为满足社会对高、精、尖人才的迫切需求,我国教育体系需要随之变革。ESP教学以培养既擅长专业又擅长英语的复合型人才为目标,它要求ESP教师具备知识基础结构和专业实践能力。因而,ESP教师必须通过培训、与专业教师进行合作、探索自我发展模式等方法使自己迅速成长。而其中,开展反思教学研究是ESP教师的自我发展核心。实施反思性教学的教师需借助课堂观摩、课程报告、教学日记、行动研究、问卷调查等方法探讨与解决自身教学问题,不断提高教学实践的合理性,并使自己成为专家型教师。 相似文献
