在溶液的pH为6.0,均苯三甲酸(TMA)的浓度为2.0×10-4mol.L-1时,Eu3 -TMA体系可使Eu3 的荧光强度增大三个多数量级.光学惰性稀土La3 与Lu3 ,在浓度分别为2.0×10-4mol.L-1、1.5×10-4mol.L-1时,可使Eu3 -TMA体系荧光强度分别增大178.1与91.3倍.体系中Eu3 的浓度在4.7×10-8~2.3×10-5mol.L-1的浓度范围内与体系的荧光强度呈线性关系,Eu3 的检出限达到了1.0×10-8mol.L-1.用此优化发光体系研究铕(III)在水稻不同生育期被水稻吸收后的分布定位情况.结果表明:铕(III)进入水稻后与水稻各部位的结合不是随机的,主要是在分蘖期与水稻的叶片结合.为稀土元素在水稻中的代谢研究提供了一种可借鉴的方法与研究手段. 相似文献

合成了对铜离子有很强选择性的罗丹明类荧光探针。在乙腈/水（体积比1∶1）溶液中,当加入Cu2＋后,探针显桃红色,随Cu2＋浓度增大,荧光强度增强,发射荧光波长红移。并在2.8×10-7~2.8×10-5mol/L范围内,Cu2＋离子浓度与荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系。其它常见离子引起很小的荧光光谱变化,合成的试剂可用于高选择性的检测铜。 相似文献

氟罗沙欣(FLRX)具有很强的荧光,据此,建立了测定氟罗沙欣的简单快速的方法.该方法的检出限为3.3×10-9mol.L-1;莫西沙星的浓度在5.0×10-8-4.0×10-6mol.L-1范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系.时1.0×10-6mol.L-1莫西沙星平行测定12次,RSD为1.1％.利用该方法测天方罗欣和沃尔得的回收率,结果令人满意. 相似文献

以纯化后的大黄素为荧光探针分子,考察了其对不同金属离子荧光响应情况.实验结果表明,大黄素与Mg2+以2∶1的络合比形成强荧光配合物(λmax=599 nm),Mg2+浓度在01.05×10-5mol/L与荧光发射强度呈良好的线性关系,并通过条件优化,建立了对Mg2+含量检测具有高选择性、高灵敏度的荧光分析体系. 相似文献

构建了基于4-(4-甲氧基亚甲基氨基)甲酸(MBABA)荧光化学传感器,用于95%乙醇介质中Fe3+测定.常见金属离共存时,荧光传感器MBABA可以选择性地与Fe3+形成1∶1配合物而使其荧光被明显淬灭,Fe3+对MBABA荧光淬灭常数KSV为4.71×104L mol 1.更强配位剂F–可夺取MBABA-Fe3+配合物中Fe3+,使MBABA荧光恢复到原来强度.法测定Fe3+检测限达2.4×10 6mol L 1,表明MBABA可作为测定Fe3+高灵敏度和专一性荧光传感器. 相似文献

提出了一快速、简便同时测定对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的方法.在浓度为0.1 mol.L-1的HAc-NaAc(pH=5.6)缓冲液中,用玻碳电极(GC)测定对苯二酚、邻苯二酚的还原峰电流,并采用半微分技术进行峰分离,同时添加表面活性剂提高检测的灵敏度,实现了二者的同时测定.结果表明:在1.2×10-6～1.0×10-4 mol.L-1范围内,对苯二酚的半微分电流与其浓度呈线性关系;邻苯二酚的线性范围为8.2×10-7～1.0×10-4 mol.L-1,二者的检测限分别为3.6×10-7和2.4×10-7 mol.L-1.将此方法用于模拟废水中苯二酚的检测,回收率为97%～104%. 相似文献

B-R缓冲溶液中,奥硝唑可使十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)的荧光强度猝灭,据此建立了荧光光度法测定奥硝唑含量的方法.实验结果表明:奥硝唑-SDS体系在pH=5～8缓冲溶液中,奥硝哇浓度在0～3.0 mg·L-1范围内与体系的荧光猝灭强度呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9978),对浓度为1.0 mg·L-1的奥硝唑平行测定11次,检出限为4.57×10-3mg·L-1,RSD=1.37%.该法快速、简便.用于药物制剂中奥硝唑含量的测定,结果满意. 相似文献

研究了在0.1mol·L-1KNO3和HAc-NaAc(1:1)的介质中,采用EGTA碳糊修饰电极测定痕量银的新方法,银离子浓度在1.0×10-9～1.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内与峰电流呈线性关系,检出限为5.7×10-10mol·L-1,相关系数r=0.997.该电极在-0.8V电位下富集银离子,在0.51V得到一个灵敏的阳极溶出峰.将本方法用于矿石和定影液样品中银的测定,结果令人满意. 相似文献

利用循环伏安法(CV)和模板(阳极氧化铝模板(AAO),制备出多孔粗糙金纳米管,壳聚糖将(AAO制备所得)其固定在玻碳电极上,然后将模板溶解,制得金纳米管修饰的传感器,并将其用于抗坏血酸(AA)和尿酸(UA)的直接电化学测定。利用电子扫描电镜(SEM)分析了金纳米管的微观形貌,通过微分差示脉冲伏安(DPV)和循环伏安法考察了抗坏血酸和尿酸在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,该传感器检测抗坏血酸和尿酸的线性范围分别为1.02×10-7～5.23×10-4mol·L-1和1.43×10-7～4.64×10-4mol·L-1,检测下限分别为1.12×10-8mol·L-1和2.24×10-8mol·L-1。该传感器具有稳定性好,制作简单,使用寿命长等特点,为实际样品中抗坏血酸和尿酸的测定提供了一种新的简便手段。 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size.
