简要论述用户体验和可用性理论,介绍用户体验调查方法、调查对象等,以提高用户在使用清华大学手机图书馆网站过程中的体验水平。从页面信息的展示机制、用户行为的导引机制和用户错误行为的预防与纠正机制三个方面提出可用性设计方案,结合用户体验调查的结果,分析用户对这些方案的满意程度,同时对一些新方案实施的必要性进行检验。根据设计和调查过程中总结的经验及国内外手机应用的研究成果,提出手机图书馆网站的可用性设计原则。 相似文献

[目的/意义]研究社会化问答平台用户体验的影响因素,为社会化问答平台改善用户体验,提高用户留存率、活跃度提供参考。[方法/过程]构建一个综合模型,以"知乎"用户为调查对象,采用回归分析法对其用户体验的影响因素进行量化分析。[结果/结论]视觉吸引力和需求满足会显著影响社会化问答平台的用户体验;主观情感作为中介变量,对视觉吸引力、内容需求、交互体验与用户体验之间的关系起调节作用;除使用频率与用户年龄外,其他环境变量对用户体验的影响可以忽略不计。 相似文献

Since 2008, almost all universities have met the ＂after 90＂ students. The so-called ＂after 90＂s were born in 1990s when Chinese economy developed rapidly and smoothly. Due to the special growing background, the after 90s have their unique characters in all aspects compared with the former students. Their requirements on English study are al-so supposed to be different. Thus adopting a new teaching mode to arouse the students＂ interests and motivation in Eng-lish study has become necessary. Changes in LCME accreditation for medical colleges fostered the development of Health Information Resources, a required, for-credit course created by the Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center Library Reference Department for the first-year medical school curriculum. Six content areas were developed for inclusion in the syllabus: "Electronic Resources Survival Kit"; "Introduction to Problem Based Resources"; "Introduction to Literature Searching"; "MEDLINE Searching Hands-On/Publishing Pearls & Pitfalls"; "The World Wide Web and Patient Information"; and "Introduction to Electronic Mail." A combination of lectures, hands-on instruction, and active learning techniques were employed in the teaching of this class. Under State Librarian Annie Norman, the Delaware Division of Libraries (DDL) has made notable progress in planning, measuring and advocating for programs and funds that have improved the libraries of that state. A visit to the state library's homepage (http://state.lib.de.us) immediately demonstrates the DDLS sense of purpose in the tagline motto, Delaware Libraries: Infrastructure + Capacity = Sustainability. DDL planning is ongoing, including a 2008 plan to move all the state's libraries forward in the critical areas of economic development, lifelong learning and health information. One document in this planning process was the 2005 pilot study to examine and categorize the motivations for why individuals use the public library. It is that study, a market segmentation study of the reasons why people use the library, that is published here. The study that is the basis for this report was produced under contract by the Institute for Learning Innovation (http://www.ilinet.org/display/ILI/Home).
