目的:观察悬吊核心稳定训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响。研究方法:选择符合治疗条件的20例患者随机分成A组和B组各10例,A组采用常规康复训练,包括Bobath技术、运动再学习疗法,按照预先设计好的方法进行训练,每天60min,B组按照A组相同训练计划每天训练30min,加用悬吊运动疗法进行训练30min,持续治疗20个工作日,分别对2组患者治疗前治疗后采用Berg平衡功能评分、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表进行评估。结果:治疗后,2组患者Berg平衡功能评分、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分均较治疗前明显提高;并且B组Berg平衡功能评分、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分提高幅度较A组显著。结论:悬吊核心稳定训练结合常规康复训练可以改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的平衡功能。  相似文献

目的 :分析探讨早期运动疗法对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者肌力恢复的治疗作用。方法 :把 40例急性脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为早期运动治疗组与对照组 ,早期运动治疗组 2 0例 ,在发病后接受常规药物治疗 ,病情稳定后的 7天左右在常规药物治疗的基础上进行运动疗法治疗 ;对照组 2 0例 ,在发病后接受常规药物治疗 ,病情稳定后的 2 0天左右在常规药物治疗的基础上进行运动疗法治疗。瘫痪肢体的肌力检查按LovettⅥ级分类法〔2〕。结果 :两组患者经过治疗 ,瘫痪肢体肌力都有明显的提高且早期运动治疗组肌力的提高明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :运动疗法对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者肌力的恢复具有明显的作用 ,早期运动疗法是提高患者肌力、降低致残率、提高生活质量的较好的治疗方法  相似文献

目的:研究不同强度运动对骨质疏松模型大鼠骨代谢的影响,以期为患者合理制定运动处方提供实验参考。方法:健康雌性SD大鼠48只,分为A:假手术对照组,B:手术对照组,C:手术低强度运动组,D:手术中强度运动组,E:手术高强度运动组。手术12周后开始训练,训练12周后,处死大鼠,检测血、尿有关骨代谢指标。结果:手术组各组的骨密度(BMD)都比假手术组明显降低(P<0.01),D组的BMD明显高于C,E组(P<0.05);B,C,D,E四组碱性磷酸酶、血浆抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶的含量均比A组高;B,C,D,E四组尿羟脯氨酸/肌酐值均比A组高,D组的升高率最小。提示:中等强度运动可以改善骨质疏松模型大鼠的骨代谢。  相似文献

目的:通过观察复方中药制剂和运动训练对大鼠股四头肌运动能力的影响,探讨复方中药提取物对提高机体糖代谢和运动能力的作用,为更好的指导运动训练、增强运动能力提供科学依据,为有效提高能量代谢中成药的开发奠定理论基础。结果:(1)力竭时间,D组大鼠力竭时间相比其它3组极显著延长(P〈0.01);C组显著长于A组(P〈0.05);B组极显著长于C组(P〈0.01)。(2)大鼠股四头肌肌糖原含量安静状态下,D组极显著高于A组、B组和C组,C组和B组显著高于A组;定量负荷,D组极显著高于A组和B组,B组极显著高于A组;力竭即刻,D组极显著高于A组和显著高于B组,B组和C组都显著高于A组;力竭恢复12h,D组极显著高于A组和显著高于B组、C组,A组极显著低于B组和C组;力竭恢复24h,D、C组极显著高于A组,B组显著高于A组。结论:(1)运动训练可以提高大鼠股四头肌肌糖原的含量和促进恢复过程中肌糖原的合成,提高运动能力;(2)单纯饮用复方中药制剂可以提高大鼠股四头肌肌糖原的含量和促进恢复过程中肌糖原的合成;(3)运动训练结合饮用复方中药制剂在增加大鼠股四头肌肌糖原的含量,减缓运动过程中肌糖原较少,促进恢复过程中肌糖原的合成效果最明显,提示复方中药制剂能够促进机体糖代谢能力,更好提高运动能力。  相似文献

运用实验法对竞技健美操A组(动力性力量)、B组(静力性力量)、C组(跳与跃)、D组(平衡与柔韧)四类难度中具有代表性的基础难度进行音乐节奏的干预性训练,实验结果显示,通过音乐节奏干预训练之后实验组运动员在完成A、B、C组难度时效果明显好于对照组的传统训练,D组平衡与柔韧类难度实验组和对照组之间并没有显著性差异。结论:音乐节奏的干预性训练能够有效提高竞技健美操A、B、C三组难度的完成质量,有利于提高运动成绩。  相似文献

