聚丙烯输液瓶及其原料中抗氧剂1010的测定 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定聚丙烯输液瓶及其原料中抗氧剂1010的含量。方法:样品经甲笨加热回流15h,冷却至60℃加入甲醇后滤过,蒸干,用水/四氢呋喃/乙腈(1:3:6)溶解定容,经C18柱分离,在紫外检测器280nm波长处检测。结果:抗氧剂1010在2428~7284ug/ml范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.5%、RSD为23%(n=6),聚丙烯输液瓶及其原料中的抗氧剂1010含量均小于0.3%。结论:此方法操作简单,准确可靠,适用于聚丙烯输液瓶及其原料中抗氧剂1010的质量控制, 相似文献

目的:建立注射用去水卫矛醇直接接触药品内包材胶塞可能迁移入药品的抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂3114、3,5-二叔丁基-羟基苯基丙酸(3,5-DTBHA)的反相高效液相色潽法含量测定方法并对其进行方法学验证。方法:采用C18色谱柱(2.7μm,100 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:0.1%磷酸水溶液:甲醇;流速1.0 mL·min-1;柱温40℃;检测波长为276 nm。结果:3,5-DTBHA、抗氧剂3114、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076分别在0.99~5.93μg/mL、0.97~5.84μg/mL、0.97~5.84μg/mL、0.97~5.84μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数都大于0.999。加标样品中的3,5-DTBHA、抗氧剂3114、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076的平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.5%~103.9%,104.0%~105.9%、99.0%~105.3%及91.5%~96.9%。结论:该方法灵敏、快速,重复性好,操作简便,可用于注射用去水卫矛醇的直接接触内包装材料中添加的4种抗氧剂及其降解物的浸出物检测。 相似文献

目的:考察两种不同内包装材料对磺胺嘧啶银乳膏在贮存过程中的稳定性影响。方法:通过使用药用铝质软管和药用复合软管(简称铝管和复合软管)对磺胺嘧啶银乳膏灌装后,进行长期稳定性试验,考察药物的稳定性。结果:采用铝管和复合软管内包装药物,对磺胺嘧啶银乳膏的稳定性影响有差异。结论:选择复合软管包装磺胺嘧啶银乳膏更加有利于保持药物的稳定性。 相似文献

This study reports a robust method of gene transfection in a murine primary cell model by using a high-density electrodes network (HDEN). By demonstrating high cell viability after gene transfection and successful expression of transgenes including fluorescent proteins, the HDEN device shows great promise as a solution in which reprogramming efficiency using non-viral induction for generation of murine induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) is optimized. High and steady transgene expression levels in host cells of iPSCs can be demonstrated using this method. Moreover, the HDEN device achieved successful gene transfection with a low voltage of less than 180 V while requiring relatively low cell numbers (less than 1.5 × 104 cells). The results are comparable to current conventional methods, demonstrating a reasonable fluorescent-plasmid transfection rate (42.4% in single transfection and 24.5% in triple transfection) and high cell viability of over 95%. The gene expression levels of each iPSC factor was measured to be over 10-fold higher than that reported in previous studies using a single mouse embryonic fibroblast cell. Our results demonstrate that the generation of iPSCs using HDEN transfection of plasmid DNA may be a feasible and safe alternative to using viral transfection methods in the near future. 相似文献

IntroductionA specific sequence is recommended for filling blood tubes during blood collection to prevent erroneous test results due to carryover of additives. However, requirement of this procedure is still debatable. This study was aimed to investigate the potassium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (K-EDTA) contamination in blood samples taken after a tube containing the additive during routine workflow. The study was also carried out to examine the effect of order of draw on potassium results, regardless of K-EDTA contamination.Materials and methodsIn 388 outpatients, to determine the probability of K-EDTA cross-contamination, blood was drawn sequentially into a serum tube, followed by a tube containing K-EDTA, and by another serum tube. In another 405 outpatients, to evaluate the effect of order of draw blood unrelated to K-EDTA contamination, two serum tube were successively collected. Potassium was measured on Cobas 6000 c501 analyser (Roche Diagnostic GmbH, Mannheim, Germany) by indirect ion selective electrode method.ResultsOf paired samples collected before and after a K-EDTA tube, 24% had a potassium difference of above 0.3 mmol/L. However, no EDTA contamination was detected in these samples as well as 95% confidence intervals (CI) of limits of agreement for calcium were within the allowable error limits based on reference change values. Interestingly, of blood samples drawn successively, 24% had also a difference greater than 0.3 mmol/L for potassium.ConclusionIncorrect order of draw using closed blood collection system does not cause K-EDTA contamination, even in routine workflow. However, regardless of K-EDTA contamination, order of draw has significant influence on the potassium results. 相似文献

本文介绍了氰化亚金钾中金含量及杂质的测定方法。本文采用湿法重量法测定金含量,滤液经富集浓缩后,采用火焰原子吸收法测定杂质,无需二次溶样。结果表明,该方法对氰化亚金钾样品中的Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Fe、Co、Ni、Zn和Cr等元素的分析具有一定的准确度和精密度。金的相对标准偏差小于0.5%,杂质元素的相对标准偏差小于3%,回收率介于95%~105%之间。 相似文献

高频焊接矩形管生产效率高,抗扭性能好,平面外刚度大,根据需要内部可充填混凝土以提高抵抗局部屈曲的能力,比焊接H型钢的轻钢厂房有更好的经济性。为提高梁柱连接节点的承载力、减小节点变形,需在节点区外包槽钢。本文分析了节点区不同厚度、不同形式外包槽钢和不同的柱内加劲肋设置等对节点强度和刚度的影响,得出了满足刚性连接要求的节点区外包槽钢厚度计算公式。研究了柱加劲肋、螺栓排列、螺栓数目、槽钢宽度和槽钢下伸长度等的影响。建议了箱形柱柱顶与梁上翼缘齐平,槽钢与梁端板等厚,槽钢向上伸出长度以满足安装一排高强螺栓的要求,并设置三角形加劲肋与柱顶盖板和槽钢焊接,箱形柱顶和槽钢内面满焊的节点形式。分析表明这种节点有很高的刚度和强度,能满足刚性连接的要求。 相似文献
