The rapid development of e-commerce is driving many traditional manufacturing enterprises to establish online channels. This typically leads to online and offline channel conflicts for these enterprises. Existing studies on channel conflict management primarily focus on describing the conflicts and discussing the types of strategies. Utilizing the case study method and taking the resource orchestration perspective as the theoretical lens, this study examines the implementation processes of online and offline channel integration and segmentation strategies in two Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The findings reveal the prerequisite to select online and offline integration and segmentation strategies, and specific resource orchestration actions and capabilities generated under the guidance of the integration and segmentation strategies. This study has theoretical implications to the online and offline channel conflict management strategies by extending the “what” question to the “how” question. In addition, this study also provides references to practitioners for selecting and implementing appropriate online and offline channel conflict management strategies.  相似文献

随着数字技术日新月异发展,连续数字化转型成为一种重要现象。数字化能力作为数字化转型的先决条件,成为企业撬动转型发展的支点,但文献对数字化能力的前因及动态性缺乏充分的理论解释。针对飞贷2010-2019年的连续数字化转型实践,基于资源编排视角探索连续数字化转型背景下数字化能力的形成前因、效应机制和进阶路径。研究发现:(1)连续数字化转型背景下数字化能力呈现数智技术能力到技术复用能力的转变;(2)资源编排呈现集成式资源构建与自洽式资源协调到解耦式资源构建与外植式资源协调的转变;(3)集成式资源构建与自洽式资源协调分别发挥资源短时重构效应和创新迭代效应形成数智技术能力,解耦式资源构建与外植式资源协调分别发挥模块耦合效应和迁移外生效应形成技术复用能力。  相似文献

This case analysis considers how digital disruption is reaching beyond technology to engulf traditionally considered low-tech industries and influence conventionally viewed non-digital businesses. For incumbent firms in these low-tech industries, the disruption brings not only plenty of opportunities but also numerous threats. Firms that quickly embrace the digital era by profoundly changing their incumbent strategies, systems, operational habits, and business models have great chances to outperform their competitors and succeed within this dynamic environment. One digital strategy that might be adopted by incumbent firms in the low-tech industries to seize the opportunities brought by digital disruption is to integrate their resource orchestration actions with advanced information technologies (ITs). Given the strong connection between firms’ resource orchestration actions and their competitive advantages, as well as the increasingly vital role of ITs in contemporary business operations, it is an imperative to investigate the impacts of ITs on the resource orchestration processes of modern enterprises. Additionally, for incumbent firms operating in the low-tech industries, integrating their resource management with modern ITs might help them effectively identify and accumulate unique resources, develop their capabilities, and create value through continuous reconfiguration of resources. Therefore, low-tech firms that strive to adopt modern information technologies in their resource orchestration process are more likely to achieve improved organizational performance and competitive advantages than their competitors.  相似文献

作为资源理论的新发展,资源协奏揭示了管理者通过结构化企业资源、将资源捆绑形成能力以及利用能力为企业创造和发展竞争优势的作用机制。首先,梳理了资源主动管理视角下资源拼凑、资源编排、资源协奏的概念和作用机制,并提出资源协奏涵盖了资源拼凑和资源编排的主要内容,可以适用于企业经营管理的全部情境。其次,全方位探析了企业资源在水平、垂直、生命周期的异质情境下资源协奏作用机制的研究发展,厘清了企业资源通过资源协奏转化为竞争优势的具体机理。最后,总结了资源协奏在异质情境下作用机制的整体关系,并提出了资源协奏作用机制未来研究的方向。对资源协奏的概念和作用机制进行全面系统的梳理,有助于资源协奏研究的发展和完善,对促进企业管理者重视资源主动管理具有较强的现实意义。  相似文献

技术新创企业的高质量发展面临多重因素掣肘,如何有效获取利用资源促进企业发展尤为重要。现有研究注重对获取与利用资源直接效用的研究,对技术新创企业如何通过资源编排构筑资源基础进而促进企业成长内在机理缺乏深入探究。鉴于此,选取4家技术新创企业进行多案例分析,通过解析创业网络与企业成长之间资源编排的作用机制以揭示企业成长内在机理,由此构建“结构-行为-绩效”理论模型。研究发现:(1)创业网络是技术新创企业获取资源以促进企业成长的基础;(2)创业网络资源供给使资源编排行动得以实施;(3)技术新创企业通过资源编排将外部资源内部化,与既有资源形成资源组合以提升资源基础,并通过循环编排行动达成资源平衡以激发束集效应是企业成长的关键。  相似文献

As social distancing and lockdown orders grew more pervasive, individuals increasingly turned to social media for support, entertainment, and connection to others. We posit that global health emergencies - specifically, the COVID-19 pandemic - change how and what individuals self-disclose on social media. We argue that IS research needs to consider how privacy (self-focused) and social (other-focused) calculus have moved some issues outside in (caused by a shift in what is considered socially appropriate) and others inside out (caused by a shift in what information should be shared for the public good). We identify a series of directions for future research that hold potential for furthering our understanding of online self-disclosure and its factors during health emergencies.  相似文献

