为确定用于超大口径(>=1500mm)光学非球面成形加工的超精密数控磨床的构型设计方案,本文开展了2种不同构型龙门机床的空间运动误差建模及比较研究。基于多体系统理论,通过建立2种构型龙门机床的拓扑结构图,推导二者的空间运动误差模型;并基于该模型,采用仿真手段比较了二者用于超大尺寸光学非球面加工过程的砂轮中心点误差变化规律;仿真结果表明,在加工大口径非球面元件时,工作台移动式的机床构型具有相对较小的空间运动误差,但两种构型龙门机床的误差十分接近。在综合考虑二者在大口径非球面元件加工过程中的其他特点后,确定了该超精密磨削机床构型为工作台固定的桥式龙门结构。  相似文献

This paper puts forward a machining complex oriented compensation strategy for the generalized kinematic errors(GKEs) According to this strategy,the error map,which is constructed by using the off-line measuring information of the machined workpiece,is not oriented for the machine tool but for the machining complex to compensate the GKEs.The error map is derived by theproposed predictive learning control algorithm(PLCA),which is supported by the information model of machining complex,Experimental results show that the machining complex complex oriented GKEs compensation strategy and the information model based PLCA is effective.  相似文献

特殊工件精密磨削是一个复杂的多变量影响过程,本文开展了精密磨削加工技术的优化研究。在利用已知加工外表面母线方程的基础上,采用了精密数控曲线磨削砂轮法向跟踪的方法,通过保证曲线轮廓上磨削点处的法线经过砂轮的回转平面,实现了砂轮与工件之间的恒定点接触,在分析砂轮与工件运动几何关系的基础上,建立了砂轮法向跟踪的数学模型,从而提高了加工精度,实现了对任意复杂曲线轮廓的磨削加工。  相似文献

随着旋转模切机转速的提高,刀架及齿辊等结构振动剧烈,使得整个系统的动态性能指标无法满足设计要求。基于虚拟样机技术及有限元法,采用ADAMS软件建立模切机压花辊系统的虚拟样机模型,对系统在300 m/min线速度且空载的情况进行动力学仿真,提取得到齿辊的支承轴承动态载荷历程。同时开展刀架的模态分析,并以动力学仿真结果作为输入条件,进行刀架的谐响应分析,探测结构的共振响应,为设备的动态性能校核及参数优化提供参考。  相似文献

获取机床结构的动态特性是确保精密加工的重要手段之一.基于有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench 12.0,在Pro/E软件中建立机床主轴、主轴箱三维模型,进而将其导入ANSYS Workbench 12.0中进行有限元建模和模态分析,获得了固有频率和振型;在此基础上,分析了振型图中的最大变形区域,评价了共振薄弱点并提出了相应的结构修改建议.  相似文献

为探究金属工件在砂带磨削加工中的材料去除机理,对砂带磨削系统简化后建立几何模型,并设置模型参数及运动建立了砂带磨削加工的离散元动态仿真。仿真结果表明:通过单因子试验研究不同的磨削参数对材料去除深度(material removal depth, MRD)的影响规律?通过正交试验得到不同磨削参数对MRD 的影响贡献率,其中砂带转速的影响最大、其次是砂带进给量,同时得到磨削参数的最优组合为工件进给量为0.5 mm,砂带转速为1 800 r/ min,工件速度为40 mm/ s,水平夹角为40°;最后通过实验验证仿真结果与结论的正确性。  相似文献

The machining accuracy of workpiece is influenced by its orientation deviation, which is caused by the fixture-workpiece error. Based on the spatial coordinate theory, the orientation deviation of workpiece is measured by using an on-machine verification system, which can take into account the errors resulting from fixture manufacturing, installation and adjustment, location and clamping of workpiece. According to the least square method, the model of orientation deviation is built to determine the relationship between the theoretical and actual coordinate systems. The influence of orientation deviation on machining accuracy is quantified, and it is shown that the orientation deviation only affects the dimensional precision and position precision, rather than shape precision. In the experiment, the compensation processing of realtime errors was conducted, and the perpendicularity and inclination errors of the tetragonal part were reduced by 38.46% and 47.06%, respectively.  相似文献

在数控铣削加工中,常遇到工件加工尺寸大于机床加工行程的情况,利用移位加工法可以在一定程度上解决这个问题。以冰箱发泡模为例,对移位加工法在使用中的移位方法选择、加工坐标系设置、零件模型构建、刀具路径设置及加工操作中涉及的关键问题进行了分析研究,并提出了一套实用性较高的加工方案,为中、小企业的数控铣削加工中的具体应用提供相应的指导。  相似文献

