采用NarverandSlater的市场导向的架构对重庆市物流企业进行了市场导向的测度,并从实证的角度通过因子分析和回归方法分析市场导向各个组成部分对物流企业绩效的影响。结果表明了市场导向的客户导向和跨功能间组织协调对物流企业绩效的提高具有明显的影响,为物流企业进行改革提供了理论依据和战略参考。  相似文献

Social commerce sites (SCSs), a new model of social media, provide fertile ground for customers to communicate their opinions and exchange product- or service- related information. Given the significant opportunities related to the use of social media data for customers’ insight, we explore the factors driving information sharing behavior on SCSs. In this paper, we propose and empirically test a comprehensive theoretical model for customer information sharing behavior through analysis of online survey data as well as network and behavioral usage data of over four months from 1177 customers in a SCS. The research model was empirically validated with the use of both subjective and objective data in a longitudinal setting. Our results show that customer information sharing is influenced by both individual (i.e., reputation and the enjoyment of helping others) and social capital (i.e., out-degrees’ post, in-degrees’ feedback, customer expertise and reciprocity) factors. This study contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the role of directed social network in customer information sharing behavior on SCSs. We believe that the results of our study offer important insights to the IS research and practice.  相似文献

市场导向如何影响产品创新程度是近年来研究的热点问题之一,但学者们对该问题一直存在不同的观点。本文认为,由于市场导向本身是一个多维的概念,因此在分析市场导向如何影响产品创新时,需要分别研究消费者导向、竞争者导向,以及部门间协作与企业产品创新程度之间的关系。同时,通过对国内607家企业的实证分析,研究发现:消费者导向与突变性产品创新之间存在倒U型关系;竞争者导向和部门间协作与突变性产品创新之间存在显著的正相关关系。  相似文献

本研究基于资源基础观和创造力成分理论,探讨了领导跨界行为对团队创造力的作用机制。本研究以78个团队、323名团队成员为研究对象,通过对团队领导—成员配对调查所获取的数据进行分析,结果表明:(1)团队领导跨界行为对团队创造力有显著正向影响;(2)基于团队创造力成分理论,团队学习目标导向、团队吸收能力和团队创造力过程沉浸在领导跨界行为和团队创造力之间起调节作用。总之,本研究不仅揭示了领导跨界行为对团队创造力的作用机制,将跨界行为的关注点聚焦于更具优势的团队领导角色,而且检验了领导跨界行为与团队创造力作用关系的边界条件,为企业管理者践行领导跨界行为、有效推动团队创造力提升提供了理论借鉴和管理启示。  相似文献

This study examines how market orientation is manifested in the context of small, rapidly internationalising software companies. It is concluded from the four company cases that any internationalising software company should focus its market orientation more on the individual-customer level than on the overall-market level. For providers of standardised software products, cooperating with global leading customers plays a key role in terms of obtaining the most accurate market intelligence and staying ahead in the competition. In contrast, providers of tailor-made software projects should emphasise interfunctional coordination: the quality of the response to customer needs should be well managed regardless of the geographical location. Further, the concepts of reactive and proactive market orientation are intertwined: neither contributes to better customer satisfaction in isolation. However, depending on the time needed for responding to customer needs, either may require more attention.  相似文献

Although past research has reported the benefits of intuition in new product decision-making (i.e., higher quality product; enhanced customer satisfaction), intuition has largely been studied as an individual phenomenon and little work has examined the role of intuition on new product development (NPD) project teams. Furthermore, in a turbulent environment, NPD project teams may rely more on intuitive judgments, and other factors such as experience and stress may also influence the relationship between team intuition and team decision making. Drawing from the organizational design literature on creativity in decision making, this study builds a conceptual model of NPD team intuition and its effect on the team's ability to generate creative new products. We then derive hypotheses regarding team intuition, stress, environmental turbulence, and new product creativity, and test the hypotheses using data from a sample of 155 firms operating in Ankara and Istanbul, Turkey. We specifically test whether an inverted-U relationship exists between team intuition and new product creativity (that is, a balance of both intuitive and rational judgments is preferred), and whether this relationship is moderated by team experience and stress. Moreover, direct impact of turbulent conditions (i.e. market and technical turbulence) on intuition was also examined. The results of our empirical study with a sample of 310 new product/project developers and 155 project managers showed a positive and linear relation between turbulent conditions (both market and technical) and team intuition and an inverted U-shaped team intuition-new product creativity relation for teams with high experience and low stress. Finally, theoretical implications for future research and managerial implications for practitioners are discussed in the conclusion section.  相似文献

