采用《主观幸福感量表》和PARS.3《体育活动等级量表》,测查315名高校教师的主观幸福感和体育锻炼情况。结果表明:高校教师的总体幸福感水平较高,女教师、已婚、教龄长的教师总体幸福感水平较高;运动量在正性情感上有显著的主效应,锻炼持续时间在正性情感和负性情感上均有显著的主效应,运动量和锻炼持续时间在正性情感和负性情感上交互效应显著,说明在体育锻炼与高校教师主观幸福感的关系中,锻炼持续时间是影响其效果的决定性因素。运动量与锻炼持续时间在生活满意感上主效应均不明显,且不存在交互效应,说明仅仅通过体育锻炼较难对其产生影响作用。  相似文献

为了提高冰上体育课的教学效果和教学质量,改变以往体育课生硬的教学方法,在冰上教学中运用“诱导——陶冶——激励——调控”的情感教学模式,探索高校冬季体育教学的改革之路。实验与调查结果表明:实验班学生的冰上课学习成绩和上课出勤率均高于对照班学生;实验班学生的情感指标高于对照班学生,对学生的课堂情感有显著的积极影响,使学生对冰上课的学习由原来“让我学”改变成现在的“我要学”。  相似文献

采用问卷调查等研究方法,以四川省户外运动指导员为研究对象,通过对年龄、性别、指导年限等进行调查研究,探讨四川省户外运动指导员现状以及存在的问题。总结得出:四川省户外运动指导员男女比例差距较大,整体偏年轻化;学历相对较高;以兼职为主;地域分布不平衡。优化路径:与高校搭建合作平台、开展交流会议;开展多种类、高等级的户外指导员培训;通过高校教育加强后备人才队伍建设;加强人员资质管理。  相似文献

A series of one-vs-one fencing contests was staged in a laboratory to investigate the nature and extent of relationships between attributions and emotions. The experimenter had full control over the outcome and created a substantial defeat for one subject. A pre-contest measure of the importance of winning was obtained via a questionnaire. After the contest, questionnaire ratings of 12 attributions for outcome (winning/losing), 28 adjectives describing emotions, and a rating of satisfaction with performance were elicited. Factor analysis of emotion ratings revealed three factors of 'positive self-esteem', 'depression-frustration' and 'intropunitiveness'. Relationships between emotion factors and attributions involved primarily internal attributions. Multiple regression analyses showed that positive self-esteem for winners was best predicted by performance satisfaction, outcome importance and attributions, whereas depression-frustration was predicted only by attributions. For losers, positive self-esteem was predicted from attributions. These results suggest that attributions and emotions are related after sports competition but that non-attribution variables are also important predictors of sport-related emotion.  相似文献

Research into emotion regulation in sport has predominantly focused on intrapersonal regulation of emotion response systems (i.e. subjective experience, cognitions, behaviours or physiological responses). However, researchers in social psychology have suggested that the emotion regulation process is inherently social and interpersonal. This shift represents a significant change in how emotion regulation is conceptualized and, given the intensity of emotions experienced in sport, represents a potentially productive line of enquiry. This review addresses interpersonal emotion regulation in sport, and draws attention to work in social psychology that might inform future sports research. 面对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的爆发,网络体育健身视频成为体育抗疫的"急先锋",对其持续使用意愿影响因素进行分析可为推进体育产业和全民健身事业发展提供借鉴。基于使用与满足理论视角,通过问卷调查和结构方程模型构建影响因素研究模型,针对典型群体进行实证分析。结果表明:1)使用与满足理论适用于网络体育健身视频研究,并有着较强的解释力;2)信息需求、社交需求、好奇心的满足感正向影响网络体育健身视频用户的积极情绪获取;3)积极情绪显著正向影响网络体育健身视频用户的持续使用意愿。实践启示:1)提升网络体育健身视频信息质量;2)优化网络体育健身的社交功能;3)开发网络体育健身视频的眼球效应。  相似文献

Emotions experienced before and during sports competition have been found to influence sports performance. Emotion regulation is defined as the automatic or deliberate use of strategies to initiate, maintain, modify or display emotions (Gross & Thompson, 2007) and is proposed to occur when a discrepancy exists between current and desired emotions. Two distinct motivations to regulate emotion - hedonic and instrumental (in short, for pleasure or for purpose) - have been proposed (Tamir, 2009). The instrumental approach might provide a more fruitful area of investigation for sports researchers as some athletes hold beliefs that supposedly pleasant emotions such as happiness and calmness associate with poor performance and supposedly unpleasant emotions such as anxiety and anger associate with good performance (Hanin, 2010). Athletes are more likely to try to regulate an emotion if they believe that doing so will facilitate performance. Strategies that encourage re-appraisal of factors that trigger emotions are proposed to be preferable. In this British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) expert statement, a summary of the key theoretical issues are offered leading to evidence-based recommendations for practitioners and researchers.  相似文献

为了揭示普通高校民俗体育课程的开展对大学生体育生活方式的影响,文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,通过学生体育生活方式形成的主观与客观条件以及民俗体育较其它体育项目的优势分析,阐明了民俗体育课程的开展对大学生体育生活方式认知层面和行为层面的影响。研究结果表明:大学时期是个人体育生活方式形成的关键阶段,民俗体育对大学生体育生活方式的形成有积极影响,高校要认真开展好民俗体育来促进大学生体育生活方式的形成。  相似文献

