基于失败视角,本文运用社会信息加工理论,探究变革型领导对员工创造力的跨层次影响及团队失败共享信念和员工归属感在其中的作用,对60个团队中302对领导—员工配对数据进行分析,得到结论：变革型领导对员工创造力具有显著的跨层次正向影响,且对团队失败共享信念具有显著的正向影响;团队失败共享信念在变革型领导与员工创造力关系之间起到跨层次中介作用;员工归属感在团队失败共享信念与员工创造力关系之间起到正向调节作用。  相似文献   

融合多层次语义的网络评价方面抽取方法研究

针对现有的评价方面抽取方法无法充分利用评论文本中字词包含的复杂语义问题,提出了一种融合多层次语义的网络评价方面抽取模型.首先将卷积神经网络(CNN)训练的字符表示与Word2Vec预训练的词向量进行拼接,构建字词融合的特征表示,利用注意力机制对字词融合的特征表示进行重要程度标识,获得融合注意力的特征表示;构建由CNN和双向长短期记忆网络(BiLSTM)组成的混合神经网络,利用CNN的强学习能力提取字、词的局部语义特征信息,利用BiLSTM全局特征提取能力捕捉字、词之间长距离的上下文语义信息,实现多层次语义融合,最后利用条件随机场学习标签之间的约束条件,输出评论文本最优的序列标注结果,并以酒店评论文本为实验数据集,对所提模型与方法进行可行性和有效性验证.结果表明:本模型具有更好的评价方面抽取效果,可以为基于文本的评价研究与分析提供优质的数据源.  相似文献

梳理文化创意产业知识产权政策发展历程,探析演变规律,总结发展趋势,运用文本量化方法,对我国2004-2019年393项与文化创意产业知识产权相关的政策进行词频分析、社会语义网络分析、聚类分析和政策空间分布分析.研究发现:文化创意产业知识产权政策的演化历程兼具稳定性和波动性;国家层面政策和地方层面政策之间既有联系也有差异;文化创意产业知识产权治理逐步从一元化走向多元化;政策主题逐渐丰富但聚合度较低,政策体系逐步完善;政策发展速度快,区域差异较大.  相似文献

用HPLC法以Phenomenex C18色谱柱（150mm±4.6mm）为固定相,甲醇-水（70∶30）为流动相,流速1.0ml·min-1,进样量20μl,检测波长为280 nm,按外标法以峰面积计算测定辣椒素乳膏中辣椒素的含量。结果辣椒素在52.308μg·ml-1-98.804μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数 r＝0.9999。平均回收率99.43%,RSD为0.85%。本法简便、准确、可靠,适用于辣椒素乳膏中辣椒素的含量测定。  相似文献   

Archiving the wild,the wild archivist: Bukit Brown Cemetery and Singapore’s emerging ‘docu-tivists’

In recent years there has been growing interest in the discipline of computing in relation to cultural heritage, parallel with developments in greater user participation in archives and advances in documentation work. These trends are reflected in the case of a documentation project of an old Chinese cemetery in Singapore, Bukit Brown Cemetery. This case was characterised by tensions among the ‘wild’ array of emerging individual participants and archivists that took the momentum away from both more formal NGOs and government institutions in documenting, archiving and raising awareness of the heritage of the site when part of it was announced to be set aside for a new highway. The case presents a compelling need for participatory archives, facilitated by computing interventions encouraging public engagement and visits to the site. Being actively involved in the documentation process, the authors reflect on how conceptual frameworks of records may assist in designing new media innovations and informing the ways by which a cemetery may be documented. Through these reflections, the authors argue for the active participation of archivists and records professionals in documentation work, and demonstrate how, in the creation and keeping of records, they shape the collective imagination of the public and other stakeholders in heritage sites.  相似文献   

Graphophonemic awareness in adults after instruction in phonic generalisations

A number of studies have shown, counter-intuitively, that skilled adult readers find it difficult to correctly relate phonemes to graphemes in written words. In most adults this is of little consequence. However, teachers are required to show children how to relate phonemes to graphemes when teaching reading. This study investigated whether a brief period of instruction would improve the ability of adults in this task. Results showed a general level of improvement relative to controls. Exposure alone to the task had no effect. Improvement for the instructed group was not very large and there was difficulty relating phonemes to graphemes which had more than one letter. It may be that trainee teachers need instruction to improve knowledge of grapheme phoneme correspondence so that they can pass such knowledge onto young readers.  相似文献
