Consumers’ shopping intention is central to a Webstore's success. While past information system (IS) studies have examined this phenomenon extensively, they have focused on examining the single channel of e-tailing only. Knowledge of consumers’ cross-channel shopping behavior, which is common nowadays, was scarce. This study has empirically investigated a research model proposing how consumers’ brand loyalty in the retailing channel may impact on their shopping intentions at the same brand's Webstore. Specifically, in contrast to the system approach examined by past IS studies, this study has undertaken a brand perception approach and uncovered that by shaping consumers’ online perceptions of brand familiarity and Webstore reputation, consumers’ offline brand loyalty directly and indirectly enhances their trust in Webstore and lead to a higher shopping intention. Practical suggestions for click-and-mortar companies in building their channel strategies were proposed accordingly.  相似文献

This article brings together two areas of research: studies on risk perception of technologies and studies on vocational/career choice. This is an important link since decisions concerning technologies are influenced by decision makers’ risk perceptions and these in turn may be related to educational and career paths.We analyze students of different academic disciplines with regard to their risk perception of four technologies. The aim is to find out whether there is a relationship between area of study (as a precursor of vocational and career choice) and risk perception of technologies regarding health, environment and society. The four technologies under study are renewable energies, genetic engineering, nanotechnology and information and communication technologies (ICT). Key results are: irrespective of academic discipline risk of genetic engineering on average is rated highest and renewable energies lowest. This holds for all the risks studied (environmental, health, societal risks). On average, students from different academic disciplines differ in their risk perception. Factor analyses show that common dimensions of risk are the technologies and not the kind of risk. Regression analyses show that the variables influencing perceived risks vary between the technological fields.  相似文献

本研究的目的是为了了解中国农业大学教师对网络教育的创新-决策行为与他们对网络教育五项属性(相对优势、相容性、复杂性、可试验性、和可观察性)的认识之间的相互关系。本研究的理论基础是Rogers的创新-决策过程模型和创新属性理论。本研究采用的是定量研究,研究结果用统计数据的方式来描述。结果表明,(1)70%的参与问卷的教师(总人数=273)仍处于网络教育创新-决策过程的早期阶段(“无认知”、“认知”、或“说服”阶段),仅30%的老师处在后期三个阶段性(“决策”、“实施”、或“确认”阶段);(2)中国农大教师同意网络教育五项属性的存在;(3)教师对网络教育的创新-决策行为对他们认识网络教育相对优势属性的影响统计意义上不显著,但是,教师对网络教育相对优势、相容性、复杂性、可试验性、和可观察性属性的认识因他们对网络教育的创新-决策行为而有统计意义上的显著不同,整体而言,在网络教育创新-决策过程中所处阶段越靠后的教师对网络教育以上四项属性的认同越强烈。  相似文献

In spite of great expectations about the potential of nanotechnology, this study shows that people are rather ambiguous and pessimistic about nanotechnology applications in the food domain. Our findings are drawn from a survey of public perceptions about nanotechnology food and nanotechnology food packaging (N = 752). Multinomial logistic regression analyses further reveal that knowledge about food risks and nanotechnology significantly influences people's views about nanotechnology food packaging. However, knowledge variables were unrelated to support for nanofood, suggesting that an increase in people's knowledge might not be sufficient to bridge the gap between the excitement some business leaders in the food sector have and the restraint of the public. Additionally, opposition to nanofood was not related to the use of heuristics but to trust in governmental agencies. Furthermore, the results indicate that public perceptions of nanoscience in the food domain significantly relate to views on science, technology, and nature.  相似文献

上下级关系实践是中国情境下组织中所特有的概念,而理论界缺乏以关系实践对员工工作绩效的积极和消极双重影响为出发点的研究。为此,本研究通过对12家企业中48个部门的464套配对调查问卷,构建多层数据模型(HLM),从个体层面关系实践的促进作用和群体层面关系实践的抑制作用探讨上下级关系实践对员工工作绩效的积极与消极双重影响。研究发现:在单层模型中,个体层面关系实践对员工角色内绩效和组织公民行为具有正向影响,工作满意度起到部分中介作用;在多层模型中,群体层面关系实践对员工角色内绩效和组织公民行为具有负向影响,程序公平感知起到完全中介作用。  相似文献

中国征地冲突的爆发大多是由失地农民的冲突行为引起的,近年来,国内外学者针对失地农民的冲突行为作了诸多有益的探索,但目前尚没有关于失地农民冲突意愿的详细研究。本文以失地农民的冲突意愿为研究对象,结合行为学理论,采用结构方程模型探索社会背景感知、风险感知、利益感知和公平感知这四类心理感知对失地农民冲突意愿的影响作用及相互关系。研究结果显示:①失地农民的社会背景感知对其冲突意愿以及公平感知、利益感知、风险感知的形成有显著的正向影响,表明地方政府违法征地、用地单位强行开发行为等征地背景是失地农民形成冲突意愿和负面感知的重要因素;②失地农民的公平感知对其冲突意愿有显著的负向影响,表明提高失地农民对征地补偿的公平感知是有效缓解失地农民产生冲突意愿的重要途径;③失地农民的利益感知对其冲突意愿有显著的负向影响,表明提高征地过程中失地农民的利益满足感是有效避免失地农民产生冲突意愿的重要手段;④失地农民的风险感知对其冲突意愿有负向影响但不显著,这说明失地农民对于冲突可能带来风险的感知并不会影响其决策行为。本文的研究结果提供了一个新思路,即研究失地农民冲突行为不应局限于农民本身,还应考虑其他利益群体行为对农民个体的影响作用。最后从制度层面提出四点政策建议。  相似文献