本文分析了M1432A型外圆磨床液压系统的特点,指出了该液压系统的不足,结合先进的液压技术和理论,对磨床的工作台及砂轮架的液压控制部分进行改进设计,经过模拟验证和实际论证,证明该种机床在改进后,能在加工精度、平稳性、换向精度、响应时间等各方面有大幅度的提高,为原有机床液压系统的改进和完善提供了较好的思路。  相似文献

采用树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮对纳米晶粒硬质合金进行平面磨削试验,结合单因素和正交实验研究不同磨削要素即磨削深度ap、工件进给速度vw、砂轮线速度vs 对磨削纳米晶粒硬质合金表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,磨削深度ap 和工件进给速度vw 增加,表面粗糙度增加?砂轮线速度vs 增加,表面粗糙度减小。磨削3 要素对纳米晶粒硬质合金表面粗糙度影响程度的大小依次是工件进给速度、砂轮线速度、磨削深度。因此,为了获得好的表面质量可以采取小进给、小切深、高砂轮线速度的组合方式进行磨削?同时建立了磨削纳米晶粒硬质合金的表面粗糙度数学模型并验证了模型的可靠性。  相似文献

针对目前磨料流加工存在的问题,本文设计了一种新型的细孔磨料流加工机床.从浆料流变学的角度,推导出磨料流加工中壁面剪应力的数学表达式.结合数学表达式对其加工原理进行了分析,得出新型磨料流加工机床研磨内孔的3种主要方式.相比只存在粘性剪应力的研磨加工,新型研磨机床采用复合粘性剪应力和雷诺剪应力的工作方式,其加工效率得到明显提高.最后给出细孔磨料流加工机床在喷油器体内孔研磨加工的应用实例.  相似文献

In order to compensate for the limitation of conventional XY table used in semiconductor integrated circuits(IC) packaging and improve its speed and accuracy, a voice coil actuator (VCA) direct-drive high-speed and precision positioning XY table used in wire bonder was proposed. Also, a novel flexible decoupling mechanism was used in the positioning table, and the small moving mass enabled the positioning table to move at high speed and precision. XY table deformation interference caused by assembly error and instant interference generated by dynamic load moving with high speed and acceleration can be eliminated through the flexible decoupling mechanism. Considering the positioning table as lumped mass spring system,the dynamic equations of the mechanical system and the VCA were built according to the Newton mechanics principle and electromagnetic theory. Then the electromechanical coupling control model of the system was created through Laplace transform. Based on displacement PID controller, the loop-locked controlling algorithm of the positioning system was investigated. The dynamic control algorithm effectively improved the system dynamic performance. The precision test of the prototype machine was carried out, and the results validated the correctness of the model and the theory. Compared with traditional XY table, the table has higher speed, acceleration and positioning accuracy.  相似文献

The grind-hardening method suitable for external grinding is proposed in this paper and the experiments are carried out on M1432B grinding machine. The hardened layer of the workpiece with cut depth 0.3 mm and speed 0.2 m/min is analyzed. The result indicates the metallurgical structure of the hardened layer is martensite and the top hardness value is 754 HV (about 62.3 HRC). At the same time, the grinding force, one of the most important factors of external grind-hardening process is modeled, and the measurement method is provided with elastic core dampers. The measurement result shows that the values of both the tangential force and the normal force increase when the cut depth increases, and the top value is 146 N and 656 N with the cut depth value of 0.4 Era. The increment speed and the value of the normal force are larger than the tangential force.  相似文献

The hole-making process in stack materials consisting of carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) and Ti-6Al-4V remains a critical challenge. In this paper, an experimental study on the helical milling of CFRP/Ti-6Al-4V stacks was conducted by using two different machining strategies. Helical milling strategyⅠ machines both materials with identical machining parameters, while machining strategyⅡ uses two sets of machining parameters to machine each material. Helical milling performance was evaluated by the following indicators: tool life, cutting forces, hole quality(including diameter deviation, roundness, roughness, and hole edge quality). The results demonstrate that helical milling strategy Ⅱ outperformed strategy Ⅰ, leading to longer tool life(up to 48 holes), smaller cutting forces and better hole quality with higher geometric accuracy and smoother surface finish(Ra≤ 0.58 μm for Ti-6Al-4V and Ra ≤ 0.81 μm for CFRP), eliminating the need for reaming or de-burring.  相似文献
