本文通过阐述不同的体育课选项对大学生身体素质的影响作用,从而浅析大学生对选修体育课的动机如何影响学生身体素质.为使学生的体质得到全面发展,应在保持体育选项课的基础上,根据体育教学目标确定选项课的教学内容、学时和手段,增加基本身体素质练习的内容与比重. 相似文献

高校体育课教学实行选项教学,顺应了时代的要求,为终身体育打下了坚实的基础。但是,在实施过程中田径项目被边缘化,近几年来大学生的体质测试总体成绩呈下降趋势,因为学生的速度、耐力素质不好,各选修项目的技术学习也受到一定程度的影响。为保证学生的身体素质和教学效果的进一步提高,有必要在实行选项教学的同时,必须保证径赛项目的教学训练学时和质量。 相似文献

目前,网球选项课已经在我国大部分高校开设,大学生的课余体育运动项目选择网球已经不足为奇了。传统网球运动入门慢、场地大小、器材需求、球的弹性大小以及运动员的身体素质要求都有着独特的特点,而在湖南科技学院网球选项课上课人数、有限上课次数、练习时间以及公共体育课学生身体素质的制约条件下,网球运动开展存在一定的难度。本文通过数理统计法、文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对湖南科技学院公共体育课网球选项课开展现状及存在的问题进行调查和研究得出以下结论:1.湖南科技学院网球场地严重欠缺;2.网球专任教师师资力量缺乏;3.传统网球教学学生入门难度很大;4.公体课学生对网球运动的认识不足。最后本人根据结论对此提出了相应的意见。 相似文献

通过对1000多名在校大学生问卷调查后,进行体育选项课教学与传统体育课教学模式对大学生心理素质影响的研究。结果表明选项体育课能激发学生对体育课的学习兴趣和调动学生体育学习的积极性,对提高学生的心理素质有良好的促进作用。 相似文献

目的 为了改善新升本高校体育课开展现状.方法 采用了走访、问卷调查、文献资料等方法,对大学生参加体育活动的项目、选项动机、考核办法、影响因素等进行了调查.结果 多数学生参加体育活动的态度是积极的.喜爱的体育项目男生主要集中在运动剧烈、对抗性强的项目上:女生主要集中在运动量可大可小,没有直接身体对抗的项目上;体育的课考核不同选项存在着一定的差异:场地器材质量是影响学生体育活动的重要因素.结论 对学生加强引导,完善体育课考试办法,加强师资力量,提高场地设施条件是改善新升本高校体育选项课的办法. 相似文献

笔者通过问卷调查法,对丽水学院肥胖大学生对体育课厌学的成因进行分析,发现肥胖大学生中,有34.3%的学生存在厌学体育课的现象;肥胖大学生自身素质较差.影响到了他们对体育课的兴趣;肥胖大学生喜欢的体育项目是没有身体对抗、运动强度相对较小的项目;影响肥胖大学生厌学的主要原因是活动不便、害怕出丑、身体素质差等. 相似文献

Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching. 相似文献