对完成2016年北京马拉松、上海国际马拉松的258名男性业余选手赛前1周内进行训练学特征问卷和体能测试,将规定时间完成比赛且赛后1周完成伤病排查随访者193人纳入研究。根据2018年新增分级标准:A组118人、B组65人、C组10人。结果显示,周训练平均配速3组间均存在显著差异[A组(9.6±3.4) km/h、B组(11.8±4.0) km/h、C组(13.7±6.4) km/h];安排抗阻训练A组(56.2%)与B组 (66.2%)和C组(70.7%)存在显著差异;安排间歇训练3组间均存在显著差异(A组40.6%、B组 50.2%、C组69.8%)(P<0.05);单腿跳相对值和单腿跳对称性A组(78.53%±12.43%、73%±13%)与B组(85.37%±12.80%、81%±14%)、C组(91.70%±11.43%、87%±12%)间存在显著差异;卷腹次数C组(61.00±62.27)次与A组(24.90±27.91)次、B组(35.95±26.40)次间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。表明不同级别业余马拉松选手的主要训练差异为抗阻训练和间歇训练的参与度,与成绩相关的肌力特征指标有单脚跳相对值、单脚跳对称性和卷腹次数,下肢刚度未见差异。  相似文献

目的:探讨运动疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复期肢体功能恢复及提高日常生活能力中(ADL)的应用.方法:将57例脑卒中伴肢体偏瘫患者前瞻性随机分成治疗组、实验对照组和对照组,分别进行运动疗法训练、常规康复训练和自我随意锻炼,三组同时接受相同的临床药物治疗;应用简式Fugl-Meyer法评定肢体运动功能和Barthel指数评定ADL.采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据处理,组内自身纵向比较采用重复性方差分析(Repeated Measures),组间横向比较采用One-Way ANOVA分析.结果:治疗组、实验对照组和对照组各组Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数评分治疗前后比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组之间进行比较,治疗组治疗效果较实验对照组和对照组均显著(P<0.05).结论:运动疗法在促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复及提高日常生活能力方面疗效较常规康复训练和自我随意锻炼均显著,对脑卒中恢复期的肢体瘫痪治疗是有效可行的.  相似文献

目的研究振动训练延缓废用性肌肉萎缩(SMDA)进程的分子机制。方法 SD雄性大鼠32只,随机均分为4组:正常对照组(A)、模型对照组(B)、每日振动训练组(C)和隔日振动训练组(D)。RT-PCR测比目鱼肌中IGF-1及Akt-1 mRNA的表达;Western-blotting测Akt-1和磷酸化Akt(pAkt-Thr308)的蛋白含量。结果 (1)与A组相比,B组、C组及D组右肢比目鱼肌湿重、肌肉湿重/体质量均显著下降(P<0.05)。(2)与A组比较,B组比目鱼肌IGF-1 mRNA、Akt-1 mRNA的表达和Akt-1蛋白含量均有显著性下降(P<0.05);与B组比较,C组和D组比目鱼肌IGF-1 mRNA、Akt-1 mRNA的表达和Akt-1蛋白含量均有显著性升高(P<0.05)。(3)与A组比较,B组和C组的Akt-1磷酸化水平均有下降,D组大鼠萎缩肌肉内磷酸化蛋白的表达水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论振动训练可能通过IGF-1/PI3k/Akt1信号传导通路延缓SMDA,且不同间隔振动训练会对SMDA产生不同影响,其中每天振动训练干预的效果要优于隔天振动训练干预。  相似文献

目的:探讨复合训练中抗阻训练模块与快速伸缩复合性练习模块之间的间隔时间对灵敏素质的影响。研究方法:为期6周、每周2次相同负荷的复合训练,单次训练负荷设定为:训练负荷强度为杠铃深蹲最大重量(1RM)的85%,每两周测试一次最大力量。训练人员根据抗阻训练和快速伸缩复合性练习之间的间歇时间,分为即刻组与四分钟组。结果:通过为期6周的复合训练,两组实验组T灵敏成绩都得到明显增长,两组实验组相比,差异并不显著(P>0.05),但即刻组T灵敏成绩平均提升的幅度明显高于四分钟组。结论:在复合训练中,做完一组抗阻训练后立即进行快速伸缩复合练习,对灵敏素质的提高较为明显。  相似文献

