目的：观察白蛋白在急性脑出血中的治疗价值。方法：将64例急性脑出血病人随机分成治疗组和对照组，两组均给予甘露醇降颅压及对症治疗。治疗组同时加用白蛋白10g静脉滴注，1次／d，共7d。结果：治疗组比对照组神经功能缺损评分明显改善（P〈0．01）。结论：在脑出血急性期应用白蛋白治疗可明显改善其病情及预后。 相似文献

目的：探讨土茯苓中药复方制剂和大蒜油的排铅效果,为铅中毒的防治提供一定的理论依据。方法：以40mg／L的醋酸铅溶液,按0．01mug体重剂量连续15d灌胃造模,造模成功后将48只雄性成年小鼠随机分成4组,即土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组、乙二胺四乙酸组和中毒不治疗组,连续15d驱铅治疗。在造模前、第16天、第31天分别测定各组小鼠的体重及抽取小鼠尾部全血并用石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定小鼠的血铅含量,对实验结果进行统计学分析。结果：①血铅含量：统计学意义驱铅治疗后,土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组、乙二胺四乙酸组分别与中毒不治疗组的血铅含量比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）;土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组、乙二胺四乙酸组的血铅含量两两比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。驱铅治疗后各组的血铅含量为：土茯苓中药复方制剂组〈EDTA组〈大蒜油组〈中毒不治疗组。（参体重：土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组分别与中毒不治疗组的体重比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;土茯苓中药复方制剂组与大蒜油组的体重比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。土茯苓中药复方制剂组的体重〉大蒜油组的体重。③存活率：土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组分别与中毒不治疗组的存活率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）;土茯苓中药复方制剂组与大蒜油组的存活率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论：土茯苓中药复方制剂、大蒜油对血铅均有促排作用;驱铅功效为：土茯苓中药复方制剂〉大蒜油。 相似文献

目的：观察高浓度铅接触对红细胞形态的影响．并了解其对铅中毒的临床提示价值。方法：昆明种成年雄性小鼠15只．随机分成两组，实验组10只饮用2g／L硝酸铅溶液（1251mgPb^3＋／L）染毒，共50d。每10d切尾涂片一次，分别镜检计数含Howell—Jolly小体RBC，嗜碱性点彩RBC．嗜多色性RBC及低色素性RBC的出现率。结果：在50d的实验时间内，染毒组小鼠四种异常RBC出现率均随染毒时间而增加〈0．95〈r〈1,P〈0．01），分别白第50d、30d、20d和第10d起与对照相比有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：低色素性RBC是提示铅中毒的较敏感的指标。含Howell-Jolly RBC的诊断价值不大。嗜碱性点彩RBC在铅中毒早期呈阴性时，应注意嗜多色性RBC和低色素性RBC的变化。 相似文献

目的：探讨糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者脑梗塞的发病原因及预后。方法：选取101例糖尿病并发脑梗塞者为实验组，163例非糖尿病发生脑梗塞患者为对照组。两组均予以常规内科治疗，包括降糖，降低颅内压，扩血管药物应用等，并对35例具有适应证的患者进行了静脉溶栓治疗。结果：两组患者在偏瘫（P〈0．05），高血压（P〈0．01），高脂血症（P〈0．05），治愈率（P〈0．05），致残率（P〈0．01）等方面相比均有明显的统计学意义。结论：糖尿病并发脑梗塞组疗效及预后均较非糖尿病发生脑梗塞组差。其原因不但与血糖水平高有关，而且与糖尿病患者本身的高血脂、高血压及高心脏疾患发生率有关。 相似文献

目的观察联用葛根素和蒙诺（ACEI）对糖尿病早期肾病（EDN）尿蛋白的影响。方法糖尿病早期肾病患者6l例，随机分为联合用药组3l例，蒙诺组30例。每例病人均服用蒙诺10mg，每日1次。联合用药组同时静脉滴注葛根素0．3g，每日1次，连续14天。结果联合用药组于治疗2周后24h尿蛋白及尿白蛋白排泄率明显降低fp〈0．05），且6个月后尿蛋白仍维持于较低水平。蒙诺组仅在治疗6个月后尿蛋白较前明显减少（p〈0．05）。结论在糖尿病早期肾病阶段，早期联合应用葛根素和蒙诺可快速降低尿白蛋白排泄率，并使尿蛋白长期维持于低水平。 相似文献

