ability to fly, have fascinated zoologists for a long time with their long-distance migration. How do they find their way home from an altitude of kilometers above sea level, where their stunt of ultrasonic echolocation does not work? Recent discoveries supported the theory that bats might be able to use magnetic clues to figure out their own position,just like what birds do. However, the latest results from a joint study by a group of researchers from the CAS, East China Normal University and University of Auckland reveal that bats apply an interesting strategy different from the one underlying birds' orientation technique, though they both are believed to derive information about their position from the subtle changes in the magnetic field of the Earth.  相似文献