In fast-paced and knowledge-intensive environments, licensing partnerships can be powerful levers for market expansion. Research on the management of technology-oriented licenses has nonetheless pointed out the risks of corrosive disputes caused by conflicting interests or misunderstandings among licensing partners. The choice made ex ante on mechanisms for resolving potential disputes is of prime importance in the execution of licensing exchanges. Although the legal literature has widely emphasized the advantages of arbitration towards litigation, public ordering remains the “default” option in managers’ eyes. By adopting a transaction cost economics logic, our study explores the conditions under which licensing partners may prefer arbitration over public ordering during the contractual-design phase. In accordance with our theoretical arguments, findings show that the occurrence of arbitration provisions increases when the coordination orientation adopted by licensing partners is extensive. In situations where both monitoring and coordination orientations are simultaneously extensive, results reveal a greater propensity to prefer arbitration over public ordering. Our research therefore supports the view that corporate decision-makers tend to favor the conciliatory stance and compromising awards typically associated with arbitration, only when exchanges are expected to be highly coordinative. Their preference for arbitration over litigation is magnified when the coordination orientation develops alongside the monitoring orientation.  相似文献

本文基于431家长三角制造业企业问卷数据,运用多元线性回归,探究TMT异质性对企业协同创新绩效的影响机理。研究结果表明:TMT异质性不仅对协同创新具有直接影响,还通过战略导向和协同学习的中介效应产生间接影响;TMT异质性有助于企业制定战略导向,促进企业进行高效的协同学习;环境动态性对战略导向、协同学习与协同创新绩效的调节效应显著。由此,企业应构建异质性的TMT,以提升其协同创新能力。  相似文献

研究战略联盟中企业的市场导向和联盟控制对企业获取联盟合作企业知识的影响,关注联盟契约控制和信任控制对市场导向和知识获取之间关系的调节效应。多阶段线性回归法的研究表明:契约控制负向调节市场导向与知识获取间的正相关关系;信任控制正向调节市场导向与知识获取间的正相关关系;契约控制与信任控制的交互有利于知识获取。契约控制与信任控制的交互会正向调节市场导向与知识获取之间的正相关关系,高水平契约控制与高水平信任控制的组合最有利于市场导向企业从联盟伙伴那里获取知识。  相似文献

结合网络经济时代特征,遵循“导向—能力—行为—结果”的研究范式,构建互动导向对服务创新绩效影响的理论框架,并采集254家服务企业信息进行实证分析。研究结果显示:互动导向可以通过多种路径对服务创新绩效产生积极影响,其中吸收能力和主动改善在二者关系之中发挥复合式多重中介作用,具体路径分别为:①互动导向→服务创新绩效,②互动导向→主动改善→服务创新绩效,③互动导向→吸收能力→主动改善→服务创新绩效。研究不仅明确了互动导向对服务创新绩效的积极影响,而且探索了二者之间的具体作用路径,为新时代背景下的服务创新提供了重要的理论和现实指导。  相似文献

Voice shopping is becoming increasingly popular among consumers due to the ubiquitous presence of artificial intelligence (AI)-based voice assistants in our daily lives. This study explores how personality, trust, privacy concerns, and prior experiences affect customer experience performance perceptions and the combinations of these factors that lead to high customer experience performance. Goldberg’s Big Five Factors of personality, a contextualized theory of reasoned action (TRA-privacy), and recent literature on customer experience are used to develop and propose a conceptual research model. The model was tested using survey data from 224 US-based voice shoppers. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). PLS-SEM revealed that trust and privacy concerns mediate the relationship between personality (agreeableness, emotional instability, and conscientiousness) and voice shoppers’ perceptions of customer experience performance. FsQCA reveals the combinations of these factors that lead to high perceptions of customer experience performance. This study contributes to voice shopping literature, which is a relatively understudied area of e-commerce research yet an increasingly popular shopping method.  相似文献

