【目的】 研究爱思唯尔的发展历程,从中探寻其对我国学术期刊体制改革的有益启示。【方法】 采用文献分析、案例分析的方法对爱思唯尔发展历程进行分析。【结果】 爱思唯尔的发展历程可以总结为:初期通过精准的专业出版定位,逐渐形成行业垄断;后期面对不断出现的抵制行为,通过战略转型实现再发展。爱思唯尔的发展历程对我国学术期刊体制改革具有非常现实的参考价值。【结论】 在借鉴爱思唯尔的经验和教训后,更加明确了我国学术期刊体制改革的改革策略、改革姿态、办刊理念和技术革新等。  相似文献

【目的】为科技期刊国际化程度提供定量评价指标和方法。【方法】借鉴相关研究成果阐述科技学术期刊国际化的实质性内涵特征,分析科技学术期刊国际化程度评价指标的计算参数,提出以国际论文数量、国际引用频次、稿源国数量、引用国数量为基本统计数据的科技学术期刊国际化程度指标计算公式。【结果】给出科技学术期刊国际化学术贡献量、国际化广度、国际化强度以及国际化程度综合指标计算公式和计算示例,并简述其作用和意义。【结论】用期刊国际学术贡献量、期刊国际化广度、期刊国际化强度以及期刊国际化程度综合指标,可以对期刊国际化程度进行全面、综合评价。  相似文献

【目的】提出提升学术期刊品牌形象的意见与建议,为学术期刊品牌的构建与提升提供新的思路。【方法】通过设计学术期刊品牌形象影响因素调查问卷,运用多元统计分析方法,对问卷进行了信度分析、效度分析、因子分析、相关性分析和回归分析;通过学术资源数据库收录情况、论文的质量水平、本学科领域知名专家学者发表论文情况、论文的创新程度与研究问题的前沿性、期刊发行与期刊内容传播途径、参与学术活动情况、学术道德规范等7类因素,对学术期刊品牌形象的贡献大小进行了分析。【结果】研究表明,学术期刊的品牌形象与7类影响因素均存在中等以上程度的相关性。【结论】在7类影响因素中,“学术资源数据库收录情况”是影响学术期刊品牌形象最主要的因素,其他因素也对学术期刊品牌形象的塑造产生正面影响。  相似文献

【目的】对学术期刊微信传播效果影响因素的显著性进行分析并找出影响因素内各水平对微信传播的差异性,以期指导学术期刊微信平台良性运作。【方法】采用描述分析、方差分析、多元线性回归分析对学术期刊微信传播效果影响因素进行大样本定量分析。【结果】微信内容的发布时间、发布次序、发布类型均对传播效果有显著影响,且影响因素内各水平存在显著差异。发布时间上夜晚发布对传播效果的影响最显著;发布位置越靠后传播效果越差;新媒体编辑形式发布的原创内容传播效果最好,其次是转载内容。【结论】学术期刊微信公众平台在发布内容时应关注发布时机、发布位置及文章发布类型。  相似文献

【目的】构建科普研究类学术期刊评价体系,为发展和评价我国科普研究类学术期刊提供参考。【方法】采用文献调查法,以全评价体系为理论框架,探讨科普研究类学术期刊的概念和特征,搭建科普研究类学术期刊的评价体系,提炼出科普研究类学术期刊评价的相关指标。【结果】构建包含形式评价、内容评价、效用评价3个一级指标,学术影响、新闻传播等9个二级指标及其下属33个三级指标的科普研究类学术期刊评价体系,实现对科普研究类学术期刊系统、全面、专业的评价。【结论】所构建的科普研究类学术期刊评价体系是合理、可行的,能够对科普研究类学术期刊评价领域进行补充。  相似文献

【目的】 测算学术期刊知识交流效率,分析其影响因素对学术期刊学术交流活动现状的影响,为低效率的学术期刊优化发展路径提供参考。【方法】 运用Super-SBM模型,分析2009—2013年25种教育学学术期刊知识交流效率。利用Tobit模型考察环境因素对学术期刊知识交流效率的作用方向与影响程度。【结果】 25种教育学学术期刊知识交流效率仍有较大提升空间,期刊之间差异较大。引用半衰期、机构分布数、出版周期对学术期刊知识交流效率具有显著正向影响,办刊年限的正向作用不显著。【结论】 期刊主办方应加强最新文献引用的重视程度,尽可能避免出现少数机构垄断版面现象,缩短论文出版周期,引入数字出版模式。  相似文献