运用文献资料、调查访问等方法对东北三省普通高校冬季公共体育课程现状进行调研,发现学生的健康意识及在中小学积累的冰雪项目的运动技能是其产生体育运动兴趣的关键,对冰雪项目的认识不够是部分学生不喜欢、甚至是畏惧冰雪体育课程的主要原因;大多数体育教师对开设冰雪体育课持肯定态度;高校冬季体育场地、器材条件制约了冰雪体育教学的开展。提出应弘扬冬季体育运动文化,加强冬季体育课程建设,冰雪项目与非冰雪项目课程同时开设,加大冬季体育课程资金的投入等措施改善普通高校冬季公共体育课程,提高冬季体育教学质量。  相似文献

Abstract

Sports clubs create conditions for people of all ages to pursue a healthy lifestyle through exercise in sports and attend to constructive pedagogical work which creates much value for society. This study investigates the relationship between adolescents' sports clubs participation and self-reported mental and physical conditions and future expectations. The participants were 10,987 pupils in the final three years of their compulsory education in Iceland (aged 14–16 years). The participants completed questionnaires administered to students in the classroom relating to health and behaviour. The results indicate that participation in sports clubs influences adolescents positively; adolescents who work hard at sport not only believe they are in better mental and physical condition, they also believe they can succeed in other areas such as their studies. Sports clubs promote positive influence on adolescents' mental and physical conditions and their future expectations toward work and happiness. It can be concluded that participation in organised sports clubs affects the participants in a positive way.  相似文献

以武汉市户外运动爱好者、户外运动从业者及普通民众为调查对象,采用调查访问法、文献资料法、数据分析法对户外运动期刊受众阅读需求和期刊影响进行分析。分析认为户外运动期刊在内容上基本满足受众的需求,对户外运动的普及发展具有积极作用,但在销售、宣传上存在不足。建议户外运动期刊提高内容质量、举办宣传活动扩大影响,增加受众,促进户外运动的发展。  相似文献

Purpose: The aims of this study were to analyze the intensity of emotions (positive, negative, or ambiguous) produced when players took part in traditional games with a different social structure and to examine the explanations given by those participants for these emotional experiences. Method: Participants (N = 556) were recruited from 4 Spanish universities. After taking part in each of the games, they were asked to complete the Games and Emotions Questionnaire to indicate the intensity of their emotional experiences and to explain what, in their view, had led to the strongest emotion felt. Results: The application of a mixed-methods approach identified statistically significant differences in relation to 3 variables. These were (a) the type of emotion, (b) motor domain, and (c) type of result (win, loss, and noncompetitive). The intensity of positive emotions was higher in cooperative games and lower in individual games. Comments referring to negative emotions were more frequent as the social structure of games became more complex (minimal presence of individual games and predominance of cooperation-opposition games). Winning was associated with the highest intensity ratings of positive and ambiguous emotions, whereas being defeated produced the highest values for negative emotions. The intensity ratings for negative emotions were lower in noncompetitive games than in games where players lost. Conclusion: The results confirm that traditional games can play a key role in relation to the emotional facets of physical education.  相似文献

探索大型体育赛事的举办与承办地区居民幸福指数的关联性,揭示大型体育赛事举办后对承办地区居民幸福指数的影响。采用文献调研、专家征询、问卷调查等方法在开发包含9个一级指标、18个二级指标、50个三级指标测量评价体系的前提下,分别在奥运会举办前、后共2次对北京市18个行政区的9 000名居民进行了调查,对调查结果进行比较分析,结果显示:1)大型体育赛事的举办有效提升了北京市民的幸福指数,按提升幅度大小排序依次为愉悦感指数、体育文化指数、满足感指数、健康感指数、成就感指数、富裕感指数和安全感指数;2)大型体育赛事举办后北京市民的向心感指数和认同感指数略有下降;3)北京市民幸福指数为3.39(五分制)、67.76(百分制),充分表明市民对未来充满希望;4)影响北京市民幸福指数的主要因素主要包括两个大的方面,第1个方面包括交通状况、医疗状况、环境卫生、教育状况等;第2个方面包括住房条件、现有工作、人际关系水平、人身财产安全状况、个人总体情感水平等因素。  相似文献

现代速度滑冰运动成绩的提高与现代多学科技术应用密切相关,探讨发现运动与非运动技术间的影响规律,直接或间接影响不同运动员的成绩,为教练员、运动员积极挖掘利用与创新提供许多新的思路,并成为提高运动成绩的途径之一。运用运动成绩提高的历史观和现代科技发展观揭示冰刀结构、冰刀研磨、运动服装、检测监控、场地环境等技术特性影响运动成绩的关联因素,认为非运动技术条件的物理特性创造了运动者之间客观的物理条件不平等性,对速滑运动员群体来说,非运动技术条件的利用是“人为创造差异条件”——创造运动者之间客观物理条件的不平等,从而影响不同运动员的成绩。教练员、运动员对非运动技术条件的再挖掘、利用和创新有着不同寻常的意义。  相似文献
