建立固相萃取与UPLC—MS／MS检测食品中黄曲霉毒素M1和黄曲霉毒素B1的方法。样品经乙腈提取和SPE小柱萃取净化,提取液经氮气吹干后,用50％甲醇水溶液定容。超高效液相色谱一串联质谱（UPLC—MS／MS）测定,采用电喷雾正离子（ESI＋）模式电离,多反应监测（MRM）模式检测。流动相为0．1％甲酸水溶液和甲醇,流速0．4ml／min,使用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB—C18色谱柱（100mm×3．0mm×1．8μm）为分析柱。黄曲霉毒素AFM1在0．1～50μg／kg范围内线性关系良好、黄曲霉毒素AFB1在0．1～10ug／kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0．999;回收率在83．75％～97．8％之间;检出限AFMl为0．05μg／kg、AFBl0．02μg／kg。该法具有分析速度快,检测准确、灵敏度和回收率高等优点,适合食品中黄曲霉毒素M1、B1含量的检测。 相似文献

目的：研究炙甘草汤对豚鼠心室肌细胞电生理影响。方法：应用常规的玻璃微电极细胞内记录技术，观察炙甘草汤对豚鼠心室肌细胞的动作电位0相幅值（APA）。动作电位时程（APD），50％复极化时间（APD50），90％复极化时间（APD90）的影响。结果：（1）用20mg／ml的炙甘草汤灌流后与正常对照组相比细胞电生理变化不明显；（2）用40mg／ml的炙甘草汤灌流后与正常对照组相比动作电位时程（APD）缩短（P〈0．05），90％复极化时间（APD90）下降（P〈0．05）；（3）用80mg／ml的炙甘草汤灌流后与正常对照组相比动作电位时程（APD）明显缩短（P〈0.01），50％复极化时间（APD50）、90％复极化时间（APD90）下降（P〈0．05）。结论：炙甘草汤能缩短豚鼠心室肌细胞动作电位时程及50％、90％复极化时间。 相似文献

用导数．比导数波谱同时测定DNA和RNA，并探讨了最佳测定条件。当DNA和RNA的浓度在最佳线性范围加．140μg／ml内，其标准曲线方程分别为Y=0．0035X 0．0142(r=0．9982)和Y=0．0248X-0．0235(r=0.9997)，检测限分别为2．0355μg／ml和0．0359μg／ml，回收率为87．5％-111．0％，相对标准偏差不大于6．76％。该法用于合成样品分析，结果满意。 相似文献

研究了灿烂甲酚蓝与小牛胸腺DNA相互作用，提出了测定ctDNA的新的光度分析法。室温、pH8．1tris-HCl的条件下，ctDNA的加入使灿烂甲酚蓝在其最大吸收波长636nm处的吸光度明显下降，下降的程度与ctDNA的含量呈线性关系，ctDNA质量浓度在0～3．0μg／ml范围内与△A呈线性关系，线性回归方程为△A=0．0032 0．0984C(μg/ml）(r=0．9987)，方法的检出限（3σ／k)为0．125μg/ml。该方法具有仪器简单，快速，选择性好等特点，对合成样品中ctDNA测定，RSD％=1．5～1．9，回收率在101％～104％，结果令人满意。 相似文献

目的：分离制备陆英中的乌索酸，并建立其含量测定方法．方法：采用“醇提凝析法”分离制备乌索酸，HPLC法测定其含量，色谱柱为Symmetry Shield RP18，流动相为甲醇-水(88：12)，流速1ml／min，检测波长220nm，柱温25℃．结果：乌索酸在4．6～23．0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0．9999)，平均回收率为99．82％(RSD为0．75％)．结论：“醇提凝析法”分离制备乌索酸工艺先进，实用可行；HPLC法测定乌索酸含量准确、可靠，可用于乌索酸含量测定分析。 相似文献

用平皿培养法根据植酸钙溶解圈的有无从34种已知菌种中得到28株菌在0．1％植酸钙平板分离培养基上有明显的透明圈（占已知菌的82．4％），从中选黑曲霉，白地霉，毕赤酵母，酿酒酵母四株在0．1％植酸钙为唯一磷源的合成培养基中进行产酶动态分析，通过实验得到如下结论：[1]、许多微生物都能产生植酸酶．[2]、在0.1％植酸钙为磷源的合成培养基中，白地霉、黑曲霉均在培养6天酶活最高；酿酒酵母、毕赤酵母培养3天酶活最高；黑曲霉产酶最高，可达9．6IU／ml；毕赤酵母7．21U／ml；酿酒酵母6．0IU／ml；白地霉最低，酶活仅5．0IU／ml． 相似文献

目的：观察中药黄芩、黄柏提取液及其不同配伍液和抗-MRSA IgY对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌体外押菌活性。方法：采用二次煮沸法提取中药黄芩、黄柏;改良水稀释法提取卵黄中的IgY;采用美国国家临床实验室标准委员会（NCCLS）推荐的琼脂稀释法测定中药黄芩、黄柏提取液及其不同配伍液和抗-MRSA IgY对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌体的最小抑菌浓度（MIC）。结果：中药黄芩提取液的MIC50为0．75mg／ml,MIC90为6．2mg／ml;黄柏MIC501．35mg／ml,MIC90为10．6mg／ml;黄芩：黄柏（1：1）MIC50为0．174ms／ha,MIC90为1．4mg／ml;黄芩：黄柏（1：2）MIC50为0．34mg／ml,MIC90为2．74mg／ml;黄芩：黄柏（2：1）MIC50为0．093mg／ml,MIC90为0．74mg／ml;抗-MRSA IgY的MIC50分别为1：8192,MIC90为1：2048。结论：黄芩、黄柏提取液对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌均有较好的抑菌作用,其中黄芩比黄柏为好,两者有显著性差异;黄芩、黄柏配伍液中,以2：1的配伍抑茵效果最好;抗-MRSA IgY对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的押菌效果。 相似文献

以红实美草莓匍匐茎剥取茎尖，不同大小茎尖接种到不同配方的茎尖诱导培养基中。实验结果表明：0．5mm大小茎尖在培养基MS＋6-BA0．5mg／ml＋KT1．0mg／ml上成活率最高，达到80％，并且其中87．5％可以不经过愈伤而直接成芽：转接到Ms＋6-BA0．5mg／ml培养基上增殖效果最好，增殖系数达6．8；再生芽转接到生根培养基1／2MS上，培养15d，生根率达100％，平均生根6．4条／株；生根试管苗在国土／煤渣=2／1的基质中驯化，成活率高达100％．苗生长健壮。 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching. 相似文献
