对我国顶尖110m栏运动员跨栏技术的分析 总被引：11，自引：0，他引：11
通过对收集3名获得过世界田径锦标赛前8名的我国新老运动员比赛时的技术参数与第6届世锦赛前7名等运动员进行对比分析时发现：李彤的跨栏步技术、起跑和起跑后加速状态下攻栏的技术好于世界选手，但他栏间3步的速度以及终点冲刺的能力明显差于对方；刘翔栏间3步跑的速度以及终点冲刺的速度强于世界选手，史东鹏与世界选手十分接近，但他们的过栏腾空时间长，其原因分别是由于起跨角大，下栏距离长而引起。另外，史东鹏起跑至下第1栏的速度明显差于世界选手。分析出我国新老顶尖110m栏运动员能走向世界的技术因素与不足之处，希望能为我国其他110m运动员所借鉴，同时也有利于刘翔、史东鹏今后有针对性地进行训练，进一步提高运动成绩。 相似文献

对我国优秀110m栏运动员和第6届世锦赛前7名运动员的全程速度变化特征进行比较分析,结果表明:我国优秀110m栏运动员在全程栏间速度的稳定性,攻栏技术等方面与世界优秀运动员相比无显著差异,但在最大栏间速度、平均栏间速度、冲刺速度及保持较快栏间速度的能力上均明显差于对方,这些因素都有待于我国运动员努力改进与提高. 相似文献

对国内部分110m栏优秀运动员与100m运动员在全国重大比赛时高速摄影,经过解析获得有关运动学的数据,再进行统计分析,发现优秀110m栏运动员的跨栏技术在跨栏步的某些技术环节上类似于100m运动员的单步技术,表明优秀110m栏运动员的跨栏技术向跑栏技术发展的显著特征就是110m栏运动员在跨栏步技术在一些技术环节上应接近于短跑运动员的单步技术. 相似文献

运用运动生物力学方法，分析第九后全运会男子110m栏冠、亚军的各项运动学参数，并与国内外优秀运动员相比较。我们认为，尽管冠军刘翔、亚军陈雁浩目前是亚洲男子110m栏的一流选手，但从速度素质和跨栏步技术两方面都有待提高。如果刘翔能进一步缩短跨栏步S2的步长、减少跨栏步腾空时间、提高速度耐力素质以及保持各个拦稳定的最佳技术状况则成绩还能上一个台阶。 相似文献

运用运动学、统计学方法将刘翔与罗伯斯等国内外优秀运动员跨栏跑分段时间进行比较分析,同时将刘翔110米栏分段时间与他的总成绩进行相关关系研究.结果显示:在国内外优秀运动员中,刘翔在全程跨栏跑中,栏间三步跑优势明显,但刘翔的过栏腾空时间却不如国内外优秀运动员的平均水平,说明他的过栏腾空技术有待提高.与罗伯斯相比较,刘翔的优势是最后冲刺跑速度较快,不足之处是起跑到上第一栏时间和跨栏步腾空时间较长;刘翔起跑到上第一栏时间与总成绩的相关性最大,说明起跑到上第一栏是影响刘翔110米栏总成绩的最重要阶段,其次是跨栏步腾空阶段;刘翔要在今后的比赛中取得更好成绩,必须有针对性地加强起跑阶段和过栏腾空阶段技术训练. 相似文献

运用文献资料法、特征解析法和数理统计等研究方法,对世界优秀跨栏运动员跑的节奏与速度变化的时空特征进行研究.研究揭示,不同水平400 m栏运动员全程跑的节奏表现出一定的差异,其中竞技水平高的运动员采用A型变换节奏的人数最多,而竞技水平稍低的运动员采用的变换节奏则由D型向G型变化;世界优秀110 m栏运动员栏间跑的最大速度出现在下第6栏时,女子运动员栏间跑的最大速度则出现在下第5栏时;百米栏途中跑的栏前支撑时间与跨栏步腾空时间之比约为1:3,下栏后支撑时间与跨栏步腾空时间之比约为1:4,男女运动员栏前水平速度与栏后水平速度的变化幅度约为3.5%～5.5%. 相似文献
