为解决自动导引小车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)与轨道式龙门起重机(Rail-Mounted Gantry Crane,RMG)的协同调度问题,考虑AGV和RMG的任务分配约束,以卸船作业最小完工时间为目标,建立混合整数规划(Mixed Integer Programming,MIP)模型.改变AGV,岸桥和箱区数量的配置,得出不同条件下的完工时间.对该问题设计两组算例:小规模算例采用CPLEX软件和遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm,GA)分别进行求解,通过结果对比验证GA的有效性;大规模算例采用GA求解,给出自动化码头设备调度优化方案.分析结果表明,卸船完工时间随着卸船任务量的增加而增加,随着AGV,岸桥和箱区数量的增加而减少,且AGV和岸桥数量的增加对完工时间的影响大于箱区数量的增加时完工数量的影响. 相似文献

为解决双40英尺集装箱装卸系统的自动化码头堆场分配问题,运用多目标规划方法,建立滚动式的集装箱码头出口箱堆场计划模型.此模型在缩短出口箱箱位到相应泊位的总运输距离、平衡各场桥的工作量以及提高双40英尺集装箱装卸率的基础上建立目标函数,以达到提高码头装卸效率和降低码头装卸成本的目的.为了得到模型的可行解并对其进行优化,设计启发式算法和离散粒子群算法流程.最后,通过案例分析验证该堆场计划模型的有效性和实用性. 相似文献

为弥补自动化集装箱码头自动装载车（Automated Lifting Vehicle, ALV）先到先服务（First Come First Service, FCFS）分配方式的缺陷，提出基于触发事件的ALV作业任务实时分配方式.设置一组触发事件触发ALV实时分配，以ALV到达任务作业点估计时间最短为目标，建立ALV实时分配模型，选用A*算法对该模型进行求解.通过与贪婪算法的对比，验证A*算法的优越性.对用A*算法求解大型集装箱码头ALV实时分配问题的求解速度和稳定性进行实验测试，结果验证了选用A*算法的可行性. 相似文献

为缩短集装箱船舶的装卸时间、提高集装箱堆场的利用率,探索港口集装箱码头的堆场功能分区.在分析集装箱作业流程中所存在问题的基础上,针对进口箱区提出带有货主等级制的新型堆存策略,针对出口箱区所提出的堆存策略配套设计新的集卡调度方案.利用Flexsim软件分别建立传统的和新的功能分区下的出口装船流程模型,分析两者的数据差异,证明新的堆存策略的实效性和优越性.对集装箱堆场功能分区的探索和设计,可为我国集装箱堆场管理和运营提供新思路. 相似文献

为提高自动化码头服务水平和减少能耗,在考虑自动化码头装卸设备作业能耗的基础上,针对自动化集装箱码头三种装卸设备(岸桥、自动引导车和自动堆垛机)间的协调调度问题,以设备总作业时间最短和总作业能耗最低为目标,建立多目标混合整数规划模型,并用遗传算法求解。结果表明,考虑能耗会对装卸设备的装卸时间产生影响,能耗要求越低,装卸时间越长。利用该模型可以实现三种装卸设备间的协调调度,并实现时间效率与节能之间更好的权衡。 相似文献

针对集装箱码头出口箱进场选位问题,提出基于混堆模式的出口箱进场选位优化策略.该策略以压箱数最少为目标,建立基于整数规划的选位模型;根据发箱时较低翻箱率的要求,采用启发式算法和分布式遗传算法相结合的混合算法求解选位模型;其中启发式规则用于缩小可行解的范围,分布式遗传算法用于求近似最优解.某集装箱码头的仿真案例表明,采用该模型和算法对降低船舶压箱总数和在港时间具有一定作用,说明该出口箱混堆选位模型和算法的有效性与实用性. 相似文献

为更科学地制定集装箱码头装卸价格标准,在大量港口码头营运数据的基础上,利用时间驱动作业成本法核算成本,制定针对单船作业箱量的差别定价策略:在港口繁忙的月份,对作业箱量特别少的船多收费,以此鼓励船公司增加作业箱量,使码头从规模效应中受益。利用豪泰林模型和价格需求模型综合量化港口码头价格提升所导致的市场份额的损失。通过MATLAB平台求得最优差别定价点。以上海港某集装箱码头为例进行研究,结果表明:在繁忙月份可对单船作业箱量小于227 TEU的集装箱船提升装卸价格,码头可增收3 562. 5万元。 相似文献