[目的/意义]文章从用户视角出发,研究网络百科词条内容质量、描述质量及用户知识熟悉度对词条感知质量的影响。[方法/过程]基于线索利用理论,建立了词条内容质量、描述质量、用户知识熟悉度与词条感知质量关系的理论框架,并采用实验法予以检验。[结果/结论]词条内容质量和词条描述质量对词条感知质量均具有正向影响。用户知识熟悉度会调节词条内容质量和词条描述质量对词条感知质量的影响。当用户知识熟悉度高时,词条内容质量比词条描述质量对词条感知质量的影响更显著。而当用户知识熟悉度低时,词条内容质量和词条描述质量对词条感知质量的影响无显著差异。  相似文献

近年来,消费者“支持国货”热情日益高涨,跨界创新成为老字号企业重新焕发品牌活力的重要策略。本文基于认知一致性理论,通过三个心理学实验探究了跨界创新方式匹配企业类型影响消费者品牌态度的内在机制。实验结果表明:老字号企业实施跨界创新能够获得积极的消费者品牌态度,且单一品牌型企业进行渐进式创新、多元品牌型企业进行突破式创新更能激发消费者感知企业创新性,进而使消费者品牌态度更为积极。在这一过程中,消费者品牌熟悉度发挥正向调节作用。本文研究结论厘清和完善了跨界创新影响消费者品牌态度的关键路径,也为老字号企业实现营销升级、获得新一代消费者青睐提供了管理启示。  相似文献

Use of both verbal and nonverbal cues in computer-mediated communication can influence customers’ perceptions and their behavioral intentions. Drawing on the compensation effect theory, this study investigates how verbal and nonverbal cues used by customer service agents during online service recovery processes affect customers’ perceptions of service chat agents’ warmth and competence and their willingness to cooperate with a service agent to complete the service recovery process. A 2 (message interactivity cues: high vs. low) × 2 (visual cues: high vs. low) between-subjects experimental design is utilized to identify the main and interaction effects of verbal and visual nonverbal cues used in online communications on customers attitudes and behaviors. Results show that use of verbal cues leads to higher perception of a chat agent’s competence, but lower perception of a chat agent’s warmth while use of visual nonverbal cues results in higher warmth perceptions but lower competence perceptions. The interaction effect of verbal and visual nonverbal cues indicates that visual nonverbal cues have a compensatory effect on message interactivity and vice versa, such that customer-perceived warmth and competence are prone to trade-offs between verbal cues and visual nonverbal cues. Furthermore, perceived warmth and competence mediate the indirect effects of verbal and nonverbal cues on customers’ cooperation intentions. Theoretical and practical implications of use of verbal and nonverbal cues during online communications in service recovery processes are discussed.  相似文献

依据自我调节态度理论,采用回归分析探讨了旅游获益感知对居民参与的主效应、交互效应,居民满意度的中介效应以及地方依恋的调节效应。通过对浙江省特色小镇旅游发展过程中居民参与问卷的大样本调查,研究发现:⑴居民参与特色小镇旅游发展不仅受到旅游获益感知主效应的形塑,各种旅游获益感知维度之间也彼此交错协同,型塑出居民参与的鲜活图景。尤其是旅游经济获益感知和旅游社会文化获益感知两维度间存在显著的正向交互作用。⑵居民满意度在旅游经济获益感知-居民参与、旅游社会文化获益感知-居民参与之间具有部分中介作用,在旅游环境获益感知-居民参与之间具有完全中介作用。⑶旅游经济获益参与机制和旅游社会文化获益参与机制具有普适性;旅游环境获益参与机制受地方依恋的显著调节,具有一定的边界性。  相似文献

In the present study, using a sample of 367 employees (219 from India and 148 from Bulgaria), we examined whether task interdependence and equity perceptions moderated the relationship between individualism–collectivism orientation and tenure intent. Results indicated that employees with a higher level of collectivism orientation tended to report greater intent to stay with the organization. Further, employees with a higher level of individualism orientation reported greater intent to stay with the organization when task interdependence was lower and equity perceptions were higher. Employees with a higher level of collectivism reported greater intent to stay with the organization when equity perceptions were higher regardless of whether tasks were interdependent or not. Finally, employees, regardless of their individualism or collectivism orientation, reported the lowest tenure intent when tasks were highly interdependent and equity perceptions were low. Implications for theory and practice are discussed.  相似文献