【目的】了解高校学术期刊编辑的工作满意度现状,寻找提高编辑工作满意度的方法,以更好地提升编辑的能动性与积极性。【方法】采用网络问卷和现场问卷相结合的方式,对全国不同地区、不同层次高校学术期刊编辑的工作满意度影响因素进行调查。对问卷数据的T检验和单因素方差分析,运用因子分析法对影响因素进行分析。【结果】通过问卷分析表明,性别、婚姻和从业年限三因素对编辑工作满意度的差异不显著,而年龄、学历、职称三因素的差异较为显著。通过因子分析,得到影响编辑工作满意度的8个主要因素。【结论】高校应加强对学术期刊的支持,改善编辑的职业环境、建立激励制度,编辑自身应提升职业能力和竞争力,以更好地凝聚力量提升高校学术期刊的办刊水平。  相似文献

Aresearch group led by Prof. ZHAI Qiwei from the Institute for Nutritional Sciences under the CAS Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences has discovered that even relatively low doses of resveratrol--a chemical found in the skins of red grapes and in red wine--can improve the sensitivity of mice to the hormone insulin, according to a report in the October,2007 issue of Cell Metabolism. As insulin resistance is often characterized as the most critical factor contributing to the development of Type 2 diabetes, the findings“provide a potential new therapeutic approach for preventing or treating” both conditions, the researchers said.  相似文献

This study examined how students who had no prior experience with videoconferencing would react to the use of videoconferencing as an instructional medium. Students enrolled in seven different courses completed a questionnaire at the beginning of the semester and again at the end of the semester. Students at the origination and remote sites did not differ in their reactions toward videoconferencing but there was a significant difference for gender. Women reacted less favorably to videoconferencing. Compared to the beginning of the semester, students reported significantly less positive attitudes toward taking a course through videoconferencing at the end of the semester. There were no significant differences in students' attitudes toward videoconferencing across courses at the beginning of the semester but there were significant differences across the courses at the end of the semester. The results suggest the need for better preparation for both students and instructors.  相似文献

Ajoint study by Prof. ZHANG Zhibin from the CAS Institute of Zoology and his co-workers from Norway, US and Swiss have indicated that historical outbreaks of migratory locusts in China were associated with cold spells, suggesting that China's projected climate warming could decrease the pest's numbers. A computer-mediated group is a complex entity whose members exchange many types of information via multiple means of communication in pursuit of goals specific to their environment. Over time, they coordinate technical features of media with locally enacted use to achieve a viable working arrangement. To explore this complex interaction, a case study is presented of the social networks of interactions and media use among members of a class of computer-supported distance learners. Results show how group structures associated with project teams dominated who communicated with whom, about what, and via which media over the term, and how media came to occupy their own communication niches: Webboard for diffuse class-wide communication; Internet Relay Chat more to named others but still for general communication across the class; and e-mail primarily for intrateam communication. Face-to-face interaction, occurring only during a short on-campus session, appears to have had a catalytic effect on social and emotional exchanges. Results suggest the need to structure exchanges to balance class-wide sharing of ideas with subgroup interactions that facilitate project completion, and to provide media that support these two modes of interaction.  相似文献

Electronic data interchange (EDI) provides means for interorganizational communication, creates network externalities, requires an advanced information technology (IT) infrastructure, and relies on standards. In the diffusion of such innovations, institutional involvement is imperative. Such institutions contain governmental agencies, national and global standardization organizations, local government, and nonprofit private organizations like industry associations. The last type of organizations we call intermediating institutions. They intermediate or coordinate ("inscribe") the activities of a group of would-be adopters. Unfortunately, little is known of how these organizations shape the EDI diffusion trajectory. In this article we examine one specific type of intermediating organizations?industry associations?and how they advanced the EDI diffusion process in the grocery sectors of Hong Kong, Denmark and Finland. We identify six institutional measures, placed into a matrix formed by the mode of involvement (influence vs. regulation) and the type of diffusion force (supply push vs. demand pull), that can be mobilized to further the EDI diffusion. Industry associations were found to be active users of all these measures to varying degrees. Their role was critical especially in knowledge building, knowledge deployment, and standard setting. Furthermore, institutional involvement varied due to policy and cultural contingencies and power dependencies.  相似文献

This essay focuses on universal service and the Internet as means to support social and political participation. The emphasis on access to telecommunications systems in conventional approaches to universal service is contrasted with access to content. A model of the information environment is described that accounts for the roles of content and conduit, both of which are necessary conditions to achieve true access. The increasing prospects of digital piracy has prompted the perceived need by electronic publishers to adopt technical systems of protection, and governments to reform their copyright laws. This article is a preliminary study of the management of intellectual property by electronic publishers, defined as those involved in the production of online databases, and CD-ROMs. It focuses on three main issues: (1) how electronic publishers view the increasing threat of piracy; (2) the methods of protection employed to protect intellectual property in digital format; and (3) the importance of technological protection of intellectual property in electronic publications. The analysis is based on a sample of 23 UK electronic publishers. The interviews revealed an interesting assortment of protection methods and did not show that technological protection was a preferred way. Instead, the means of protection, in addition to copyright law, comprised niche markets, pricing, trust, bad publicity, and nontechnical and technical means.  相似文献
