缙云麻鸭是我国著名的优良高产蛋用型品种,至今已有300多年历史。由于其具有体形适中、产蛋率高、耗料省,抗病力强和适应性广等特点,受到养禽业的极大关注。近年来,缙云麻鸭养殖中常常碰到在产蛋期内产蛋率下降的情况,严重影响了养鸭的经济效益。带着这一问题,作者对影响缙云麻鸭产蛋率的若干因素进行了调研。1材料与方法主要对浙江省缙云麻鸭原种场的养殖情况,查阅了共573羽鸭(Ⅰ系298羽;Ⅱ系250羽;青壳系25羽)生产情况的记录资料。该场的饲养方法为:平面饲养,有运动场,水池供其活动,自由采食和饮水。在整个产蛋周期内,把鸭场记录的有关数… 相似文献

利用ISSR标记对14个月季品种进行遗传多样性分析.正交设计确定20μL最佳ISSR-PCR反应体系,筛选7条引物对14个月季品种的基因组DNA进行ISSR-PCR扩增.7条引物共扩增出60条DNA条带,多态性位点52个,多态性位点百分率为86.0%,品种间遗传一致度为0.500.85.UPGMA聚类显示,藤本月季与大花月季和微型月季存在不同程度的亲缘关系.月季品种间的遗传多样性较高,大花月季、藤本月季和微型月季的品种类群间可能发生过杂交和基因交换. 相似文献

采用目标起始密码子多态性(SCoT)技术来分析16个月季品种的遗传多样性.通过对SCoT-PCR反应体系优化和PCR扩增程序探索,从55条SCoT分子标记引物中筛选出9条引物.品种间成对遗传相似度变幅介于0.400 0～0.775 0,9条SCoT标记引物的扩增多态性位点百分率为93.5%,显示月季品种间具有较丰富的遗传多样性.分析UPGMA聚类结果可知:16个月季品种在遗传相似性系数为0.62处被划分成2个聚类分支,第一分支又分为三个亚分支,显示不同月季品种间具有明显的遗传分歧,遗传关系复杂.大花月季、丰花月季与微型月季的亲缘关系相对较近,推测月季品种在驯化进程中存在基因重组和基因渐透现象;藤本月季进化独立,与其他园艺类群月季存在较明显的遗传分歧. 相似文献

利用RAPD技术,从248个随机寡核苷酸（10bp）中筛选出18个引物能在供试的Ⅱ优系杂交水稻及部分亲本间扩增出51条稳定性较好的多态性片段。其中有6个引物能在供试材料间稳定地扩增出19个强的多态性标记。利用这些标记能有效地区分各组合中不育系、保持系、恢复系和F1,并能看出各组合中不育系与保持系、不育系与恢复系、F1与亲本间的遗传关系。 相似文献

使用合丰25等来自13个育种单位的13份大豆(Glycine max)品种对大豆20个连锁群上的100对SSR标记进行筛选,最终保留了扩增稳定且多态性较高的43对SSR标记,分析了黑龙江省83个主栽大豆品种的遗传多样性.结果表明,在所有供试材料中共鉴定出等位变异157个,每个位点2-7个,平均为3.65个.品种间遗传相似系数为0.216-0.937,平均为0.638 4,表明黑龙江省大豆品种的遗传相似性较大.故拓宽黑龙江省大豆品种的遗传基础具有重要意义. 相似文献

不同地区浒苔（Enteromorpha prolifera）群体遗传多样性的ISSR分析 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
通过ISSR分子标记技术对6个不同地区浒苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)群体(浙江鳌江、浙江宁波、广东南澳、江苏南通、福建福鼎、浙江南麂岛)进行了遗传多样性分析.结果显示,从100条ISSR引物中筛选出5条引物,共得到36个清晰的扩增位点,其中多态性位点10个;6个地区浒苔的多态位点比率为27.78%,平均杂合度为0.1256,Shannon's信息指数为0.1795;群体间的遗传距离在0.0870-0.2062之间,平均遗传距离为0.1654.研究表明,6个地区浒苔的遗传多样性处于较低水平,遗传变异相对贫乏;它们之间的亲缘关系与其地理距离的远近没有直接的关系,并揭示6个地区的浒苔是属于同一物种. 相似文献

以MHCⅡ类基因第二外显子(MHC classⅡexon 2)为分子标记,用限制性酶切多态性和直接测序的方法对分布于内蒙古地区的8个布氏田鼠种群共460个个体进行种群遗传结构的分析.结果显示,酶切共检测到6个等位基因,13个酶切多态性位点,卡方检验显示,各种群在6个酶切多态性位点上基因型频率不符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡.序列分析显示,在长度261 bp的核苷酸序列中,有57个变异位点,定义21种单倍型,其中有1个单倍型为不同区域种群所共享,其余20个单倍型均为各区域种群所特有.7个地理种群的单倍型多样性和核苷酸多样性较高,1个地理种群较低.谱系分析显示,8个布氏田鼠地理种群分为3个进化分支,分别与采集的地理种群相吻合:同一地理种群内单倍型之间遗传差异小,而不同地理来源的单倍型之间存在较大区别.Mentel检测表明,布氏田鼠的遗传分化与地理距离呈现正相关.AMOVA分析结果同样表明地理种群之间存在差异:各区域类群间变异组分占总变异比率的60.48%,区域内种群间变异组分占总变异比率的7.78%,种群内个体间变异组分占总变异比率的28.14%;遗传分化系数和基因流分析显示,布氏田鼠种群出现一定程度的分化,但正镶白旗种群与其他种群之间遗传分化显著.布氏田鼠的这种遗传结构特点可能是该物种稳定的地下生活环境和有限的迁移造成的,且浑善达克沙漠形成布氏田鼠分化最强烈的隔离因素. 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size.
