随着"大众体育"的发展和"运动休闲"时代的到来,运动休闲业在世界范围内迅速发展,我国的运动休闲业也初见端倪。但国人对运动休闲的概念、内涵与本质的认识还很模糊。文章采用比较分析法分析了休闲的外延类定义、内涵类定义和综合类定义;利用文献分析法阐释和分析了运动休闲、群众体育的相关概念及其关系,并对运动休闲的本质属性、活动类型、构成运动休闲的基本要素等问题进行了研究。同时,从定义、性质、参与人群、项目类型、参与目的和侧重点等角度对运动休闲、休闲运动与群众体育进行阐释与辨析。 相似文献