知识经济时代的一个显著特征,即企业通常会建立不同以知识为基础的外部网络关系,为企业提供互补性的知识资源从而进一步为企业创造价值,提升企业的创新绩效。本研究以创业者为调查对象,基于网络关系理论和资源基础理论将外部知识获取和反应型市场导向纳入研究框架,构建了一个有调节的中介效应模型,并实证分析创业者网络能力与渐进式创新绩效之间的内在关系。研究结果显示,创业者网络能力与渐进式创新绩效之间具有显著的正向关系;外部知识获取在创业者网络能力与渐进式创新绩效之间扮演(部分)中介作用;反应型市场导向正向调节了外部知识获取与渐进式创新绩效之间的正向关系。  相似文献

高创新供给效率是推动企业高质量发展的重要动力,而随着我国市场经济高速增长,激烈的市场竞争亦蔓延至企业研发团队内部。故而,如何在研发团队内部的竞合博弈环境下,促进团队创新效率提升,便成为我国各大企业亟待解决的问题。为此,本研究基于社会网络理论,以我国知识密集型企业的128个研发团队为对象展开实验研究。研究发现:(1)团队内竞合博弈的确同时存在“竞争性”与“合作性”两种非一致性维度;(2)团队内竞合博弈会通过强化团队交互记忆系统,间接促进团队创新效率提升,且团队成员交换是这一影响机制中的重要情境边界;(3)基于组态分析,本研究提出了“基于数字化团队交互记忆系统”与“基于团队内可持续型协同创新生态”两组高绩效企业研发团队创新效率提升方案。根据研究结论,本研究建议相关企业须打破利益短视与团队内耗之局限,通过完善数字化研发团队交互记忆系统,构建企业可持续性创新供给生态。  相似文献

检验了高管不同层次政治关联与企业并购之间的关系,以及市场发育程度的调节作用。以2005-2009年间109家高技术上市公司183次并购事件为样本进行分析发现:本地政治关联有助于企业在本产业内实施区域内或跨区域并购,而中央政治关联则有助于企业在本产业外实施区域内或区域间并购。研究结果还证实,区域要素市场发育程度越高,高管政治关联越能够促进企业并购的实施,政府与市场的关系则在不同层次政治关联与并购之间扮演着不同的角色。  相似文献

The paper examines the relationship between gamification – the use of game elements in non-gaming contexts – and innovation teams’ outcomes. It builds on psychological and teamwork theories, arguing that gamification overcomes collaboration issues and generates multiple positive outcomes, particularly in coordination, alignment, engagement, and teams’ motivation. The research follows a qualitative theory-driven using a case study of an innovation project. The conceptual model built through the findings offers valuable insights about applying gamification in innovation teams, namely: i) surprising teams with such a new and playful approach reduces stress among team members; ii) rules and time constraints play a crucial role in teams’ coordination by avoiding dispersion and enhancing focused efforts. The paper provides a set of testable theoretical propositions derived from the conceptualization of gamification in the context of innovation teams. It supports innovation managers interested in measuring gamification outcomes in teams.  相似文献

This study adds to the product innovation literature by emphasizing the important yet understudied role of price distribution in shaping product demography (i.e. new product introductions and exits). While prior research has focused on market niches in the technological and geographic spaces in order to explain product demography, price space has received very limited attention despite the important role of price in the market. We posit that product dynamics are largely shaped by the existing price distribution. More specifically, we argue that local density in price space determines both the likelihood of existing products exiting the market and the rate of new products entering it. Analyzing product exit and entry in the U.S. workstation industry from 1980 to 1996, we find that while price density increases an existing product’s exit rate, new products are also more likely to enter the niches where the price density is high. We also draw attention to internal price density within multiproduct firms, analyzing a product’s price distance from the other products launched by the same firm. We find that this type of internal price density decreases both existing products’ exit rate and new products’ entry likelihood. Our emphasis on price space contributes to the literature on product innovation and demography.  相似文献
