上海市公共体育设施建设的主要矛盾是市民日益增长的多元化体育需求和公共体育设施建设不平衡、不充分发展之间的矛盾。作为迈向卓越的全球城市，上海正为向市民提供多元化需求的公共体育设施而努力。本文根据“30分钟体育生活圈”的要求，对上海市公共体育设施建设效应进行研判，得出：（1）上海市公共体育设施布局呈现等级性，空间上呈现“中心-外围”特征，形成了“市-区-街道”三级空间尺度的公共体育设施空间布局。（2）上海市公共体育设施空间布局与人口密度分布呈正相关关系。健身点密度、市民球场、市民健身房、市民健身步道与人口密度分布呈现较强的正相关关系；农民健身工程与人口密度分布呈现较强的负相关关系。（3）上海市公共体育设施密度区域差异显著。公共体育设施建设正处于数量增加向质量提升的过渡阶段，正建设与卓越的全球城市和社会主义国际化大都市相匹配的公共体育设施与配套服务。（4）上海市公共体育设施建设总体评价较好，但存在难以满足多元化需求等问题。调查显示，居民对上海市公共体育设施建设的总体评价较好，满意度评价较高，但未满足个性化、多元化需求，在软件环境建设上仍有很大提升空间。  相似文献   

A rule induction framework for the determination of representative learning design in skilled performance

Representative learning design provides a framework for the extent to which practice simulates key elements of a performance setting. Improving both the measurement and analysis of representative learning design would allow for the refinement of sports training environments that seek to replicate competition conditions and provide additional context to the evaluation of athlete performance. Using rule induction, this study aimed to develop working models for the determination of high frequency, representative events in Australian Rules football kicking. A sample of 9005 kicks from the 2015 Australian Football League season were categorised and analysed according to the following constraints: type of pressure, kick distance, possession source, time in possession, velocity and kick target. The Apriori algorithm was used to develop two models. The first consisted of 10 rules containing the most commonly occurring constraint sets occurring during the kick in AF, with support values ranging from 0.15 to 0.22. None of the rules contained more than three constraints and confidence values ranged from 0.63 to 0.84. The second model considered ineffective and effective kick outcomes and displayed 70% classification accuracy. This research provides a measurement approach to determine the degree of representativeness of sports practice and is directly applicable to various team sports.  相似文献

融资约束、税收激励与企业研发投入——来自中国制造业上市公司的证据

以中国制造业上市公司2011—2013年的数据为样本,研究融资约束与税收激励2个因素对企业研发投入的影响。研究发现,融资约束显著影响企业研发投入强度,民营企业研发投入主要依赖于债务融资,国有企业的研发投入主要取决于股权融资;税收政策对企业研发投入的激励效应主要体现在民营企业,对国有企业研发投入的促进作用不显著;税收激励效应有效缓解了融资对民营企业研发投入的影响,企业所得税税收政策较增值税更能促进民营企业的研发投入。  相似文献   

融资约束背景下的企业研发投入与新产品开发绩效——基于中国工业企业数据库的面板模型分析

以往研究对于企业研发投入强度与新产品开发绩效之间的互动关系存在着正向影响与负向影响的不同结论,原因之一在于未考虑融资约束等情境因素的影响。从融资约束的视角研究企业研发投入强度与新产品开发绩效之间的影响关系,基于构建面板回归模型的方法和中国工业企业数据,实证结果表明:(1)进一步验证了研发投入强度与新产品开发绩效之间的正向关系的存在;(2)研发投入强度与新产品开发绩效存在着非线性倒U型关系;(3)检验了融资约束存在的调节效应,内部融资约束与外部融资约束对于上述关系的影响不同。研究结果可以为企业、政府和金融机构共同促进形成新产品研究提供理论与政策指引。  相似文献   

Allocating Sample Sizes to Reduce Budget for Fixed-Effect 2×2 Heterogeneous Analysis of Variance

This article discusses the sample size requirements for the interaction, row, and column effects, respectively, by forming a linear contrast for a 2×2 factorial design for fixed-effects heterogeneous analysis of variance. The proposed method uses the Welch t test and its corresponding degrees of freedom to calculate the final sample size in a 2-step procedure. The simulation results show that the proposed sample size allocation ratio can minimize the sampling cost, while at the same time the designated power is achieved. The article concludes with a discussion to reiterate the importance of sample size planning, especially for testing the iteration effect.  相似文献   

New academics,new higher education contexts: a critical perspective on professional development

New academics entering higher education are especially vulnerable if teaching in a post-colonial classroom is not foregrounded as an explicit part of their professional induction. Drawing on a study of a professional development programme for induction to teaching, this paper explicates how six new academics confront specific challenges of exclusion, marginalisation, and alienation at institutional, faculty, departmental and classroom levels. Framed by critical and social realist theory, the study uses photo voice methodology to elicit new academics' critical insights in the ‘learning to teach’ frame. The paper asserts new academics must engage in ways that make explicit the racial, gendered and class-based constraints experienced in various university spaces. While the relevance and legitimacy of current professional development programmes depends on their ability to be responsive and socially just, the study also questions whether programmes alone can challenge deep systemic constraints that are reproduced through current university structures and culture.  相似文献
