当前国际形势紧张动荡,机遇与风险并存,开展有效的情报合作以应对环境变化因此显得尤为关键。从知识治理的角度出发,探究其对合作绩效的影响机制,对海外情报合作实践具有重要启示意义。将合作惯例作为中介变量,构建知识治理、合作惯例影响合作绩效的理论模型并提出假设,借助AMOS24.0统计软件,运用结构方程模型对121家样本企业的调查数据进行实证研究。研究结果表明：较高的知识治理对等性和知识治理集中度对合作绩效有正向影响;合作惯例在知识治理对等性、知识治理集中度与合作绩效之间起到部分中介作用。该结论为选择良好的治理机制以提高情报合作绩效的相关研究提供了理论参考。 相似文献

Now that an increasing number of journalists and editorial offices make use of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter to research, break, distribute and discuss the news, social media guidelines are being issued with increasing frequency by news organizations that want to indicate to journalists what is and is not permitted on these platforms. This study investigates how Flemish journalists experience the sense and nonsense of these social media guidelines, focusing on rules that prescribe their behaviour on Twitter. Analysis of 20 in-depth interviews demonstrates that the majority of Flemish journalists find the introduction of rules concerning the use of Twitter unnecessary. The argument heard most often is that the journalist's common sense should be enough to deal with the platform in the proper way. A number of journalists even find the rules a curtailment of individual freedom. Guidelines concerning specific formal requirements—such as mentioning the employer in the Twitter biography and/or account name, or the requirement to only use one account—encounter particular resistance. The journalists interviewed are, however, favourably disposed to a list of non-enforceable recommendations. Based on these findings, the tweeting journalists seem to indicate that they themselves are able to both adapt their use of social media to fit traditional professional norms and adapt those norms to fit the media logic of the Twitter platform. 相似文献

Research investigating the challenges of managing work and family responsibilities has been rife across many social science disciplines over the past 30 years. The following study contributes to the growing body of communication scholarship by problematizing the everyday routine; in doing so, it explores the micro‐practices of navigating work and family life. Through the analysis of 35 women's accounts of their daily work and family routines and conflict scenarios, results are reported including the detailing of three superordinate practical action clusters: routinizing, improvising, and restructuring, along with related commonsense rules. Results are then discussed in terms of the relational nature of work and family routines. Findings argue for examining how work and family balance and conflict get played out in daily practice. Finally, limitations and future directions are discussed. 相似文献

Abstract This study examined the consistency of pre-performance routines in international rugby union goal kickers on kicks of varying difficulty and under different amounts of situational pressure. Concentration times and physical preparation times were calculated from video recordings of the 572 place kicks taken during the 1999 Rugby Union World Cup. In contrast to the view that performers should seek consistent pre-performance routine times, the results revealed a strong positive relationship between kick difficulty and concentration time. Analysis of the effect of situational pressure, determined by the difference in score before the kick, revealed that players tended to have longer concentration times and shorter physical preparation times when the scores were close. There were no differences between the best and worst kickers in the tournament on routine time, consistency or rhythmicity. The view that increasing the temporal consistency of a routine will result in improved performance is challenged. 相似文献