目的：探讨藻酸双脂钠（PSS）治疗急性脑梗死患者血液成分变化及疗效。方法：急性脑梗死患者158例，随机分为两组。对照组：78例，常规治疗；治疗组：80例，在常规治疗基础上，应用藻酸双脂钠注射液100mg加入0．9％氯化钠静脉滴注，每日一次，连续观察14d。对比分析二组治疗前后脂蛋白（a）、血脂、纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标．并动态观察治疗前后临床神经功能缺损评分。结果：藻酸双脂钠可降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原及血清TC、TG、LDL，与治疗前比较有显著性改变（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）．但对脂蛋白（a）无影响；近期预后较常规治疗组好（P〈0．05）．结论：藻酸双脂钠可改善血液高粘滞状态，起到降低纤维蛋白原、抗血小板聚集作用，可改善近期临床神经功能缺损程度。 相似文献

目的：探讨联合吸入糖皮质激素与长效＆激动剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的治疗作用。方法：急性加重期COPD病人60例，给予吸入布地奈德干粉400μg．2次／d．同时吸入福莫特罗干粉9μg，2次／d。观察1月、3月、6月，并测定痰液中炎性介质白细胞介素（IL-8）的量。结果：肺功能治疗前后有明显提高（P〈0．05）。呼吸症状均有所改善，尤其是喘息症状改善明显；痰中IL-8治疗后明显下降（P〈O．05）。结论：联合吸入糖皮质激素与长效β2激动剂对COPD患者的肺功能、自觉症状均有改善，痰中IL-8水平降低，可能与糖皮质激素加强了对气道炎症的作用有关。 相似文献

昆明种小鼠100只随机均分10组：分别为口服和腹腔注射黄芩苷制剂大（2．0g／kg）、中（1．og／kg）、小（0．5g／kg）剂量组、阳性对照组（口服和腹腔注射地塞米松注射液0．01g／kg）和空白对照组（口服和腹腔注射等量生理盐水）,每天给药1次,连续给药7d,最后一次给药后30min,用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,致炎1h后颈椎脱臼致死,冲下左右两耳片分别称重,测定小鼠耳廓的肿胀率和肿胀抑制率。结果：与生理盐水对照组比较,口服黄芩苷大剂量组小鼠耳廓的肿胀率显著降低（P〈0．01）;腹腔注射黄芩苷大剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀率显著降低（P〈0．01）,中、小剂量组肿胀率降低（P〈0．05）。表明黄芩苷口服或腹腔注射对小鼠均具有一定的抗炎作用,呈现量效关系,且腹腔注射抗炎效果强于口服。 相似文献

目的：探讨生姜醇提物对糖尿病小鼠肾损害的保护作用。方法：将30只KM种雄性小鼠随机分为三组,正常对照组（C组,n=10）、模型组（DM组,n=10）及生姜醇提物干预组（ZGB组,n=10）。DM组及ZGB组小鼠尾静脉注射2％四氧嘧啶（90mg／kg）建立糖尿病肾损害模型。造模成功后,ZGB组给予生姜醇提物溶液0．5mL（300mg／kg·d）灌胃14d,DM组及C组给予生理盐水灌胃。14d后小鼠断头取血,测定血糖、血清肌酐、尿素氮含量,检测肾组织丙二醛（MDA）及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活力的变化,光镜下观察肾组织病理学改变。结果：与DM组比较,ZGB组血糖、血肌酐及尿素氮水平明显低于DM组（P〈0．01）;肾组织MDA含量明显低于DM组（P〈0．01）,而T—SOD活力则较DM组升高（P〈0．01）。光镜下ZGB组肾脏组织形态学的异常改变较模型组减轻。结论：生姜醇提物对糖尿病小鼠的肾损害有一定的保护作用。 相似文献

目的：观察益气活血类中药对慢性肝炎患者蛋白质代谢异常的疗效；方法：治疗组和对照组患者均予常规西药护肝治疗，治疗组加服自拟中药，对照组加用复方氨基酸静滴；结果：益气活血法对慢性肝炎蛋白质代谢异常患者的有效率为92．50％（37／40），明显优于对照组的有效率42．86％（12／28），[X^2=20．89，P〈0．05]结论：益气活血法对慢性肝炎蛋白质代谢异常患者的疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size.
