东盟区域龙狮运动传播过程中伦理困境的解决是促进龙狮运动在国际上传播的重要影响因素。面对传播者的行为瓶颈问题,应从提高传播者的道德意识做起;面对传播媒介沦陷的问题,应注意龙狮运动传播媒介作用的正确发挥;面对中西方文化差异问题,应促进各国文化的融合;面对受众对龙狮运动的误解,应扩大对龙狮运动的正面宣传。深入解决龙狮运动传播的伦理困境,加快龙狮文化的国际传播脚步。  相似文献

新时代对体育强国和体育法治建设提出了新要求，行政执法作为体育强国建设的重要抓手也面临着方式革新的机遇和挑战。简政放权背景下，体育执法面临着“应不应该管、怎样管”的尴尬处境，广为体育行政执法主体运用的强制性执法手段极易加剧执法矛盾，执法的社会效果得不到保障。由于传统执法方式难以适应新时代体育市场监管的现实需要，革新体育行政执法方式就显得尤为必要。面对时代课题，应遵照由“形式优化”到“实质革新”的逻辑，并树立行政平衡、服务合作和正当程序的理念，从引入信用工具、推广非强制性执法和全程说理式执法3个方面推进改革，实现体育行政执法方式的精简化、多元化和法治化。  相似文献   

Influence of Cultural Orientations on Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) in Social Media

This study explores how horizontal/vertical individualism and collectivism (HVIC) orientations influence electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) (i.e., opinion leadership and opinion seeking) in social media. Online survey panel data through Amazon MTurk were collected from American social media users to address the research purpose. The results, using the structural equation modeling, show that the paths from horizontal individualism to opinion leadership, vertical individualism to opinion leadership and opinion seeking, horizontal collectivism to opinion leadership, and vertical collectivism to opinion leadership and opinion seeking were significant. This study provides theoretical and managerial implications regarding the influence of HVIC orientations on eWOM in social media.  相似文献

This article contributes to the important debate over the conversion of the Turks to Islam. Previously, it was thought that the Turks abandoned their former steppe faith and customs very swiftly to become staunch Sunni Muslims, but this view has recently been challenged by a number of studies. The current consensus seems to be that the Turks’ adoption of Islam was a process of far longer duration, spanning many decades. This article broadens this discussion by demonstrating that the chronicles written by the First Crusaders contain much useful information that is pertinent to this question. Correlates of staff motivation,satisfaction, and job performance of library staff in selected Nigerian University libraries

Abstract

This study examined staff motivation, satisfaction, and job performance among the librarians and library staff in six selected university libraries in Nigeria. The target population for the study includes the professionals and nonprofessional library staff. A total enumeration sampling technique was used to select 180 respondents, which represent the sample for the study. Data was collected using a self-designed questionnaire titled “Staff Motivation, Satisfaction and Job Performance Questionnaire” (SMSJPQ). Six research questions were developed and answered by the study. The results indicate that librarian and library staff are highly motivated with regular pay while the least motivational factor is frequent interaction with their friends. Library staff are primarily satisfied with their jobs when they are in constant link with their friends. Professional library staff significantly experience better work motivation than their nonprofessional counterparts. Significant correlation exists between staff motivation and job performance and between job satisfaction and job performance. In addition, the two factors (motivation and satisfaction) exert significant contribution to the determinant of librarians and library staff job performance. Based on the findings, the study recommended improvement in the level of motivation of nonprofessionals so that the significant difference with the professional counterpart would not be so much pronounced.  相似文献

大学生涉跑猝死事件的体医融合防卫机制研究

近年来，大学生身体素质不佳，已成为"老大难"，也是刻不容缓需要解决的问题，多地曾出现在体测、运动会、马拉松中晕倒甚至猝死事件，这给学校体育工作的开展带来不小的考验。带着因涉跑引起猝死的疑问，通过猝死案例分析，探究高校大学生猝死的病理学的非运动成因。研究认为：涉跑猝死的主因是先天性生理疾病，运动不是引发猝死的主要诱因，并提出了预防运动猝死的"堵疏结合"的医学监控策略和体医融合防卫机制构建方法。建议通过入校时医学筛查、跑前医学检查、跑中医学观察、猝死现场急救、跑后跟踪复查降低猝死风险；建立宿舍、运动场地、运动项目的全覆盖的心脏复苏志愿队伍，实施"黄金8分钟"内的急救生存链；建立学生、学校、政府、社会四方体育运动分级分类保险制度，从风险转移和人道主义援助进行关怀；建立涉跑猝死、猝死、非正常死亡的数据库，开展非正常死亡人员的病理学研究；建立全生命周期医学监控和健康安全宣传教育，形成全方位、全过程、全人员的体医融合防卫机制。  相似文献