本文以超市零售业为背景,以回报计划感知收益和感知成本为前因,回报计划感知价值为中介,建立了研究模型,并检验了其对客户保持维度(关系长度、关系深度、关系宽度)的影响.结果表明:客户参加回报计划的感知收益正向影响回报计划感知价值,感知成本负向影响回报计划感知价值;回报计划感知价值对客户保持中关系长度和关系深度呈显著的正影响关系;并且关系深度正向影响关系长度和关系宽度.研究说明,回报计划是有效的促进客户保持的关系营销策略.  相似文献

企业家是私营企业中的灵魂人物,企业家在企业创新战略的制定中发挥了决定性作用。本文使用中国私营企业调查(CPES)数据库,研究了企业家外部环境风险感知对企业创新投入的影响。具体的,我们按照综合因子得分将企业家外部环境风险感知划分为高值组与低值组,使用PSM的方法,估计了高值组企业与低值组企业创新投入的平均差异水平(ADL)。研究发现:企业家市场环境风险感知越强,企业创新投入水平越高;而企业家制度环境风险感知越强,企业创新投入水平越低;综合来看,企业家外部环境风险感知越强,企业创新投入水平越低。在企业创新投入决策中我国私营企业家风险规避动机强于风险寻求动机,而且低个人地位感知度的企业家的风险规避动机强于高个人地位感知度的企业家。  相似文献

 以变得蓝光DVD播放器为例,分析了消费者知识(包括产品知识和使用经验)对高新技术产品创新扩散的影响,以及消费者创新性和产品兼容性的调节作用。采用两个组间实验设计,结果表明:消费者的产品知识对创新扩散影响不显著,使用经验影响显著;当消费者创新性高时,产品知识的影响变得显著,使用经验影响增加;当产品兼容性高时使用经验影响显著增加,产品知识的影响则不显著。因此在高新技术产品创新扩散中使用经验比产品知识重要,消费者创新性和产品兼容性对产品知识和使用经验的调节作用不同。企业应根据这些特点制定相应营销策略,以提高高新技术产品创新扩散的速度。  相似文献

基于Delphi的技术预见中,咨询专家自评估熟悉度对技术预见的结果具有重要影响。基于“中国工程科技2035技术预见”咨询专家评估数据,采用复杂网络和统计分析等方法,评估基于Delphi的技术预见中不同熟悉度咨询专家的影响,优化不同熟悉度咨询专家比例权重。通过复杂网络和显著性检验方法,分析技术预见中各领域不同熟悉度咨询专家分布特征、网络关系以及评分差异。研究发现,“中国工程科技2035技术预见”咨询专家的选择基本合理;自评估“很熟悉”的咨询专家在技术评估中相对乐观,自评估“较熟悉”的咨询专家在技术评估中相对保守;在不考虑专家人数影响的情况下,自评估“熟悉”的咨询专家的意见相对更为准确。最后通过统计检验和优化算法,优化技术预见中咨询专家人数、不同熟悉度咨询专家比例和权重等参数,为后续的技术预见活动打下了基础。  相似文献

随着城镇化发展农地非农化导致了一系列问题,农民利益得到广泛关注。本文的研究目的在于获取农地非农化过程中农户的价值感知,探索被征地农民的生活困难与需求,为城乡协调发展提供理论依据。本文采用参与式农村评估对西宁市郊区4个样本村204户农户随机入户调查,综合考虑空间位置、征地情况与开发类型等因素划分样本,就农户非农转换经济、社会保障、景观价值感知、非农意愿进行统计分析。研究结果表明,农户非农转换价值感知总体方向一致,农地非农化对农民生活造成了正负两方面的影响。农户感知非农转换造成收入来源减少和生活成本增加的经济压力,以及缺乏就业和保障的社会压力,同时农户感知农地非农化带来了整洁的居住环境与完善的基础设施;农户非农转换价值感知的差异性受人均耕地数量、种植结构、空间位置、土地开发方向、历时性的影响,一定程度影响了非农意愿;政府应当引导农地非农化有序的逐步推进,立足于农户的后顾生计,让农民参与到土地增值收益分配中,完善就业与生活保障体系。  相似文献

While the importance of a supportive context for entrepreneurship is widely acknowledged, its antecedents are rarely investigated. We apply the concept of organizational climate to higher education institutions and examine the drivers of students’ perceptions of the entrepreneurial climate in their university. Combining data from two unique datasets and using multilevel techniques, we analyze the relationship between university characteristics and such climate perceptions of 8009 students at public universities in Germany. We find university entrepreneurship measures to have a positive effect on students’ climate perceptions, which also depend on students’ background and gender. In addition, we find evidence for different peer effects, depending on students’ affinity for entrepreneurship. For the general student population, including entrepreneurship content in their normal studies seems to be required to initiate a social process of sensemaking. However, students’ perception of the entrepreneurial climate only depend to a certain degree on intentional entrepreneurship measures. In our study, general university characteristics have the strongest influence on climate perceptions. Overall, our study adds to our understanding of which parameters are important for establishing a more favorable and inspiring climate for becoming an entrepreneur at higher education institutions.  相似文献
