军校知识产权管理具有鲜明特点,对军校内部知识产权规章制度建设提出了特殊要求。目前我国军校知识产权规章制度建设比较薄弱,与国家知识产权战略特别是国防知识产权战略实施的现实需求不相适应。加强军校知识产权规章制度建设,应当充分认清其地位作用,以国家和军队相关政策法规为依据,结合单位实际,着重完善知识产权归属及分类、管理与科研过程相结合、激励机制以及成果转移和应用等方面的具体制度设计。  相似文献

Ag/AgCl electrode has been prepared using pressed powder techniques. In order to verify the feasibility of this type of electrode used as detecting electric field generated by vessels in seawater, its characteristics of DC resistance, low frequency AC impedance, and receiving impedance in artificial seawater have been studied by polarization measurements, low frequency electrochemical impedance spectra, the open and short circuit cell conditions. The results show that the electrode can keep a low resistance when it responses the weak electrostatic field in seawater. The AC impedance of the electrode decreases as the frequency of the signal increasing. The receiving impedance decreases when the frequency of external field increases too. The valid detection bandwidth is determined by the properties of the impedance and the reactions occurring on the surface of the electrode.  相似文献

Carrier-smoothing-code filtering (CSCF) is widely used in GNSS signal processing to combine code pseudoranges and carrier phases. Position-domain (PD) CSCF is generally more accurate and less sensitive to visible satellite changes than range-domain (RD) CSCF. However, PD-CSCF necessitates at least four visible satellites. Intermittent satellite deficiency with less than four visible satellites is not uncommon in harsh environments like urban canyons. At such deficiency epochs, the PD-CSCF convergence has to break off. This study aims to bridge intermittent deficiency epochs in PD-CSCF without introducing any external information. The proposed solution is called switching RD and PD CSCF in which PD filter is replaced by RD filter at deficiency epochs. Besides detailing the seamless switching algorithms from PD/RD to RD/PD filters, a global RD filter, different from the conventional one, is developed to preserve the correlations among smoothed pseudoranges corresponding to different satellites. Compared to the conventional PD and RD CSCF algorithms, smoother results can be expected from the proposed switching filter, especially after the intermittent deficiency epochs. Experiments are conducted using real BDS signals. Cases with different kinds of deficiency are considered. Superiority of the proposed method is clearly observed from the results.  相似文献

SMART CLEAN is an innovative Nd:YAG laser system that has been designed to optimize laser cleaning procedures, especially for the treatment of altered stone surfaces. The project, originated by the co-operation of researchers and enterprises involved in optoelectronics system development, was aimed at improving the intrinsic features of the laser source, as well as some practical aspects, in order to facilitate laser application in the restoration yard. Emission characteristics were suitably tailored to obtain effective removal of alteration layers, and to minimize possible side effects. In particular, the pulse duration of the SMART CLEAN laser was set at 20 μs, by means of a proprietary design of the power supply. This was in order to reduce the risk of both mechanical and thermal damage to the artwork substrate, which is more likely to occur with short and long laser pulses, respectively. Moreover, this pulse duration permitted a reliable transmission of high laser energy through long optical fibres (50 m), which allowed easy cleaning operations on façades. The laser system was tested on a large variety of lithotypes and in operative cleaning interventions on Italian monuments.  相似文献