Fourteen elite and 14 amateur athletes were subjected to vibratory stimulation during bilateral biceps curl exercises of explosive strength exertion. The athletes performed two separate series of three sets of exercises in random order. The second set of one series was administered with superimposed vibration of 44 Hz and an acceleration of about 30 m .s-2 transmitted through the two-arms handle to the arm muscles. The mechanical power of each repetition was measured by the ‘Power Teach’ instrument. The maximal and mean power values for each set were automatically recorded and shown on the screen. The acute effect was evaluated as the difference between the mean and peak power output in the second (with vibratory stimulation) and first (without vibratory stimulation) sets. Similarly, the residual effect was taken to be the difference between the power values of the third (after vibratory stimulation) and the first (before vibratory stimulation) sets. The results were subjected to a repeated-measures analysis of variance with group as a between-participants factor. The results showed that exercise mode (with vs without vibratory stimulation) resulted in a significant immediate effect for mean power and for maximal power. The factor group (elite vs amateurs) resulted in a significant effect for maximal power only. The increase in explosive strength exertion attributed to vibratory stimulation was 30.1 and 29.8 W (10.4% and 10.2%) for maximal and mean power respectively in the elite group, and 20.0 and 25.9 W (7.9% and 10.7%) respectively in the amateur athletes. Vibratory stimulation resulted in an insignificant residual effect.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of a specific vibration programme with those of combined aerobic and resistance exercise training on bone mineral density (BMD), body composition, and muscular strength in post-menopausal women, over a period of 6 months. Thirty-two healthy, inactive post-menopausal women aged 46–62 years were divided into exercise (n = 10), vibration (n = 13), and control (n = 9) groups. The exercise group participated in a supervised programme of strength training at 70% of one-repetition maximum (1-RM) 2 days a week, and aerobic exercise at 70–85% of maximum heart rate one day a week. The vibration group performed vibration training 3 days a week (9 sets×45–80 s per session, 35–40 Hz, peak-to-peak amplitude of vertical vibration = 1.5 mm) on a vibration platform (NemesTM LCB, Bosco System). The BMD of the lumbar spine (L2–L4) was assessed using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, and muscle strength with the 1-RM method at baseline and after 6 months of intervention. The BMD of L2–L4 increased in the exercise group (P < 0.05), remained steady in the vibration group, and decreased in the control group (P < 0.05). Muscular strength of leg-extension and leg-curl exercise improved by 28% and 25.5% (P < 0.01) in the exercise group and by 13% (P < 0.01) and 20.5% (P < 0.001) in the vibration group, respectively. The results indicate that conventional training contributed to the increase in BMD of L2–L4, while the vibration programme helped to maintain BMD in post-menopausal women. Both training programmes were efficient in improving muscle strength.  相似文献

In this study, we investigated a new method of training for maximal strength and flexibility, which included exertion with superimposed vibration (vibratory stimulation, VS) on target muscles. Twenty‐eight male athletes were divided into three groups, and trained three times a week for 3 weeks in one of the following conditions: (A) conventional exercises for strength of the arms and VS stretching exercises for the legs; (B) VS strength exercises for the arms and conventional stretching exercises for the legs; (C) irrelevant training (control group). The vibration was applied at 44 Hz while its amplitude was 3 mm. The effect of training was evaluated by means of isotonic maximal force, heel‐to‐heel length in the two‐leg split across, and flex‐and‐reach test for body flexion. The VS strength training yielded an average increase in isotonic maximal strength of 49.8%, compared with an average gain of 16% with conventional training, while no gain was observed for the control group. The VS flexibility training resulted in an average gain in the legs split of 14.5 cm compared with 4.1 cm for the conventional training and 2 cm for the control groups, respectively. The ANOVA revealed significant pre‐post training effects and an interaction between pre‐post training and ‘treatment’ effects (P< 0.001) for the isotonic maximal force and both flexibility tests. It was concluded that superimposed vibrations applied for short periods allow for increased gains in maximal strength and flexibility.  相似文献

目的:运用Meta分析法综合相关文献,从定量评价角度评估运动干预及营养联合对老年肌少症患者肌肉质量、肌肉力量和身体功能结果的影响。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普(VIP)数据库、Web of Science、Pubmed、EBSCO等数据库,严格按照纳入与排除标准选取文献,提取数据,进行质量评价,在Review Manager5.3软件上进行统计分析,效应量以加权化均差(SMD)的形式表示。结果:纳入文献共计14篇,其中实验组为运动干预的研究10项,样本量551;实验组为营养联合运动干预的研究9项,样本量542。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,运动干预有效改善老年肌少症患者肌肉力量(腿部力量)[SMD=0.5395%CL=(0.35,0.70),P<0.00001]、身体表现功能(步速)[SMD=0.38,95%CL=(0.04,0.77),P=0.03]。结论:运动干预可以有效改善肌少症患者肌肉力量和身体表现功能,但对于结果不具有显著性的结果指标也并不一定没有作用。在这个领域需要进行高质量的研究来探索治疗肌少症的有效干预方法。  相似文献