Online shared spaces are destinations where people of common interests interact to achieve common goals or borrow each other's expertise for personal pursuits. Due to a multitude of users, such spaces generate large amounts of content, thus creating a potential for information overload. To deal with it, users of online shared spaces develop information management strategies that frequently involve the use of information technology. In this paper we present a case study of the use of widgets as information management tools in uCern, an online shared workspace where healthcare industry stakeholders get involved in various types of interactions. To understand how widgets served the purpose of information management and whether they were considered useful, we administered an online questionnaire (n = 183) followed by qualitative interviews (n = 5). Data analysis revealed that study participants used widgets as tools that promoted their situation and activity awareness of events and activities going on in uCern and helped them with organizing and accessing the content in a quick and efficient manner. We also describe issues associated with the use of widgets and their usefulness as reported by participants and propose implications for design and development of online shared spaces in relation to information management tools.  相似文献

大型企业积极开展多种形式的创业活动促进了社会经济发展并引起广泛关注,然而公司创业情境下,孵化企业如何整合多方资源构建服务生态系统还缺乏研究。本文基于资源编排理论,选取浪潮集团孵化的数字化企业进行纵向案例分析,探究公司创业情境下孵化企业服务生态系统的构建机制。研究发现:(1)孵化企业服务生态系统呈现企业—客户双向互动、企业—直接利益相关者多线联动、企业—广泛社会参与者系统协同的动态演进特征。(2)母体企业逐步发挥强资源扶持、平衡式资源支持和弱资源辅助作用,孵化企业依据发展阶段和所处情境进行资源编排的有效组合,促进服务生态系统的快速构建与发展演化。本研究丰富和拓展了服务生态系统理论与公司创业理论,对公司创业活动下的生态系统建设具有指导意义。  相似文献

在数字经济时代,通过数字平台整合企业内外资源来创造价值和获取竞争优势已经成为一种普遍现象。然而,已有研究在数字平台如何实现价值创造这一问题的理解上并不清晰。基于资源编排理论,本文识别出了数字平台情境下的两种管理行为——数字平台架构柔性和整合能力,以解释数字平台驱动价值创造的逻辑。基于中国129家企业样本数据,研究证实:(1)数字平台架构通用性、兼容性和扩展性均显著正向影响组织绩效;(2)整合能力在数字平台架构柔性的价值创造机制中扮演着中介作用,其中整合能力在数字平台架构兼容性、扩展性对组织绩效的正向影响效应之间具有完全中介作用。本文扩展了资源编排理论在数字平台情境下的适用性,为数字平台价值创造机制的理论研究提供了新的见解。  相似文献

The social question and answer (Q&A) community provides people with an effective tool to obtain high-quality information. From the perspective of reciprocal determinism and value co-creation, this study aims to investigate the formation mechanism of high-quality knowledge in the community. We develop a model to investigate how cognitive factors and community technological factors influence users’ knowledge co-creation behavior, thereby influencing knowledge quality in the community. A survey of 382 knowledge contributors in a social Q&A community shows that knowledge self-efficacy, topic richness, personalized recommendation, and social interactivity have a positive impact on users' knowledge sharing and integration behavior, which subsequently affect the community’s knowledge quality. Moreover, users' ratings moderate the influence of knowledge sharing on knowledge quality. This research demonstrates the synergistic effect of people and technology in knowledge co-creation, thus advances literature about value co-creation and content quality in online communities.  相似文献

文章基于创新网络位置的中介效应,探索业务整合和品牌协同两个维度的中国企业独特资源整合模式对知识溢出的传导机制;探索在并购双方不同资源相似性、互补性的匹配组合下,应采取的业务整合程度和品牌协同程度,比较不同资源条件下,并购整合影响产业知识溢出的路径的差异性。通过对102个中国制造业上市公司海外并购样本进行多群组结构方程实证与Bootstrap检验分析,得出结论,相似性强、互补性弱时,高业务整合程度与低品牌协同程度通过提升并购方全球创新网络中心度地位,促进产业知识溢出;资源相似性弱、互补性强时,低业务整合程度与高品牌协同程度通过提升并购方全球创新网络结构洞地位,促进产业知识溢出。文章对于突破传统国际化理论约束的所有权优势和产业发展“低端锁定”的内生增长路径,构建基于中国企业实践的海外并购整合对产业知识溢出理论框架,具有重要价值。  相似文献

针对作为生态系统设计者的平台型企业如何在技术范式转移时期重塑商业生态系统以保持竞争优势的战略管理难题,以百度公司为对象,运用单案例研究法,基于资源编排理论探究平台型企业在技术范式转移下重塑商业生态系统的微观过程机制,并构建概念模型.研究发现:(1)范式内的技术演进驱动商业生态系统的迭代优化,而技术范式转移驱动商业生态系统从根本上实现重塑;(2)重塑机制表现为平台型企业在技术范式转移驱动下颠覆商业生态系统原有的价值主张,围绕新的价值主张更新平台基础、进行资源编排和价值创造,最终重构商业生态系统的资源基础和平台型企业的价值获取路径;(3)平台型企业的感知能力、创新能力与整合能力支持了商业生态系统的重塑.根据研究结论,正在进行平台化转型的企业管理者应进一步提高对平台及其商业生态系统的认知,而已经是平台型的企业则应重视资源编排能力的培育,以推动商业生态系统不断演化,实现系统成员间的价值共创.  相似文献

