采用问卷调查法,以企业中的264名农民工为研究对象,对其工作价值观与组织承诺之间的关系进行了实证研究,并分析了供给-期望匹配度在二者间的调节作用。结果表明,农民工的工作价值观对其组织承诺有显著的正向影响作用,而且,在其供给-期望匹配度高的情况下,两者间的关系更强,在供给-期望匹配度低的情况下,两者间的关系很弱。 相似文献

在技术采纳与使用统一理论(UTAUT)和任务技术匹配理论(TTF)混合分析模型中加入信任感知变量,并运用该模型分析了老年用户持续使用社会网络服务的影响因素。结果表明:技术任务匹配度、行为期望、社会影响、促成因素以及感知信任对老年用户使用社会化网络服务的意图有显著影响,而绩效期望的影响不大。这进一步说明了老年人群对社会化网络服务采购和持续使用行为不仅取取决于对技术的认识度,还取决于任务与技术的匹配度,以及对网络服务的信任度。 相似文献

本文从人力资本与产业结构匹配的角度分析了投资效率的影响因素。采用中国30个省份1997-2013年省际面板数据,估计了人力资本与产业结构匹配度对地区投资效率的影响,并且进行了稳健性检验。在度量人力资本与产业结构的匹配程度时,利用系统理论和耦合理论,构建了匹配度的测算模型,对人力资本与产业结构的匹配程度进行了测算和分析。研究表明：中国人力资本与产业结构的匹配度整体较高,随时间变化有上升的趋势,但各省间的差异较为明显;人力资本与产业结构匹配度的提升能够提高地区投资效率。各地区在制定产业结构政策时,应注重与其人力资本禀赋相适应,提高两者匹配程度,进而改善投资效率,从而提高经济增长质量。 相似文献

针对国内有关人-组织匹配的实证研究相对较少的状况,研究通过对6家高科技企业157名员工开展的问卷调查,探讨了人-组织匹配的结构及其与工作投入、组织公民行为和组织承诺的关系。结果验证了人-组织匹配三维模型在中国管理情境下的适用性,并发现人-组织匹配程度对员工的工作投入、组织公民行为和组织承诺均有显著影响,其中一致性匹配对员工在工作和组织方面的态度和行为都有显著影响,要求-能力和需求-供给匹配对员工的工作相关表现有较强的预测力。 相似文献

“千军易得,一将难求”,一位杰出的首席专家往往能够带动一项重大技术的突破创新。协同创新项目组织呈现鲜明的网络特征,若仅仅依赖首席专家的个人价值,而忽视组织网络的保障作用,则容易因过于"重人才、轻组织"而导致最终创新绩效水平的削弱。在对已有文献分析的基础上,提出了以组织网络特征为调节变量的首席专家项目匹配度与协同创新绩效之间作用关系的假设模型。通过对213份问卷数据进行层级回归分析发现,首席专家与项目的技术能力匹配、与项目的愿景目标匹配以及与项目的价值观匹配均对协同创新绩效有显著的正向影响;组织网络关系强度和组织网络密度等特征均在首席专家项目匹配度与协同创新绩效之间的关系中起着正向调节作用。 相似文献