目的观察D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠骨骼肌线粒体膜生物学特性和功能的影响,探讨抗阻练习延缓衰老的机理。方法 32只大鼠随机分为对照组(C),运动组(T)、D-半乳糖衰老组(D)、D-半乳糖衰老加运动组(DT),每组8只。检测线粒体膜PTP开放程度、膜电位、膜脂质过氧化水平及线粒体相关酶活性。结果注射D-半乳糖导致线粒体膜PTP开放、膜电位降低、膜脂质过氧化物生成增多及线粒体呼吸链酶活性受损,而抗阻练习在一定程度上可缓解这些现象的发生。结论负重爬梯运动训练作为一种新的抗阻运动模型,可通过降低线粒体的氧化损伤,有效保护线粒体膜的稳定性。  相似文献

肌肉减少症又称肌少症(sarcopenia),是一种近来备受关注的老年综合征,泛指随着年龄的增长,人体出现肌量减少和肌力下降等改变。肌少症的特点是骨骼肌肌量减低并且肌肉内脂肪堆积,导致肌肉力量减低和肌肉功能下降,进而导致躯体残疾、生活质量降低,甚至死亡等。抗阻运动或称力量训练(strength training),是指肌肉主动收缩对抗阻力的一种运动形式,在通常情况下,这种运动的负荷远高于肌肉在有氧状态下的能力,具有强度大、持续时间短、力竭性等特征。肌肉是产生人体自主运动的动力源泉,而肌肉运动,特别是抗阻运动可使肌肉产生很多生理生化的变化。文章回顾了近年来不同学者和临床工作者针对抗阻运动改善肌肉减少症的数据,论述了抗阻运动防治肌肉减少症的机理,强调了抗阻运动和有针对性的营养调理对肌肉减少症的有效改善,对未来肌少症的治疗研究提供更清晰的方向。  相似文献

目的:验证6个月的新型太极拳康复方案干预是否可以改善老年女性膝关节炎患者的下肢肌力和动态平衡能力。方法:招募46名老年女性膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为太极组和对照组,进行为期6个月的实验干预。实验前后,通过等速肌力测试仪和动态平衡测试指标,测量所有受试者下肢肌力和动态平衡能力。结果:6个月前后,太极组下肢肌力无显著性差异(P>0.05),但动态稳定性显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论:新型太极拳康复干预可促进女性膝骨关节炎患者动态平衡稳定性,简易有效,易于推广。  相似文献

Abstract

Since the turn of the 21st century, there has been a resurgence of vibration technology to enhance sport science especially for power and force development. However, vibration exercise has been trialled in other areas that are central to athlete performance such as warm-up, flexibility and sprint speed. Therefore, the aim of this review was to attempt to gain a better understanding of how acute and short-term vibration exercise may impact on warm-up, flexibility and sprint speed. The importance of warming up for sporting performance has been well documented and vibration exercise has the capability to be included or used as a standalone warm-up modality to increase intramuscular temperature at a faster rate compared to other conventional warm-up modalities. However, vibration exercise does not provide any additional neurogenic benefits compared to conventional dynamic and passive warm-up interventions. Vibration exercise appears to be a safe modality that does not produce any adverse affects causing injury or harm and could be used during interval and substitution breaks, as it would incur a low metabolic cost and be time-efficient compared to conventional warm-up modalities. Acute or short-term vibration exercise can enhance flexibility and range of motion without having a detrimental effect on muscle power, however it is less clear which mechanisms may be responsible for this enhancement. It appears that vibration exercise is not capable of improving sprint speed performance; this could be due to the complex and dynamic nature of sprinting where the purported increase in muscle power from vibration exercise is probably lost on repeated actions of high force generation. Vibration exercise is a safe modality that produces no adverse side effects for injury or harm. It has the time-efficient capability of providing coaches, trainers, and exercise specialists with an alternative modality that can be implemented for warm-up and flexibility either in isolation or in conjunction with other conventional training methods.  相似文献