【目的/意义】研究新媒体环境下企业微博信息行为特征,通过对比分析五家同类型企业微博信息行为过程,提出建议,从而提高企业与用户信息交互的效果,提高企业核心竞争力。【方法/过程】本文通过网络爬虫采集五家汽车企业近三年来的全部微博数据及粉丝数据,采用知识图谱分析方法,将企业微博在线活动特征可视化,分析企业在线活动的时间特征,在线内容挖掘及热点分析,共同关注者的网络可视化及差异比较。【结果/结论】本文基于知识图谱构建的新媒体环境下企业微博信息行为模型可以作为企业在线信息活动分析的研究框架;数据分析结果表明企业可以利用新媒体平台进行在线活动,提升企业与用户的信息交互效果。  相似文献

本文借助网络志及扎根理论方法,考察营销人员如何借助在线商人社区对其电商营销活动进行赋能。研究发现,营销人员加入在线商人社区有助于其在电商营销专业知识和技能、心理状态以及对外影响力等方面获得提升,即实现赋能,而赋能对于社区成员获取在线交易机会有直接促进作用。社区信息特征、社交环境特征以及社区激励是影响赋能实现的前因,而上述因素通过影响社区成员对于社区和其他社区成员的融入水平,最终作用于赋能。  相似文献

基于资源编排理论,构建了众包模式通过资源柔性、协调柔性提升众包能力的理论模型。利用来自247家中国企业的问卷调研数据对所提假设及影响路径进行实证检验,研究结果表明:(1)众包模式对众包能力具有正向显著影响;(2)资源柔性在内向式众包与众包能力之间具有部分中介效应;协调柔性在外向式众包与众包能力之间具有部分中介效应;(3)组织学习氛围、流程正式化分别显著正向调节内向式众包与资源柔性间的关系,以及外向式众包与协调柔性间的关系。研究结果揭示了众包模式如何提升众包能力的过程,为我国企业发展众包能力有一定的启示作用。  相似文献

With greater access to computational resources, people use search to address many everyday challenges in their lives, including solving technology problems. Although there are now many useful ‘how-to’ resources online (especially videos on YouTube), it can still be difficult to identify, understand, and resolve certain kinds of technical problem. While research tasks have been studied for many years and we know the tactics people use, we know far less about searchers’ tactics for how-to technical tasks that involve actually being able to apply found information to resolve a problem. Crucial to our study was developing and studying a highly realistic, how-to technical task, for which there was no single guidance resource: making a phone safe for a child. After providing 39 participants with an actual phone to fix, and a search engine to perform the task, we analysed their search tactics using retrospective cued think aloud interviews. Our primary contribution is a set of 77 tactics used, in three categories, along with detail of how common they were. We conclude that people had a lot of tactics in their repertoire. Although it was not hard for participants to find relevant information, what was hard was for participants to find information they could use; indeed only 23% of participants successfully completed the entire task. Domain knowledge affected the choice of tactics used (although not necessarily towards better task success). We discuss these influences and make design recommendations for how future search systems can support those in resolving how-to technical tasks.  相似文献

Little is known about how human resource practices contribute towards the competitiveness of people based-knowledge intensive organisations in developing countries. This paper examines the role of human resource practices in developing knowledge and learning capabilities for innovation in the Indian information technology services sector. The study draws from the experience of a sample of 11 of the largest information technology service providers (ITSPs) in India and is based on in-depth interviews. The main finding suggests that the talent management architecture of ITSPs that comprises human resource practices and the development of knowledge and learning capabilities is the main drivers of innovation. A conceptual framework showing the link between human resource practices, knowledge and learning capabilities and innovation of ITSPs is developed followed by the limitations of the study and avenues for future research.  相似文献

Multidisciplinary teams are an essential aspect of modern organizational work. These teams often work in information-rich environments but little is known about their collaborative information seeking (CIS) behavior. We have been studying the CIS behavior of teams in the context of medical care. We conducted an ethnographic field study of a multidisciplinary patient care team in an emergency department to identify (a) team information needs and (b) situations that trigger collaborative information seeking activities. We identified seven categories of information needs as expressed by questions asked by team members. The majority of questions focused on medical information, but there were a larger than expected percentage of questions focusing on organizational information. We also identified three triggers for CIS activities. These triggers are: (1) lack of expertise, (2) lack of immediately accessible information, and (3) complex information needs. The questions and triggers highlight the importance of face-to-face communication during CIS activities and how CIS activities could lead to interruptive workplaces. We also discuss organizational and technical implications for supporting CIS behavior of teams.  相似文献
