技术是促进经济发展的关键因素,后发国家经济追赶战略的实现也应以技术追赶为基础.在回顾已有技术追赶理论研究的基础上,重点研究后发国家产业技术追赶的模式,将后发国家的产业技术追赶划分为同轨道跟随型、同轨道差异型、异轨道崛起型及后轨道创造型四种模式,深入分析了这四种模式的特征. 相似文献

后发企业颠覆性创新的实现不仅存在技术性能的越轨提升,更需打破市场认知劣势,得到市场检验。然而,现有研究尚未关注到市场认知的重要性,对其作用机制和演化过程未有系统性分析。本文采用纵向多案例研究方法,以滴滴出行、美团和Airbnb等颠覆传统“食住行”行业的创新案例,审视后发企业市场认知的演化路径。研究发现：后发企业的市场认知呈现出差异化形象、卓越者身份和领导者地位等状态演化,以驱动企业历经初创期、追赶期和成熟期的发展,实现对传统在位者的颠覆;初创期,后发企业受利基诱导,通过疏离行动和价值建构等塑造机制,以形成差异化形象实现新市场进入;追赶期,后发企业受竞争驱动因素影响,采取强化行动和方向重塑等转化机制,以树立卓越者身份实现新市场进阶;成熟期,后发企业由未来趋势引导,采取分化行动和未来引领等隔离机制,以占据新兴行业领导者位置,完成市场认知演化。综合本文的理论研究模型,为指导后发企业突破市场认知劣势,实现颠覆性创新提供有益的管理启示。 相似文献

面对范式转换开启的机会窗口和随之而来的高不确定性,后发者选择何种追赶路径更有可能赶超领先者?为回答这一问题,以新能源汽车发展引发的范式转换为背景,选取了我国市场上典型的汽车企业案例;然后,以比较企业优势观为理论基础,将新、旧范式下的技术和产品以及领先企业和后发企业纳入模型,经过研究辨识出三类追赶路径:渐进式、突进式和混合式。这些路径在实施方式、对企业具有比较企业优势和竞争优势的要求以及影响追赶成败的关键因素等方面均不相同。目前,我国企业实施的主要是渐进式和突进式追赶,然而,混合式追赶路径也应该成为我国企业,特别是大型国企的一个未来选择。 相似文献

双元性对后发企业追赶具有重要的作用,但后发企业如何通过次序双元实现技术追赶的过程机制仍不清楚。慈星1988~2018年的纵向案例研究发现,后发企业在技术追赶过程中可根据行业技术变革性质开展不同的组织学习,技术范式发生转变的根本性变革期以探索性学习为主导,可由独立的自治机构负责,技术范式趋于稳定的收敛性变革期则以利用性为主导,可在主流机构内完成,同时随着追赶技术难度的增加,企业研发团队由轻量级升级为重量级。技术变革性质、组织学习类型与企业内部要素三者之间的动态匹配,使后发企业有节奏地在探索与利用之间进行转换,形成了次序双元,进而实现了对国际领先企业的技术追赶。本文研究结论对技术追赶和双元学习研究都具有一定的理论贡献。 相似文献

在全球化和开放式创新背景下,后发企业技术追赶正呈现出起点更高、范围更广、速度更快等"新型技术追赶"特征,而传统技术追赶理论并未很好地解释这一现象背后的创新能力演化过程与机理。本文依据动态能力理论,通过对中集集团罐箱业务的技术追赶与创新能力演化过程进行纵向案例分析,探讨了后发企业如何通过开放式创新实现新型技术追赶和推动创新能力演化。研究发现:(1)技术并购日益成为开放式创新条件下后发企业实现新型技术追赶、快速提升创新能力的重要方式;(2)企业动态能力在后发企业新型技术追赶和较快积累创新能力中起到重要作用,而动态能力本身也可以在运用中不断提升。本研究可以为后发企业实现快速技术追赶和提升创新能力提供借鉴和参考。 相似文献

在消费电子产业，核心关键件技术位于核心技术链和核心产业链的中端，因此在后发国家企业的产业技术追赶中具有承上启下的枢纽作用。为此在对核心关键件技术系统解构的基础上，进一步分析了其对后发国家企业的技术追赶作用，并以此为依据选取华松公司系统阐释了后发国家消费电子企业核心关键件技术的发展路径，认为核心关键件技术的发展在已有技术轨道上需经历从制造技术、架构技术到部件技术的逆向追赶，而在技术轨道的变迁阶段，能否以逆向追赶为基础快速切入基础技术的应用开发是实现下一代核心关键件技术突破式创新的关键。 相似文献

互联网信息技术的高速发展为后发企业技术追赶提供了新的情境。中国后发企业在技术追赶中表现突出,一些企业已经从追赶进入赶超阶段。通过对互联网科技领军企业阿里巴巴的纵向单案例研究,探索了后发企业技术追赶过程中商业模式设计和技术创新战略的共演机制,建立了一个将环境、商业模式设计—技术创新战略、技术追赶以一种复合视角联系起来的框架,得出主要结论:(1)商业模式设计与技术创新战略的动态匹配及其共同演化,是后发企业实现技术追赶的重要模式;(2)该共演过程会与所处环境形成良好互动,从而更好实现技术追赶;(3)技术追赶的成效会反过来影响后发企业组织架构的设计和战略的选择。研究结论从理论和实践上丰富了现有后发企业技术追赶研究。 相似文献
