科技创业人才活力与区域经济发展实力和潜力互为依存.科技创业人才与区域环境的相互作用构成了科技创业人才生态系统,文章提出了区域科技创业人才生态系统概念和定义,在理论上又对科技创业人才与创业生态系统影响关系进行了假设,并运用结构方程模型验证了科技创业人才对创业支持环境、经济市场环境、社会文化环境、生活服务环境的互动关系,为深入研究科技创业人才生态系统奠定基础. 相似文献

通过建立复杂的创业生态系统模型,纳入发展周期变量,运用仿真的方法完整地模拟了企业创业生态系统中各主体之间的相互作用,将创业企业按成长阶段划分为新创业企业和成熟企业,主要探讨新创企业的策略和成熟企业的策略对创业生态系统绩效的影响,为提升创业园区绩效提出建议。研究结论表明:(1)成熟企业独立探索策略较合作探索策略对创业系统绩效正向影响较大;(2)初始创业企业选择开发型策略更有利于创业生态系统绩效提升。 相似文献

数字经济的蓬勃发展正在有力地推动着乡村的全面振兴,淘宝村、淘宝镇的涌现正是其重要体现,农村电商创业生态系统与新创企业之间的影响机制也因此成为一个关键问题。尽管现有文献已经探讨了创业生态系统的组成要素和关键参与者,但是在解释创业生态系统的竞争力和系统中新创企业绩效方面仍显不足。许多研究都强调了生态系统的健康性在创业生态系统持续发展过程中发挥的关键作用,它会影响所有生态系统参与者的命运。创业生态系统内资源相对稀缺,通过创业拼凑的方式是新创企业取得发展的有效途径之一。从微观的企业视角出发,在分析理解创业生态系统理论和创业拼凑理论的基础上,依据“环境感知—行为—结果”的研究逻辑,构建“创业生态系统健康性—创业拼凑—新创企业创业绩效”的理论模型,采用问卷调查方法,以泽国镇农村电商创业生态系统中的电商企业为研究对象,采用统计分析软件SPSS 22.0和AMOS 24.0对收集的605家电商企业的样本数据进行信效度检验,并构建结构方程模型,对假设进行检验,实证结果显示：（1）创业生态系统中生态稳定性和生态多样性对新创企业创业绩效具有正向影响;（2）创业拼凑对新创企业创业绩效具有正向影响;（3）创业生... 相似文献

为了揭示孵化器影响高层次人才入孵企业创业绩效的机理,从孵化器网络关系嵌入的视角出发,基于江苏省苏南地区50家国家级孵化器引进的378个高层次人才创业企业样本,使用结构方程模型进行分析,结果显示:孵化器资源支持通过孵化器网络关系嵌入显著影响高层次人才创业绩效。科技镇长团的推荐和引导能显著提高孵化器网络关系嵌入在政策支持资源、开放网络资源和创业绩效之间的中介效应。研究对于孵化器创新创业生态系统塑造和高层次人才引进具有理论和实践意义。 相似文献
